This is one of the most efficient ppl we've ever met.. So our key holder completely shattered which when we researched with the Lexus brand is common with a certain type of key.. We called just to inquire and was given a 20 minute window which was amazing . So let's back up we called pop a lock which was over $260 more dollars that what we were being charged here. Plus we already had replacement key holders and key and just needed the cut and programmed. And with pop a lock they was like, "well I'm going to have to get a tech to call you because I'm not sure what they would charge for that" which of course no one ever called us and we were ok with that because once he got to us it took him all of about 10minuted to cut , program and test the key to make sure that it work. It was so quick even babe was like geesh he's done already it was crazy .. I'm so glad that we had help because we really didn't know who to call and will call again if we ever need anything else !! I was really happy with the locksmith they provided. My dog is too smart for her own good, and kept finding new ways to open the front door and run away. Concerned for her safety, I called and asked for someone who could come immediately and help me find a solution. The locksmith arrived quickly, determined that the only way to secure the door was a specific type of deadbolt positioned too high for the dog to reach. He left, picked up the bolt we needed, returned, and installed it immediately. Art came out twice, cutting an auto key and programming an auto key fob each time. He provided us with a quote before each visit, it was easy to set up meeting times, and he was punctual, cordial, and professional. Art told us if there were any issues that came up (there was a problem with one of our car door mechanisms) and how we could fix them. He even helped us reset dash lights that had come on as a result of the work with the car batteries. We will definitely call him again should we need more keys or fobs programmed. read more

This locksmith was great, the keys to my basket trailer were misplaced so I called several different locksmiths for different quotes, some would not even do a trailer. This business had great reviews and the price was very reasonable also offering a military discount. I called at 4 pm and he showed up a little after 5 pm. He got the trailer off in about 2 minutes. They quickly responded to my request for a price quote and were a bit more affordable than a few other places I had called. Called Art and he came out the next day to replace about 7 locks, lock plates and rekey all of them in our condo. His estimate was far lower than I thought it would be, which was gratifying as we are doing lots of work on the place and budget is tight. He had almost everything he needed to do the job right then and there and he even ran out to get the one lock he didn't have. Did the whole job in an hour, and also readjusted a few sticky doors preventing a good closure of the lock. A+ job Art! He took a cc payment as well, which is not the norm in my latest experiences with locksmiths so another good reason to use him if you're looking. Who carries more than $100 in cash these days?!
