I am not one to write reviews, but only in Extreme cases either really good or really bad. My last experience with Best one Tire all the way from management of Kevin in the office to Jerry and his guys in the fleet Tire service department was excellent to say the least. I had new steer tires put on my semi truck and I had a shake at the wheel at around 70 mph. They had me bring it back in to tackle the problem and come to find out. It was a tire that I had purchased separately and had them mount and balance. Even though it wasn't their fault at all, they followed up with me day after day to find out how it was driving and wouldn't accept the shake and had me bring it back in. Finally, I was able to send that tire back and get everything corrected and they wouldn't even accept any more money from me. all they were concerned about was making sure that me, the customer was happy. Left the car to have a lug nut rethreaded 2 hours prior to closing. Was told I would receive the car back within the same day, as I was not available the next. The car was not only held over night, but done so without any communication whatsoever. Required 3 calls to even figure out what was happening. Thoroughly enjoyed rescheduling my morning appointments. Go anywhere else. read more

Called for tire service - call answered in FLORIDA! Zero ability to cut the crap and help. AFTER a boat load of stupid calls and questions - THEN it would be 90 -120 minutes BEFORE they would send anyone. At 34 degrees and in the night. Absolutely atrocious. Never use them. read more

It is the end of 2024! Not the same management for sure. This was a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. Takes 45 minutes. I even left my car that morning and told the worker I would be back at 12:30 to get it. Keep in mind scheduled at 11:00am. Called to make sure it was ready. Not ready! They were running 1 1/2 hours behind. So why didn't you just call me? I had to pick up my car because I had things to do. So NO oil change. Reschedule for THURSDAY @ 2. Went in and was greeted. I have you down for tomorrow. WHY?? You stated Thursday @ 2. They check and come back and say there 1 pm still hasn't showed. Not my problem but I, your 2pm is here and you could accommodate them. Acted like I was wrong when Cleary the business can't be run correctly. So, because you have inconvenienced a customer 2 times now because of your poor management I get nothing, and you get a review! Back to customer service 101. This is a 5000 mile agreement 3 times a year. Watch what you say to customers and treat them the way you want to be treated! read more

This place is dog shit and disrespectful, I called for an emergency tire replacement and this is the second experience I had with them the first was great but this was beyond disrespectful someone need to put them in their place I need 4 tires and had the sizes for them too woth the location of the replacement was needed. They already answer with an attitude and while giving the details they ask who is there with me why tf is that something they need to know but I answer anyways. Then they proceed to ask how am I paying cash or card I say cash but tell me why they say I need more info than that CASH is CASH fucking not enough info you asked and I answered. I took my vehicle here to have a new power steering pump INSTALLED ONLY at a service cost of $250. When I came back to pick up my vehicle the service mechanic told me that when he added power steering fluid to the pump, he blew out seals on my rack and pinion. He then gladly wrote up an estimate of $800 to replace the rack and pinion he destroyed. I payed the $250 for the power steering install (less than a hours work). Yes I was ripped off, but I will sound the alarm on this place and I will NEVER EVER LET THEM STEAL MONEY FROM ME AGAIN. If you like getting ripped off and want your vehicle damaged more than it was before you brought it in, this is the place for you. I personally HATE BEING ROBBED! P.S. Same here as the previous review. Was charged for a repair and it wasnt fixed. Took my car to get a repair on an A.C. leak. Was charged $200 and told it was fixed. A month later hot air was blowing again. They looked again and said it would be $800 to fix it this time. Wasn't fixed right the first time and there was no offer to use the amount from their misdiagnosis to go towards the $800 repair. Sorry - I'm not gambling that much on them when it wasn't fixed right the first time. At this point going to the dealer is cheaper than constantly rolling the dice here. read more

Go to RABEN or any other establishment. Despicable unapologetic & inconsiderate customer service. An 84yr old woman had an appointment for oil change & tire rotation (tires were purchased at bestone). She waited 2hrs & 45min! They never updated or informed her of the progress or why there was such a long delay. Even after the completion of her service, no one offered an explanation or apologized for such an unreasonably long wait. 165 minutes to change oil and rotate tires?? They should change their name to 'Best One WE'LL SCREW YOU BLIND DEAF or DUMB' read more

I paid $760 and they still did not fix my car!!!!!!! And I had to pay for parts they broke!

Great service! You can count on their recommendations. I really trust these guys. I have always been happy with the results.
