The removal of existing wood veneer planks and carpet was straightforward. Francisco effectively planned the installation to accommodate for furniture relocation and leveling of the subfloor. They used existing baseboards with additional quarter-round to accommodate for the difference in height between the prior and new flooring. He does an excellent job deep cleaning the wall-to-wall carpets and he keeps the hardwood floors healthy and shiny. I am especially pleased with his care of the bathrooms' shower tiles. The grout stays clear of mold and soap residue. His prices are reasonable and I was especially pleased with his window-washing quote. I almost took one star off because he did not wash the outdoor sills; but I'm not sure if anyone does that. I never paid attention to that before.
