Well, I had the opportunity to need the services of a good locksmith, and boy, did I find one here…read more I needed a spare key and a new key fob made for my 2013 Chevy tahoe. My old fob wouldn't unlock the doors anymore, even with my changing the battery. They jumped right on the job, and even with some obstacles, we're able to make me a spare key and identify the problem with the truck that prevented making a new fob until additional repairs on the vehicle were made. We've been in our new home for 2 months and we hadn't changed the locks yet so it was definitely time. Our Home Warranty was being ridiculous, chalking it up to the systems being down, so we decided to take matters into our own hands and just call a locksmith on our own and save ourselves a prolonged headache. With a quick search on Yelp, I found SLS. A nice man answered the phone and asked how many locks we had to change and asked what kind they were. He said he could send a technician within the hour for a free estimate. Sure enough, Avi, the technician arrived within the hour. Super nice guy. He assessed the locks and in 10 minutes, he got us squared away with a new key. Not bad for $100 for 10 mins. We would have had to pay $100 deductible with our Home Warranty so, this was a much faster and efficient way and no hassle. I highly recommend them! They accept credit cards on site. He arrived promptly but the service it's self took way longer than expected. At one point we were going to give up and thank him for trying. Seemed like he bit off a little more than he could chew. After about 4-5 hours we had a new key for the car. We would definitely use their services again , hopefully not for this issue though
