Terrible customer service! I am STILL trying to get him to get the broken glass out of the door. You get what you pay for. Yes it is cheap and yes he comes to you but after talking to him in the morning he said he would be there in 2 hours. After 3 hours I called and he said I will be there between 1 and 1:30. 1:15 came around and he called saying he was on the way. He showed up at 2 which is when I told him I had to leave. I stayed because I couldn't drive around with no window. When he was done and I went to drive I noticed a rattle in the door panel. I called saying there was glass in the door and he said I can't vacuum out all the glass (isn't that part of the service). He literally huffed on the phone and said I can't come I am busy. First of all, the customer service was horrible. We had an appointment to bring our car in and when we got there, there was nobody there. We sat around for 45 minutes and waited for the employee to get there (in the middle of the day). But the worst part was that they broke the clips off our car fixing the windshield, meaning that water could seep in.
