She keeps me updated throughout the entire grooming, sending pictures of her work to make sure I am happy. I used to dread bringing my Oliver to the groomer because it seemed like such a stressful situation for him. With Chloe, he is actually EXCITED for his grooming! She is so sweet and loving to him and it is so apparent how much love and patience she has for dogs. I'm the first to admit that I do not brush my pup as often as I should, leading to mats and tangles. Chloe does a great job at removing all matted areas without needing to shave the area. I could not recommend any more highly! She was careful to follow my instructions for my golden doodle's first and second cuts and texted to let me know along the way how Blu was doing. When she discovered lots of mats, she texted me pictures to get my OK on whether to work through the mats (more time, more money) or to cut them out (meaning a shorter cut than I had wanted). She made sure Blu was comfortable the whole time and sent her home looking and smelling so pretty. I've seen and heard stories of bad goldendoodle cuts. Not for Blu. I have found the Holy grail of dog groomers. My Shelter dog is very shy and timid. And I've only had him groomed a couple of times since I've had him but he always gets so nervous. Chloe works out of her home so there didn't appear to be a bunch of dogs in crates barking. She kept sending me pictures and asking me what I wanted done. She did a fantastic job. Her price was average and he was very relaxed and happy when I picked him up two hours later on the dot.
