They are very nice, Jennifer made sure I was getting what I paid for. She did my eye brows perfect and my toes. she did them so well made sure I liked the style before doing anything else. I have been a loyal customer of theirs for many years. i am extremely dis in this place. I walked in and they were busy which I completely ind so I made an appointment for the next day. When I got there I was a little early and they were still pretty busy so o told them I'd come back. right before my scheduled appointment they called to tell my they were 30 mins behind. I am absolutely irritated, and disappointed and extremely angry that the fact that they calling me $35 for my pedicure and then $45 for the deluxe so I decided to go for the deluxe which was fine then I get to the register and it's $74 and change and then they want you to press 15% or 20% or higher for whatever they want for their first of all how did it get to $74 they don't tell you anything and I specifically only asked for one thing which was a pedicure and it was not special there is still dead skin on my feet and it was a horrible experience and now they charged me $74 Plus the tip that I did get them but am extremely extremely dissatisfied with this experience and recommend you not going there because they will rob you for your money blind and not tell you what they're doing what a joke and my toes came out ridiculously horrible how hard is it to do a pink and white French manicure on a pedicure come on seriously if you're going to open a salon hire people that know how to do their job. read more

I've gone in here a few times and they've never been the best but there cheap so you get what your paying for!!! But anyways, the other few times I was in here I would get just a plain color and glitter on my fourth nail and it would be $40 but this time I went in there not only did he forget I wanted glitter on my nail last minute gave me a "glitter ombré" and it was okay but not the fact that it was $65, and that's after he gave me a " $10 discount".....and let's now put into the fact that this was 6 days ago and all my nails popped off never going back and I DONT RECOMMEND read more

Stopped in to get a pedicure because it was near to my house when you walk in it's just your normal standard nail salon that you'd see anywhere in California no one really speaks English. This is not a high-end salon by any means but they get the job done. I ended up getting a pedicure by one of the men in the facility and then had my brows done by young lady who I overheard I just graduated high school. I walked out paying $37 for the pedicure and my eyebrow waxing it's close and convenient so I probably go again. read more

Great walk-in service. Requested a mani/pedi, and what a great surprise. We were helped immediately, the techs were very professional. Our pedicures were given with a great foot/leg massage. The pedicure was done as would be expected, soaking, lotion, cutting, skin removal. The polish was applied neatly. My mani was done with the same expertise and patience. Polish was also applied carefully and neatly. The techs are not loud and obnoxious, but quiet, respectful and accommodating. Though I am visiting, I'll return to Best Nails every time I visit the area. read more

I was a regular customer who typically tipped about twenty-five percent. Sometimes the quality was better or worse, but I always tip generously. Today I went in for my usual service-a $55 premium pedicure. Lady literally spent less than 30 min- less than 5 minutes of which was massage and hot towel. They still had the nerve to charge me $55. I told the manager that I thought this was unfair and that the quality of service did not meet the description of the service that they are selling. He offered to reduce the cost to $45- still a considerably high sum for a basic 25 minute pedicure with only one coat of nail polish (no base, no topcoat). I have come in here for years with my family members- again, always leaving a generous tip- and they still ripped me off and did not handle the matter respectfully. There are too many other nail salons in the area- I would not risk an unpleasant experience at Best Nails. Find a salon that has honest employees selling an honest service. Worst nail salon ever. Job is fine, but customer service is terrible. minors are taken advantage of. We got ripped off several times and they kept asking us for 5 stars. Not only that, but we specifically told them what we wanted right as we walked in and they kept pushing limits and convincing us to get more. Be cautious if you come here. read more

all of my nails are uneven, there is hair in my nails, the no chip chipped in two days. i do NOT recommend this place.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME! Came in with a gift card and tip. Worst manicure I ever received. Asked for a price list and was charged $5 more for my full set than listed in brochure-- even with tax. First of all, did not care for my cuticles or prep my nails for the acrylic set I came in for. I have never encountered that before. Next as the extensions were applied the technician (Charlie) had to reapply the pinky several times because he was sparse with the glue. Continuing on, the paint he applied was uneven and not smoothe. Lots of lines and the acrylic over lay was WAY too thick and actually jagged on my right thumb. Pressured me for payment before I even washed my hands before paint was applied and then put me under the dryer. when the dryer turned off I wasn't acknowledged by the technician at all since I'm pretty sure he was not pleased with the amount of money he thought I had left. He sat next to me. After a few minutes of waiting for him to get off of his cellphone (not sure if he was texting or surfing the web or what), I pulled his attention and gave him the tip I had set aside for him ($3) Which I would've given him more than I had left but again I was charged more than what was told to me initially and I left my purse in the car. My intention was to tip $10. Told him I'd grab my purse from the car to get a better tip And after being under the dryer and under acknowledged LEFT WITH WET NAILS. When I opened my bag I ruined my paint. I did not return with the rest of the tip... I honestly had enough with the experience. Wish I didn't pay at all. Could've asked for a refund but I used a gift card and I had no reason to come back. So I said to myself "keep the tip." (paint imperfections pictured on thumb were a result of having wet nails)(the uneven paint on index finger was just poor paint job done by Charlie) Within one week, A nail has popped off and a few are just about to, and I care for my manicures daily nor do I do too much with my hands. I'm not very clumsy and upon taking off my phone case (which isn't hard to remove at all) one of the tips broke completely off! My nail was perfectly intact and exposed. If glue was applied properly it would've came off with it. Unheard of. So not only will I not be coming back to "Best" nails-- within a week and way before time to fill I now have missing and broken nails. Will never be back. Far from "best" nails. read more

I have had mani/pedi done here a couple of times. Enjoyable experience each time. Great walk in service. I lived overseas for 4 years in Asia and it was nice to get the leg massage I was used to overseas in a salon here, while getting a pedicure. Will return whenever I am in town. read more
