During the "2nd Chance Visit", his carpet estimator was incredibly rude to my female tenant, made it seem like he was doing her a favor to show-up, and verbally CURSED AT MY FEMALE TENANT. She became afraid and asked the carpet estimator to leave because she felt unsafe. I respect & appreciate the OWNER for trying to make things right, but if this is the caliber of employee that his company hires, I WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH THEM. It is 1,000% UNACCEPTALBE for a service provider that has been invited into someone's home to curse at a woman. UNACCEPTABLE.
