Carlos really knows glass and installation, and is friendly and courteous. He can also save you money on Andersen windows. The install crew for Carlos at Pro Glass is great. I had 4 windows for them to install. There were here from 9:00 until after 6:00, and returned the following day to finish up. They knew what they were doing, were courteous, and worked hard the entire time they were here. They did not do the "Jump Frame" install that others had wanted to do. Apparently, the jump frame install is a quick and dirty installation where the new window is installed over the old frame. The result is more frame and less glass visibility. They installed the windows the correct way. My windows are beautiful and the clarity of the Anderson windows is amazing. read more

i personally would not recommend this company. I had them do 2 windows in my home. they showed up 2.5 hours late on install day. Did not have the right trim, waited 2 weeks for new trim (I had to keep calling Carlos) they put that in and it's still wrong and coming off! 3 weeks later still waiting, carlos won't return my calls. Sadly I can not recommend this company. A few years ago worked with them to replace a pane of window glass in a rental property, and the service was timely, uneventful, and completed fine. However, this time 2020-2021 was much different and I ultimately gave up and went with another company. I needed a large bathroom mirror cut and rehung. Calling to get a quote took at least 10 calls, with multiple promises to call me back, which never happened. The quoted the job last fall at once price, then their updated quote in Feb 21 was 2x the price. Then they required me to sign the quote and return as well as send the 50% payment before they would come on site in 6 days. Not having a scanner at home this forced me to go to the local copy shop. I emailed it and received conformation they received. Because they did not offer electronic payment, I had to make the payment with an e-check from Chase Bank band sent them the conformation that it was funded and in the mail. The final straw was when the very disorganized office person called me in the morning, the day before the appointment stating that my appointment was going to be canceled because I had not sent them the signed quote or the 50% payment. I reminded her that I had sent the signed quote and she had confirmed receipt. I also reminded her that I had sent conformation of the check from Chase and asked if her mail had come yet that day. She admitted she had not been in the office yet to check. I told her to cancel my appointment, tear up the check and quote and that I was going to find a different company. She seemed shocked! I canceled the e-check to get my money back. I know many companies are struggling right now and I am very understanding but I too have a business to run, in fact 3 business! I have a LOT of empathy but this company was just took disorganized and inflexible for me to give my business. I called around and received another quote that was 20% less, required no signed quote or prepayment. I now have great looking mirrors and have replaced this company with a new one on my preferred vendors list. read more

Pro glass LLC is dishonest. On June 26 I was unlucky enough to be driving behind there 2005 white Chevy van that carried big panes of glass on the side. Glass fell off there van and shattered all over my car. The driver, Marco meza, pulled over and I did to. Glass went thru my a/c compressor. They said sorry and gave me there insurance card. We called insurance to repair and they owner lied and said that never happened. When I talked to them on the phone she said to call her insurance. Do not trust this shady company read more

Not to bad mouth other companies, but I hate when I go to a car wash place and the auto glass repair people literally harass you to fix the chips in your windshield. I finally decided to get my glass repaired when my mom drove from California to visit and her glass got chipped. I had heard about Pro Glass and gave them a call. Erika was great on the phone, explained the entire process, and even called our insurance companies to handle the claim process. She was very professional, not pushy. The other great thing is that Pro Glass came to my house on a SATURDAY and fixed both of our cars right in the driveway. I love when companies provide such excellent customer service. We had Pro Glass create custom doors for our home office, the door opening is rather large so pre- manufactured doors weren't possible. Carlos came over and I showed him a few inspiration pictures I had found online and he took measurements. We wanted to incorporate the door design in with the existing space and the metal color to match what was on the wood beams. Together we were able to come up with a design that worked for our space. You never really know how something is going to turn out when creating it from scratch but when they installed the doors we were amazed at the quality of work and how beautiful they turned out. They looked exactly like the inspiration picture I had initially shared with Carlos. The entire Pro Glass team was amazing to work with and very professional. Instead was asked to meet at a pizeria and hang out at the parking lot while they did replacement. Also, when expressing a desire to move to another company due to company not getting back, Saleman Travis hung up the phone with no bye, nothing. Recently our home was burglarized and in the process our oversized arcadia door was shattered and the frame was destroyed. The perpetrators also smashed a glass panel in the family entertainment center to access electronics. As bad as this situation was on all of us the Pro-Glass staff were amazing! Within hours of the incident we were contacted by Estrella and assured a technician would be at our home first thing the following morning. Mark, the Pro-Glass field technician called early that morning to let us know he was on his way. When Mark arrived he presented himself in a very professional manner was understanding and considerate. Mark noticed our young son felt insecure in the house with the arcadia door opening covered by plywood. He reassured him that although the situation was not optimum the area was secure. He also explained that Pro-Glass would work very hard to replace the doors ASAP. Prior to end of business that same day Estrella contacted us with a quote and timeline. All paperwork was handled via email and communication was constant from the Pro-Glass staff. We even received a call on a Saturday from the owner Carlos assuring us Pro-Glass had found the frame and the low E tempered glass was on order. Mark returned as scheduled, installed the new Arcadia Door slider, re-screed the screen door, adjusted both arcadia door panels for proper fit and replaced the glass in the entertainment unit. Shortly after Mark left we received a follow up call from Estrella just to make sure all was well. I think my first review was filtered out. Shame on you yelp. This company has some issues. The customer service rep just ran me through the paces/phone calls and emails to get us to agree to their terms. It made it look like we agreed to the work...charged our credit card and then left the unfinished work at our doorstep so they could say we were in possession of the screens. Arizona's Attorney General agreed with us and our Credit Card company refunded the amount they charged. Watch out, things are not what they seem to be with Pro Glass. read more
