We've been in our new home for 2 months and we hadn't changed the locks yet so it was definitely time. Our Home Warranty was being ridiculous, chalking it up to the systems being down, so we decided to take matters into our own hands and just call a locksmith on our own and save ourselves a prolonged headache. With a quick search on Yelp, I found SLS. A nice man answered the phone and asked how many locks we had to change and asked what kind they were. He said he could send a technician within the hour for a free estimate. Sure enough, Avi, the technician arrived within the hour. Super nice guy. He assessed the locks and in 10 minutes, he got us squared away with a new key. Not bad for $100 for 10 mins. We would have had to pay $100 deductible with our Home Warranty so, this was a much faster and efficient way and no hassle. I highly recommend them! They accept credit cards on site. Called because it was time to change the locks. Tired of multiple keys. And guess what? He showed up 1.5 hours later. He got to work right away. Changed out 3 locks and doorknobs. 4 keys to my house! Took him hardly anytime! He prefers cash and will give you a deal if you hand over the dollar bills. But he's more than happy to take credit. And he will text you a receipt! Cool guy. Terrible! Would use less than 1-star but does not exist. Would NEVER recommend this Locksmith for any job. Walked around my residence looking at the property more than spending time trying to unlock the door. Then after attempts of hitting a hammer on a key inside the lock, he reverted to drilling the lock and asking to replace it with one of theirs. Charged $150.00. Could not get the credit card machine to work which charged an additional $9.00 on the bill. Did nothing but cost me an additional +$50 at the Hardware store to replace the filled out lock. read more

We were at the beach today and my husband lost his truck key fob. We thought we would be out of luck because he only had the one fob and no spare. I googled a locksmith and decided on this business. I'm overall disappointed because I did my research on this company and read good things about Fares and his prices. The service was complete but with some issues and not good customer service from the independent contractor he had come out. The first issue I had was with the the phone call by the contractor who was not pleasant, he called an hour and a half before his arrival to confirm and still was late, he charged me 6 % for using my debit card but I was quoted 225 and not told initially about this fee, and last but not least after the program of the key fob my car wouldn't start. He gave me a jump and then sat in my condominium parking lot for a while after the service . read more

We called 3 or 4 locksmiths to unlock an office door. Time was an issue because my Father's dog was locked in the office. This company was the closest and quoted us $85. Once they got to us, the locksmith unlocked the door in less than 5 minutes. He charged us $120, which he said included a $25 service fee. The price was $95, not the price quoted and there was no mention of a service fee over the phone. Although he did unlock the door, this company was not honest with us. :( read more
