Well my wife is a very nice person and this has happened every time. This last time they were supposed to come on a Friday morning might have been a Thursday. Well they called and canceled. I took time off my work day to be there. NO SHOw. The owner then texted my wife and asked if she could come on a Saturday morning we made sure we were there. She was late of course then shows up. Then tells my wife she doesn't have a place to park. She could have parked in our driveway or at least asked where else she could park. Well that didn't happen and she just drove away and told my wife she couldn't do the job. If I ran my company this way I wouldn't have a job. She is full of excuses same one more than once. We will never use her again. It is sad because our dogs like her. I do wish her the best but she will never get better unless she stops the excuses.

Our girls always come out looking absolutely beautiful -- perfectly trimmed, soft, and so well cared for. Shebo is our go-to groomer and she is incredibly talented. She truly has a gift and takes such amazing care of our doggies. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does, and it shows in her work. Danielle is also so sweet and wonderful. She did a great job on our Yorkie's cut. Honestly, the entire staff is kind, welcoming, and professional. The salon is always very clean, which is extremely important to me. I've heard way too many horror stories about big chain grooming places and have even had bad experiences myself at other locations. Because of that, I'm very selective about where I bring my dogs -- and I would NEVER take them anywhere else. The biggest sign for me? My dogs get excited when we pull into the parking lot! That says everything. Most dogs dread going to the groomer or the vet, but our girls genuinely love coming here. They're treated with so much love and care. They also have a fabulous selection of a treats and food, every time my girls get their hair done, we do buy them their special treats here as a reward for their salon day, they are on a higher price point however, you do get what you pay for! Their treats are high-quality and out of all of the treats that I buy for my girls anywhere, they absolutely love the ones from here and they never get tired of them. I took my sweet Maltipoo, Hobie, to Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming, on 2/14/26 in Rancho Santa Margarita for what was supposed to be a simple mini grooming. Later that evening, Hobie developed an extremely severe rash in his private and rear areas. He was clearly in pain, and it was heartbreaking to watch. Our veterinarian examined him and indicated the irritation was consistent with grooming-related razor burn or excessive shaving. The vet's immediate question was, "Why were his private areas shaved? There is no hair there to shave." Hobie would yelp when I applied his medicated cream, something no pet owner ever wants to witness. I provided the owner with photos and veterinary documentation. Despite seeing the images and reviewing the vet's notes, I was initially told there would be no refund for either the grooming or the veterinary expenses. After further discussions, the owner ultimately agreed to refund only the grooming fee. She was not very pleasant. This was painful for my dog and distressing for me. Hobie is a gentle, loving little dog, and seeing him suffer was devastating. Please be cautious, especially if you have sensitive-coated breeds like poodles, Maltipoos, and similar mixes. My groomer was Kara. I sincerely hope no other dog has to go through what Hobie did.

All staff we've ever come into contact with have been INCREDIBLY nice. The building and waiting area is also very clean and nice. I've noticed at other groomers that there tends to be quite a bit of a smell, but have never noticed that here. They are super fast - both times took less than 90 minutes, but I never feel like they cut corners. He always gets a deshed and it's always done beautifully. Bonus points for the fact that every time my boy has gone in, he's come home with a bandana and a bowtie. Literally amazing. Thank you so much for existing in my area!!!
