We have used Best Glass three times in remodeling bathrooms--the first two were rooms without windows--and the glass looked perfect--the last project seemed the same way--we had blinds on the only window---the other day we decided to take off the blinds and to our dismay when the sun shines in there are many scratches--we found they could be seen best between 11:30 and 12--Best Glass is very expensive and we were fine paying this when the quality seemed fine--we called the company and a very rude gentleman named John acted like we were trying to scam the company--we asked if someone could just come out and take a look and specified the times that the sun would be shining thru the window. The technician came later in the day when the glass scratches were not visable--we had sent several pictures showing the scratches clearly--when we called John he rudely said we must have scratched it ourselves---how is quality glass scratched unless purposely? A few weeks ago a random lady threw a rock at my 2nd floor bedroom window and cracked it. I called PD made a report and contacted Best Glass. I spoke with Sonia whom seemed like she knew her job and was competent. I explained to her my situation and received a quote. I then told Sonia that this lady Linda will be contacting her to give her payment. I explained several times to Sonia "Do not schedule until this lady pays". Again competent Sonia im assuming ....calls me to schedule the appt to get window fixed. I was busy she stated yes the lady called but gave me no further indication that a payment was not given. So Sonia scheduled the appt and then a few days they came to fix my window. Now again as a customer to Sonia i told her not to schedule appt until it was payed. Well tech completes work then asjs for payment. I said excuse me it should have been paid. Well it was not! I again spoke with Sonia telling her exactly what i asked her not to do. I then explained to Sonia i cannot pay 200 right now single parent disabled veteran. I asked for a Supervisor she stated they would contact me in a week. They call i tell them i don't have money. I told them i would have to figure it out. I asked Sonia if they could give me a discount. She stated yes we can it will be something like 142.00. I told her again i would call back i gotta figure something out. A few days pass now im getting harassing calls. Then i get a text from these guys telling me they are sending a tech to remove the window. I call them speak to Mary supposedly a Mgr. First off she did not care to hear what was going on, my situation and flat out was extremely rude. She demanded i give payment. I told her again im a single parent disabled veteran and i am not working right now. If they can work with me. Nope, i was told i need to pay. I asked that they email me an invoice and i would pay half Friday and half Monday. Friday morning i email them informing them that i was told the rate would be discounted and asked why it was not on invoice. I did not receive a response so i went in physically. I told them who i was and Sonia immediately knew. I told the 2 Mary and Sonia that i sent an email asking why the discount was not applied. She rudely stated " Your not getting it now". I was like excuse me, you tell me i get one and now i don't and why not i asked Sonia? She responded with " You refused to pay", i abruptly corrected her and said no i told you what? She replied with well you said you couldnt pay. I replied exactly correct your verbiage. I told you i cannot,i then stated that i cannot believe that they have been in business this long with the lack of customer service and they failed to help a single patent disabled veteran. No one tells you that when cutting glass you have an acceptable tolerance ( after your order is cut and paid for, they inform you ) it could be as little as a 16th to an eighth of an inch either way ..I'm not in the glass business I went to best glass thinking they could help me ...they took my measurements never mentioned there was a tolerance and charged me ... I got my glass and it doesn't fit my table top and they offered to let me bring it back in and grind it down in order to make it fit I'm an hour away( that's 2 plus hours of inconvenience) the inconvenience alone troubles me next time I will not use best class that's for sure... I had a long crack that went from one side of my windshield to the other, along with multiple rock chips that had happened over a period of a couple of years, but I didn't opt to have it replaced during that time because it seemed that I would get an additional chip within weeks of each other. I finally called my insurance company, knowing that they would agree to replace it. I've worked with Best Glass in the past and as usual they were very easy to deal with and assisted with getting my insurance company to agree to the replacement. The technician arrived as scheduled and had the replacement windshield installed in a matter of 30 minutes. The service industry has in general gotten less attentive since Covid happened, so I commend Best Glass for maintaining their excellent service standards. It's obvious that Management cares, and that carries onto their employees. Best Glass has the best employees and attention to detail and I will always use and refer them for any glass replacement needs. read more

Haven't had any issues with this company in the past, but my recent experience wasn't the best. I had them come out in mid August 2020 to replace and windshield in my Jeep Wrangler JK. When I took it for it's first drive, I noticed an air noise on the drivers side. It was so bad I could feel the air coming through the gap from inside the vehicle. I think the issue was related to the poor attention to detail by the tech. The same tech tried to fix a small windshield chip on my Tesla. I was quite surprised when he started hammering a the chip area with a metal punch. That action turned my chip into an 8" crack. He didn't care and when I called Best Glass, they would do nothing about it. I will say the two tech's that came out to put the second windshield into the Jeep did a great job. Also, had the Tesla glass replaced by Blue Chip Auto Glass. They did an excellent job! read more

