My tire was flat when I went out to it in the morning. So I out the spare on and took it here to get fixed. 45 dollars to fix the tire. They found no leak but still charged me full $45. I was expecting a reduced amount since the tire didn't need fixing and they didn't have to fix it. Top it off when they went to charge me he saw I had cash in my wallet and I pulled out my credit card and he tried to claim the reader was broken. After putting after market tires & rims on my car I needed a shop that could insert spacers, while every other shop was either closed or couldn't do it for liability reasons, this place assured me & guaranteed my drive would be worth it......& it was! If you're looking for dirt cheap prices you should look for an old broken down shop that's probably not even on Yelp. This place is great & offers reasonable prices, in my opinion of course. They have a waiting area in their office with a tv, table, & chairs. Very convenient if you're hungry & bring in outside food. First off, great quality and speed of service. Maybe not the friendliest people, but I'll take quality and speed over a smile when it comes to my vehicles. I've had two separate issues with my tires in the last three years and these guys came through. One was on a Sunday and they were the only ones open, the other was a blowout and on both occasions they got my vehicle on the lift right away. They also seem to have a thorough stock of tires. Several places I called first, including the Firestone chain said they had to special order the tires that these guys had in stock. Can't say enough good things. Go there. Give them business so the next time I need them they will still be there. Oh, and a bonus, not sure if they had career aspirations of working in a F1 pit at one point, but the dude swapped out two tires for me in about 9 minutes. $25 to fail to find a tire puncture. Took the car in for a persistent 10-lb per week air leak. Wheel was dunked, soaped, and rolled without identification of the leak. Recommendation was to go ahead and drive on the wheel and use it up while skipping tire rotations; the leak will be fixed with a set of new tires. Thanks a lot. I've come here three times now, twice because of nails in my tires, and once because a local car wash ripped off a valve stem. They're open long hours and work quickly. Prices are about average - around $20 to do a plug for a nail hole, maybe a bit more for the valve stem. I just remembered that they also sold me two new tires for my 2012 GTI, had to special order but they were in the next day. So I guess they're my go-to for all things tires! They're less than a mile away, so convenience is part of why I chose them in the first place. read more

I don't know why I keep giving these guys a chance. This wheel and tire shop never has their sh*t together and they overcharge for anything and everything. My first experience was a few years back when they first opened. I was in an emergency and needed a tire for my 22" rim and they charged about $280, when other places were charging $180-220. I shook it off since it was an emergency. Last year, I found myself back at their shop; I was looking for a replacement rim and the owner (Shakeel) basically shook me off and said they were too busy to look it up. It was a Friday and they told me to call back Monday. I never called and I found it elsewhere and probably much cheaper than they could get it for. Lastly and most recently, I needed to put my factory tire pressure monitors into my after-market wheels and they quoted me $300! I laughed and left and got it done elsewhere for a quarter of the price. I'm not sure what kind of middle eastern hash these guys are smoking, but I don't recommend this place to anyone. I normally bring my car to big o tire but it being a sunday big o tires is closed.ive found these guys and they seem like nice people and i like to support small business when i can.with that being said i notice that the tires on my car are really bad and i needed all 4 swapped out.when the tires i ordered finally arrived it was too late to take to big o and thenext day was sunday.so i took it to theses guys.i didnt inspect the work as it was a simple standard tire swap.fast forward a few weeks later i notice the back wheels had some serious scratches on it.i thought it was from my wife and that she curbbed it hard.but when i looked at all the wheels,3 out of the 4 wheels have serious scratches.so it being so long i didnt bother calling the shop.whats disappointing is that they were careless and didnt bother to let me know.also the balance job is bad,if you take the car over 70 the steering wheel starts shaking.needless to say i wont be going back.this is just a heads up if you decide ti use these guys. read more

Someone lost their allen wrench, I found it, in my tire. Went to Big O' and they were too busy for me but mentioned Best Tires & Wheels, THANKS! Rolled in, they checked out my tire, told me to pull up into the shop and started working. I asked when I should come back and Shan the Man told me it would be done in minutes. I barely had enough time to tell my ride she didn't have to wait and sit down in the waiting area, which is nice and spacious, before they told me it was done. Super friendly, good price, and honest. I ran over one of those tire spike things at Wildcat Canyon. Ugh. Two tires destroyed. And it was late on a Sunday afternoon, so lots of places were closed. The tow truck places I spoke to were going to take 90+ minutes to get to me and then said that all the tire shops were already closed, and I'd be lucky to get my tires fixed by midday Monday. But then I called Best Tires, and they actually came out in a van with a few guys and two brand new tires, and we did the whole transaction on the side of the road outside the park. It took a while and they had to go back to the shop to get more parts and run my credit card, but I was happy to wait. Normally this wouldn't be a problem except these were run flat tires and this was 12/23 at 5pm. Who in the world is gonna be open at this hour? This is a remarkable but absolutely true story. It's 4:50 PM on Easter. I had a flat. I called AAA. They said they'd come. I waited an hour. They didn't come. I called AAA and they said, "Sorry you'll have to wait and all they can do is tow you somewhere." But on Easter night. No one's open. I asked them whether they know of any place open. The only place was Best Tires. said the only place open is Best Tires and Wheels. It's now 6 PM. I call them and they are willing to come to where I'm broken down, take my ruined tire and replace it, all at a fair, not usurious price!!!. Shan and his assistant Deep were amazing. I didn't give them a 5 because my rim lock key was lost, and the told me it would be $15 to take them off, and then charged me $15 per tire. Since it was Sunday, and since it was Napa, absolutely nothing was open. The closest open place was this shop. While I usually read Yelp and evaluate reviews to choose a place, I didn't give too much thought to which tire shop I was going to. I limped here on my spare tire and asked for a reasonably priced replacement. No problem. Done in 10 minutes for a price less than what I expected to pay. As we were pulling out, they noticed we had a burned out headlamp. They replaced it in a jiffy and in another 15 minutes, we were on the way, better than before. Extremely friendly and helpful. I work 11/HR, BigO tire around the block they always have done the air for me at Free of cost. 2 weeks ago they told me my truck tires will cost me 120 per tire and same quality tires were sold at Sears for 75 per tire. Um, yeah, when you have a screw in your tire and have to get to work, you are at the mercy of the dude wearing flip-flops & charging you $15 to remove the screw & plug your tire from the outside & give you some air to top it off. Did not take off the wheel, demount the tire and properly plug/seal from the inside. A $15 bandaid. Probably because I'm a woman, these two tried telling me I didn't know what I was talking about when I asked why I'm paying $15 for a lazy ass bandaid. Anyway, off to work and then get the car to a Real garage to get the permanent repair I wanted in the first place. Shan is a life saver!!! I was taking my family up to tahoe for MLK weekend and i blew out my front right tire at 9pm at night. There are no tire places open at that hour. I went to a gas station and asked if anyone knew someone who owned a tire shop and the clerk said his uncle did. The clerk saw my family, i have a 3 and 5 year, and me unpacking all the ski stuff to get to the spare tire on. I put the spare tire on my car and it was too flat to drive on. The gas station air hose was broken so we weren't able to fill up the spare. The clerk seeing this convinced his uncle to come help. His uncle showed up with an employee and they where able to quickly changed my tire. They were very nice, polite and professional. He didn't raise his prices nor would he take the tip i offered him for coming to help me so late at night. If they hadn't come we would have had to try and get air in my spare tire and drive home, spend the night in Sacramento or get my car towed home and cancel the trip.
