I dropped by to get some blankets washed since they don't fit into my bf's apt. washer and this was the closest. Came by on a weekday morning hoping to avoid the crowds and it wasn't too bad - I was able to get a washer quickly even though there were quite a few other people there. The place was clean and I didn't have any issues with the washer or dryer. There was a bigger washer, so we were able to wash both blankets at the same time. There were a few vending machines for laundry needs as well as drinks/snacks. My bf and I walked around while waiting and then went outside to enjoy the morning air as it seemed safe enough to leave our blankets inside. Overall, great place to get bigger items washed. There seemed to be a consistent crowd coming and going while we were there. They're open from 6AM - 9:30PM every day, so plenty of time for everyone to get things washed/dried. I think they do have a set time for last load of laundry, though. Decent pricing and comparable to other laundromats I've gone to in the past - although it has been a few years since I've needed to. read more

The owners do not allow you to use the bathroom. There is no access to a public restroom on site

This is the second time I noticed the Washers do not wash your clothes in hot water. Regardless of the setting. Guess its another way to save money. They should at least let you know so you can go somewhere that has hot water. read more

I was washing my clothes and water started pouring out the washer. I contacted the attendant and she immediately started yelling at me saying it was my fault. I explained to her that the door was locked and I did nothing wrong. She continued to yell at me and I simply told her to stop. The Asian attendant continued to scream and wave her finger in my face because my sock got stuck in the door. This no way to treat customers. I've been coming here since I moved here, been to a lot of laundromats in my time, but this place is the cleanest and nicest laundromat I ever been to. Ppl work there are nice and super friendly, They keep everything tide and clean everyday. Most or all the machines are new and pretty well lit to fold my clothes. Highly recommend! read more

Clean, spacious, reasonably priced and the owners are usually on hand keeping things running smoothly. Haven't found a time yet when there isn't a decent amount of people in and out but it is spacious enough that there's generally plenty of washers/dryers. I prefer this place to my own washroom. This business is the worst so I came here with a $20 bill two loads of laundry at $5.25 a wash lost $11.25 and I went to the owner to explain this to her she did not believe me first all she's Asian and does not speak barely any English she started yelling saying the only way she would refund my money is if the light came on on the machine. I've been coming here for years. I come from Oakland to run errands, but I'm just not understanding why the restrooms are still closed.... It takes over an hour to do laundry,... the restroom is an important thing for some of us. More machines are broken, and not fixed after weeks? My review is for the wash and go service, Lee always gets my clothes super clean every time I drop them off and the turn around is super quick. I swear my whites are always whiter then when I bought them and she always gives me details on how she washes them. I go here at least twice a month and I am always satisfied. Terrible. I was there 20 minutes before they closed and there were at least 10 people waiting for their clothes to dry also. I went to get my clothes and the older Asian woman who works there, cussed me out, yelled at me because I was walking on her floor. They weren't even closed yet. I work 6 to 7 days a week and have no time to do my laundry and also take care of my kids. I'm a single dad. This lady made my day suck. Rude. I'm just confused because they were still open, people were already inside but my clothes were on the place that she just mopped. I didn't know that. I will never go there again. Worst laundromat ever ! Machines don't work and when you ask the staff about it they're rude and they yell at you I didn't catch the lady's name but I'm sure she's the owner and she refused to help me with the non-functioning machine she yelled at me when I asked her why wasn't the machine producing any water then she close up and walked away and left the laundromat refusing to give me a refund. Came here thinking I would try a new spot other then my usual LEES LAUNDROMAT and I regretted it. About half the machines were out of order! Or in use! Needed more soap and the vending machine was BROKEN! Place is moderately clean i guess that was worth the one star. read more

Best Laundromat in town I'm glad that this place is open for business. Single Mom with two kids Shelter at home ordered by the gov COVID-19 home school I'm already stressed. I don't like to use the Laundrymat at my apartment complex. I have two kids clothes needs to be clean and wash. I work in a Retail my day off work is different depending on the week. I witnessed the owner stop someone's laundry being washed because she didn't like their profession. This man returned to find his clothes soaking wet. She cursed him and he left quietly into the sunset. I used to enjoy coming here to get my clothes cleaned. And now ... now I refuse to ever return. I respect what that man does for a living and it's clear he just needed his uniform clean for his upcoming duty. This women carelessly stoped his load. Mid load. I come here to wash my clothes...until yesterday. I watched the owner rip out a gentleman's UNIFORM soaking wet, swear at him and refuse business. I am in awe of what I saw. I've been coming here for a few years now and I really think this is the best one in San Leandro/San Lorenzo. Although I've moved to Hayward, I still come here after attending church because I love how super clean it is, and the machines work great. I've also tried going to Lee's laundromat and didn't quite like it as much. It's actually a lot more expensive since I don't feel like the dryers work as well as here so I'm feeding it more money. However Lee's does have the convenience of the mini store on site. The biggest difference with laundromats overall is having an attentive attendant. The main one that I always see working here is Tamara . She is super friendly and acknowledges everyone that comes through the the door. She is also constantly cleaning and keeping the place on point! I've only ran into an issue once with a dryer not working and she assisted me right away. Out of the 5 years I've gone here with only one incident is pretty darn good! read more