First class all around. We sadly had a window break in our kitchen over Thanksgiving (and of course no one admitted guilt) but best glass sorted that out to perfection. From the beginning Mary accommodated the appointment and gave a really fair quote on a 58" x 31" piece of glass with installation. Botti (sorry if I massacred that spelling) came out and installed it with perfection in a timely manner. Also, I should say, he is an incredibly friendly guy and really enjoyed his company. Recently I needed to call my insurance company for a windshield replacement. They provided a recommendation of Best Glass for the install. I spoke to Renee and the process to set up the installation was quick and efficient. He confirmed the appointment for the next day, asked what time I leave the office and set the appointment for between the hours of 9-2. Today was the big day for the installation. As the hours passed I did not receive a phone call from the technician or the home office. Knowing that most companies indicate a car should sit for at least 2 hours prior to driving, and I leave work at 3, I began to get nervous as my lunch break expired. 1:55 and still nothing. Knowing it takes typically 40 minutes to complete a windshield installation, I elected to call and speak to Renee to cancel the service call. In doing so, he said the installer was just 15 minutes away from me. I said that's fine, but it is 2:00 now, 15 minutes plus the installation time makes me late, so I would cancel. I indicated that I heard it should sit a few hours before driving and he said typically in one hour it would be fine. Okay, but that still makes me late. He said no, that's from the time the glass first makes contact. Still the time table seemed sketchy and there is a safety hazard with driving unsettled glass. Given the heat, warm days also make the contact more slippery and require longer to form a tight seal. Nevertheless, Renee said it would be okay to complete the work and still leave at 3. I cancelled anyway - then contacted the insurance company to correctly cancel. While on the phone with the insurance company, I felt the vibration in my ear indicating an incoming call. I finished the cancellation and listened to the newly left voicemail from Ray, the Best Glass technician indicating he was 5 minutes away. Now 2:10, that definitely does not leave time to arrive and complete the work. He persisted and called back; this time I picked up the call. In speaking to Ray, who was now apparently in front of the building, I voiced my concern that it would take 40 minutes to complete the installation - putting me late for going home. He said he could probably get it done in about 20 minutes. My concern is that the company's own web site has a FAQ page (http://www.bestglass.com/faq.html#faq5) that reads "Because of the complexity of some vehicles, it could take as long as 3 hours. Most vehicles, however, require about an hour to an hour and a half to properly install the windshield." My concern is further documented on the same page stating "If an installer claims he can install your windshield in 30 minutes or less, it's a sure bet it won't be done right and certainly not safe." It seems the company's own technicians and operation personnel do not heed their own warning. I told Ray that even after it would be installed it should set for a couple of hours and was told it would be okay in probably 30 minutes. Again, the company web site states "While most automotive grade urethane's rely on temperature and humidity to cure, the time required varies widely depending on the manufacturer. This time frame can range from 3 hours up to 24 hours before your vehicle will meet Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards and is considered safe to drive." What about 30 minutes? Their web site warns "If you need to drive your vehicle sooner, a chemically cured urethane can be used that will allow a 1 hour drive-away time. In either case, it's imperative that you follow the manufacturers' instructions regarding safe drive-away times. Not adhering to those instructions could result in your injury or even death." Yikes! It appears that the company provides a good web page that explains the dangers of improper installation advice and potential safety hazards leading to injury or even death. The shame is that their staff does not follow their own advice. Based on my experience today, I would steer clear of this company! read more

This is the second or third time I have used Best Glass. They have always been fantastic. I drive on interstate 10 from Phoenix to Buckeye everyday and am constantly bombarded with rocks. I called Best Glass on Monday evening and they were able to come out first thing today, Wednesday. Each time that I have used them they came out and replaced my windshield quickly and correctly. They have even driven out to Buckeye twice to fix my windshield. I would highly suggest this company for any auto windshield repairs. Also Mary in the office is super great!! read more

Was promised I would get a call of a half hour window that the technician would be at my office. I get a call and they say they are downstairs. I have deadlines at work that would be detrimental to our business if I delay so I told the gentleman I would do my best to be down in 10 minutes but I was told I would be given a half hour. I went downstairs after about 20 minutes only to find nobody. I call back to reschedule and they told me that the tech waited over a half hour which not only is a lie but when I told them he did not wait over a half hour that implies that I am lying. What happened to the customer is always right? I have it on my phone records: 9:48am call in, 10:11 voicemail. That is not OVER a half hour. Its a minor technicality but a big deal to imply a customer is in the wrong. Plenty of places here to give business to. read more

BUYER BEWARE Very poor customer service!! Their motto should read "We will tell you half of what you need to know, and then hold you accountable when we do not go over anything with you." Dropped off templates that I was told I had to make (never offered an option to pay for someone to do it). No one inspected the templates that I dropped off which were of 200+ year old furniture with dings and chips on the wood around the perimeter. So when I went to pic up the glass they actually cut out the dings and chips instead of just making a straight line???? Really??? Don't you think at some point they would of called me to verify or ask if this was correct?? No instead the guy tells me its my fault and that they cut the pattern exactly how I asked (which is not true because they never looked over the templates with me) He then refused to give me the pattern and said that he would dispute every bad review I gave him because thats his job! HAHA he must have a full time job disputing bad reviews if this is the type of customer service they give! This whole situation could of been avoided by proper and courteous customer service. They don't seem to concerned about that fact. All they wanted to do and did do was blame me and kept pointing to the pencil rubbing on the template of the chipped wood.
