I had my fleet trucks and all my personal cars as well but one tire came completely apart 2 and a half months later, went in for a replacement and they said no warranty because it's from China... I wish they would say that before I bought all the tires for my fleet trucks. Now we are exposed to tires shredding into pieces and in harm's way. I get the great price but never was I told their tires came from China. They preferred to lose my business instead of replacing one tire..shows what type of business people they are. Tell me why I went to get a nail off my tire having matching tires last week and I left with tires that don't Match? One tire that is completely bald and the other one has tire rashes on the side. I don't know how they thought I would never notice when I hand wash my car every week and clean my rims as well. I purchased tires from them about 6 months ago that are still in warranty when I went to get them checked out I was sent to wait in the waiting room to listen to an employee talk to another about ripping off a customer who had called and complained. He proceeded to use foul language and yell while customers could hear the whole thing. After waiting 45 minutes and hearing nothing I go up to the front desk to see how much longer. They told me that they forgot I was there and they would get right in it. After that they told me that what was wrong with my tire wasn't in the warranty. Neither could get it right. I brought the car to Tires Direct where staff were friendly and seemed genuinely concerned that I was having problems. Was super stoked to have popped a tire conveniently right across from this place. They got my car in right away and said a used tire would be fine since my other 3 tires weren't new. $40 for a used tire in under 15 minutes and I was on my way. Drove home, parked my car in the driveway and by the next morning the tire was flat. Had to get it towed to Costco a few days later for a $200 new tire and the Costco guy told me there was a plug in it. See photos. Tires direct said there was no warranty and wouldn't give me the $40 back. Guess it's easy to sell a wack tire to a couple of girls!! Lesson learned. Horrible Customer Service, I'm a regular at this location and needed a new set of tires on one of my vehicles. Waited about 15 minutes to get helped, still no one helped, when I asked one of the workers they said they'll send someone to help, when the manager finally came instead of helping me he got on his phone and started making phone calls instead. Waited another 10 mins and walked out. Will not be returning to this location anymore and do not recommend to anyone! read more

Last week I had my first flat tire in over 30 years. Luckily it was in my driveway, and AAA came out quickly and put on the doughnut spare. OK, now where to get my near-new tire repaired? Tires Direct is the closest shop, so I gave them a try. VERY friendly service, the manager explained my options and then directed a staff member (who may not have spoken English), to do the work. My tire was repaired and back on my car in record time. The staff member placed my spare in the trunk and positioned the jack so it wouldn't rattle. Very pleased. And the cashier completed the transaction in a friendly and efficient manner. And I thought the cost was very reasonable. I won't hesitate to go back there for a tire repair or my next set of tires. Called ahead of time to make sure they had the size of tire I needed, Veronica (person who answered the phone) said they did and quoted me a price. I come in maybe 10 minutes later to have the work done, she says she needs to make sure the tire is in fact there. 45 minutes pass, not only did she not follow up but several other employees were mulling about content in not inquiring about why I was aimlessly wandering around. However a couple did manage to stroll in, have their order done within maybe 5 minutes and be on their way. Dope. read more

I ordered a set of 4 new tires and made an appointment for a Friday afternoon. When I show up to my appointment, I'm told the tires are not at the shop but in a nearby town--the man I'm dealing with blames the website on the mishap. Because I could not wait an extra day I decided to just go with a comparable set of tires that were in stock--this ended up costing me an extra $80 when I've already spent $550 on the original set. Pretty irritated that I'm spending more money on a set of tires I did not originally order, once the new ones were installed I drive off....within 5 minutes each one of my 4 hubcaps came off while driving (no joke). And unfortunately I couldn't retrieve them because they were in the middle of busy streets. I would think a *tire* shop would know how to install hubcaps correctly on a new tire so that they don't fly away while someone is driving. Not impressed with this service and never coming back here. read more

Been using this business for over 8 years had tires installed on my new painted wheels didn't see the scratches from the tire machine until I got home to do the oil change in front of them they said I curved him would not do anything for me will never do business with them again. Do Not trust Tires Direct----My daughter ended up with a flat tire near this shop, Tires Direct. They offered to sell us a used tire for $40. We took it assuming they wouldn't sell us a bad tire; naive I guess. Anyway by that evening the tire was flat. We got a tow to Costco and paid for a brand new tire. Costco told us the tire had a plug. If Tires Direct had told me it had a plug, I wouldn't have bought it. Plugs never work. I can't believe they let my daughter drive away with a plug in the tire. When I called to tell them, the tire they sold me had a plug, they didn't believe me would not refund our money. read more

so today i went in for a wheel swap for my car. already had tires and wheels mounted and balanced. so they couldn't take off the stock wheels from the car because they've been on there since 98. so they get one side off and remove the spacer that was there from previous owner. which i was unaware of. removed the spacer on one side on and out the stock wheel on. all in all the labor said he wouldn't do it because he wasn't making anything more than $20. right but he knew about me coming back the next for my suspension work and said i will only do the work unless i'm making the money for both jobs. wow. just wow. and today is sunday so he told me @12pm that they closed early @3 and wouldn't touch my car anymore. so i'm writing this for others to help me, help these guys go home early hopefully everyday from now. read more

Flat tire? Easy fix right? Well when a flat tire went from $10 to $500+ because this shop straight up STOLE 2 tires from us.... pretty upsetting. Two weeks ago we stopped at this tire shop to patch up a tire. It was Avery hot day and they invited us to wait inside while they fixed it.... MISTAKE & Instant REGRET. One week later, we noticed 2 tired are a completely different brand.... (note all of our tired were one brand as they were brand new) not only were 2 tired replaced, but they were replaced by completely worn out tires..... when we contacted "customer service" we were told that they deal with 100's of customers and this never happens. So then how come it happened? Do they think we're stupid? Only we hold the key for the tire but no one has worked on the car since...... but whatever $ comes and goes.... Went in there to get a quote for two back tires on my 2013 Nissan Altima S. The lady that I was speaking to had attitude and asked me if I knew the size of my tires. I replied with no I do not and she responded with I need to know the size of your tires and my men are busy right now they can't look.. This lady is sitting in front of a computer where she could have just looked up the size of my tires or she could have offered to come out and look at the size of my tires or she could have said if you don't mind waiting one of my men can look when they are finished helping another customer but no I didn't get any of that all I got was straight attitude.
