I have a 34lbs Frenchie who's extremely strong for his size. He would pull on walks and become very reactive when he saw other dogs. I couldn't tell if he was overly hyper or becoming aggressive. After training I took Kilo to the park almost on a daily basis and practiced what Gregg taught us then when I was confident enough I took him to the dog park consistently where he did great. I went to Affordable Dog Training to help me with an adopted one year old Belgian Malinois who learned bad behaviors with other dogs, men, trucks or anything that moved not to her liking. I had been looking for a trainer for my rambunctious 2 year old Boston Terrier for quite some time when I came across affordable dog training on yelp. Although there were a couple of bad reviews i decided to give them a call. Let me tell you his training far exceeded my expectation of what was possible in just a few sessions. My dog was reactive on the leash and pretty out of control around other dogs. Lunged at my dog to prove "aggression" and said Pitbulls just have that aggressive gene. Didn't believe me when I said she had no bite history and proceeded to say that rescues lie. Went to this guy for dog training for two dogs. A Maltipoo and a daschaund chihuahua. The dogs had 0 training. The Maltipoo is overly excited and jumps on you. The daschaund is very reactive to other dogs and humans. He pretty much taught them how to sit. Taught to use a shaker can (keys in my situation) to calm the other one when overly excited. His solution to the use a shock collar for the both of them as they are reactive to noises going by the apartment. which in longer term actually was a terrible idea. We also were suppose to have a training in our home as promised and when tried scheduling he simply stopped replying at some point as the total cost had already been paid for... Overall terrible as he basically just said "use shock collars" Pretty waisted money to be honest when we spend 720$ for training them both + 200$ for the shock collars he sent us links for) and not having had the third session even. So practically spend 1k$ for learning how to sit. Such a joke read more

this guy stinkssssss! 0 stars if allowed. he invoked so much fear into my dog and overall made her way more reactive when meeting strangers. he immediately reverted to a shock collar. my biggest regret in life is taking her to him. please save your dog from getting "trained" by this guy. he would force her by shocking her to greet someone. how does that make sense?? let's shock her while meeting someone new so she can relate meeting strangers to getting shocked. this guy is a literal SCAM she is so much more scared of strangers. especially men. thanks to this "trainer." he is a lazy trainer. he immediately shocks them. don't ever let someone utilize these devices on ur dog before trying positive reinforcement & honestly ever. at first you trust that these people know what they're doing, he does not. if you want your dog to be extra extra reactive definitely go to him! & if you want someone to immediately start shocking your dog most definitely go to him! it's been about 4 years. i'm still angry i ever went to him. read more
