Scheduled a measurement for a dual pane glass insert replacement for a patio door. I was told since I live close to their shop, the tech would arrive at 8am on Monday so i could get to work. By 8:30 am, there is still no tech. I called the store and was told someone would arrive between 8 and 9 a.m. By 9:15 a.m., no one arrived. I called back, was transferred someone else who said, "There was a communication error. The tech is a on a job site. I guess I'm supposed to give you an ETA or offer to reschedule. The tech can't make it out until noon." I was not even offered an apology. i had to burn an hour of vacation time waiting for someone who never arrived. Complete waste of time and horrible customer service. If there was a communication error on their end, my first call that morning should have resolved it. Use a company that is more respectful of your time. There are plenty of other glass companies in the Valley. read more

I called Best Glass to fix a large frameless shower door that had been removed for a tile job. The subcontractor the tile company used did not know what he was doing, and left a 3/4 inch gap between two of the panels, and ruined the hinges. I tried calling multiple companies for the job, but they either felt the job was too small to travel to San Tan Valley for, or never returned my call. Best Glass readily agreed to help, and sent one of their installers to look at the door to assess the damage. They gave me a reasonable quote, fit me into their schedule as soon as the parts came in, and did a fantastic job. The installer was thorough, competent and friendly. I had a small glass project and I was not certain they would take it on or would view it as a nuisance. Not only did they take it on, but they gave it the most patient care and produced an end result that was just wonderful. JW was the craftsman who was able to remove a broken screw from an antique lamp. I lost track of the number of tools he used to accomplish this and stood by watching as he demonstrated amazing patience. Mary at the front desk also showed great courtesy and kindness working with JW to complete the cutting of a special glass to complete the project while I waited a little longer. Ordered glass for a desk to protect the wood. While in the end, the glass works well, it was a painful process. 6/1 order was placed and deposit paid, and told 7-10 days to perform work. 11th came and went. It was not until the 17th when I called to enquire, and told it would be done on the 18th. Picked up the glass on the 19th and it did not fit the desk. Called the office and told they did not understand a measurement. I asked, why didn't you call me to clarify. No response. Returned back to be recut. Told would be ready Saturday and wait for their call. The call came near the closing time, where I could not get there before they closed. Left work early on 6/22 to pick up glass. Measured it before I left. While measuring, a worker said the person who called me Saturday was told to make the call a couple of hours early in the day. In total it took 21 days to complete my order, 3 trips @ 2 hours per trip, on top of the poor customer service when contacting the company, who may have the Best Glass, but poor customer service. read more

I was happy with the service here. I had an end table that needed a new glass top, since my old one had a huge chip missing. They made a new copy for me,..and even commented at how old the glass was that I was replacing. They obviously know their stuff! I called Best Glass out to a building I was Inspecting for a Investor. Ask them to give a price to replace all the Old glass with Dual Pane Low e and to replace the old Sky Light with the same, this was on the 8th of July. Estimator said he took a bunch of pictures and that he would go back to the Office an work on it. 6 days later I call an asked about the bid, "Oh we don't do Skylights they said", really, you couldn't call and tell me this! OK how about the window replacements, give us till the end of the day and will get a EST out to you. Then they say, we went back an gave the Owner a price to replace the broken window. Don't care about what other business you do, how about my estimate to replace the windows with Dual Pain low e. I am very dis-satisfied with this company. I called for a quote was given one at a fair price. I get there with sample to make sure it is cut to correct size. Then price jumps to 4 times the quote. Then I was told I gave wrong info when requesting a price yet he had it in his writing exactly what I needed from the phone call. They simply refused to honor there price. I don't see a quote starting from 59.09 ea @ 2 pieces and ending @ 349.95 after I drove across town to drop off sample. BAD BUSINESS !!! read more

Their website says they repair all kinds of RV glass. Wrong. Our side and front RV windows were shattered so they came to quote. Not only do they not repair the glass, the estimator fussed around with the window and the shattered glass dropped out of the frame. So now we have a huge gaping hole in the RV. I need to install glass shower enclosures in 4 bathrooms. Seems like Best Glass doesn't really need the work. 2 of my bathrooms are tiled and ready and the other 2 in progress. I asked if they can come out and give me a quote since I need the first 2 bathroom done first. I was told by this gentleman (John I believe) if they has to come out twice to quote they will charge me $150 additional just to come and provide a second quote. I didn't think it cost money to get quotes for shower enclosures. He repeatedly said "time is money" and didn't sound interested in the job at all. I said since you are not willing to take the time to come out to provide quote then I think I will go somewhere else. He said "Good luck" and hung up. Worst is they are pretty close to me so it won't even take them that much time. I only called because I see they have good reviews online. They might be good but there are many other companies out there that are friendlier and actually want your business. I say go somewhere else. read more
