Gregg is an amazing trainer. I read his reviews on Yelp and was shocked that every single review said after a few sessions their dog was a new dog. Well, that's exactly what happened with my doggie. I have a 34lbs Frenchie who's extremely strong for his size. He would pull on walks and become very reactive when he saw other dogs. I couldn't tell if he was overly hyper or becoming aggressive. It was embarrassing to take him on walks and difficult due to the pulling and reactivity. I've tried prong collars, looking up YouTube videos on training but none would work. A few things to note, my dog is super sweet but he did not like training. He's not used to being left with anyone else and basically not having his way. I went to Affordable Dog Training to help me with an adopted one year old Belgian Malinois who learned bad behaviors with other dogs, men, trucks or anything that moved not to her liking. Went to this guy for dog training for two dogs. A Maltipoo and a daschaund chihuahua. The dogs had 0 training. The Maltipoo is overly excited and jumps on you. The daschaund is very reactive to other dogs and humans. He pretty much taught them how to sit. Taught to use a shaker can (keys in my situation) to calm the other one when overly excited. His solution to the use a shock collar for the both of them as they are reactive to noises going by the apartment. which in longer term actually was a terrible idea. We also were suppose to have a training in our home as promised and when tried scheduling he simply stopped replying at some point as the total cost had already been paid for... Overall terrible as he basically just said "use shock collars" Pretty waisted money to be honest when we spend 720$ for training them both + 200$ for the shock collars he sent us links for) and not having had the third session even. I never write reviews, but Greg has dramatically changed my pups life for the better so I wanted to share my experience. My Dog, Rhea, is a 1 year old husky with a lot of sass. She was ok with people, but terrible around other dogs and extremely dominant. I live in DTLA, and we see dogs everywhere so it became quite a frustrating problem. She would bark loud and act aggressively, and I would constantly be apologizing for her bad behavior. I had no control over her. I tried YouTube videos, PetCo Classes, advice from other husky owners, but nothing really helped with her behavior. My friend recommended a trainer who was entirely too expensive (as most anti aggression trainers are), and I felt very helpless.
