Not using this place anymore. I bought $515 dollars worth of parts here and received a damaged bumper cover . When I went to exchange it I was told by the guy who hands out parts to the customers.." very rude guy by the way"that they couldn't exchange it because "it was damaged by me" even though they didnt give me credit for that bumper I still bought an additional $405 dollars worth of parts including a second bumper cover . I couldn't believe they were willing to lose a customer that spent almost $1000 dollars worth of parts for a 63 dollar bumper cover. Management needs to step in and fix this place around . Ps. The guy who hands out the parts to the customers in this location has an attitude problem. I asked him for a blade to open up my parts wrapped in strong plastic. I call to confirm if they have the part I ne so they told me they have it. I went there to buy a Toyota part for my car, I spend 2hrs driving back and for to the place. Once I get there the customer attendant told me that they don't have the part I need. I told him if he can ordered the part, his answer was not we can't order your part. This Best Valve Auto Body Supply isn't worth dealing with, everyone there act like something is wrong with them. They told me they had a part, i went there and sat for 3 hours like people do in a unemployment office only to say they didn't have it after telling me on the phone they did. And when you call they have you waiting so long where i just hang up. They act like people getting high, they are so un balanced, this store is not even worth bothering with. FYI - I would recommend NOT driving down 16th to get here. Cermak is probably the better option. Anyway, this place is super cheap, but I think they tend to quote a lower price on the phone compared to what they tell you in person. Apparently, there's even lower prices for people who have accounts with them (aka body shops). But if you don't have an account with them, it's a little more. (Case in point, my friend was quote a price of $38, but when I got there, it turned out to be $45. It was still WAY cheaper than other places AND in stock, so we couldn't really complain). The front door doesn't really look like the front door. It's a little deceiving as there are absolutely NO windows to this building, so I wondered if I was busting into a side entrance or something. When you get inside, you have to take a number (deli-counter style) and wait for them to call you. It was an intense waiting process as there were like 5 people ahead of me and the place was closing in 30 min. CC's accepted! read more

Bad company , doesn't care for their employees sending them out to delivery in broke trucks, no heater, non working wipers sometimes the trucks doesn't have no gasoline. A company should care for their employees, so the employees cares for the company customers. read more

I definitely do not recommend this place to anyone.Yes the product is cheap but the people that work there are uneducated,unprofessional and lazy.The accounting department is confused as to what they are doing. Not one person at this place has made my visit good. My wife got in an accident, and the entire bumper was pulled off. First we went to the local BP Mechanic in Andersonville, which quoted us $1,300 to replace, which we thought was preposterous. Then we talked to one of our neighbors, who's a mechanic, and he recommended we go to Best Value and buy the bumper ourselves. We went to Best Value, and they had the parts in stock! We were able to get the bumper and paint for $250. Then we met Ivan, who's family owns Best Value, and he connected us with his friend Junior at P & G Auto Body Rebuilders. The combo of working with these two companies, saved us $800 on our project. I will never work with anyone else! It was completely worth the hike, and I'd recommend to anyone. read more

The overall part and condition was Perfect no problem in that area........But as far as the customer service it was HORRIBLE when I 1st arrived mind you no other customer was their and there are about 15 ladies behind this counter . So i walked in and stood there for about 5 mins before someone approached me they didn't greet or anything just asked what do you need ? So i finally order my part she says i have 1 in stock let me confirm so i waited another 15 mins for them to have the part guys comeback and say yes they had the part..... so I am thinking to myself like WHY WOULDN'T YOU BRING THE PART BACK WITH YOU. That would save time. So now i have to wait another 15 mins to get my part . This place is AWFUL!!!! They have service trucks driving the roads running people off of them. A box truck traveling north of 65 was running folks off the road. Traveling in the middle of two lanes. Cutting off trucks and cars over and over. The same vehicles over and over. Driving in the fast lane with a truck under the speed limit only to speed up and push in to whatever lane he wanted. Apparently to have good car parts means you must be a menace on an already dangerous road. The driving of truck 42 should be arrested for unprovoked road rage. After calling the company number plastered on the truck and asking for a supervisor to file a complaint, co-workers tried to cover for this bully. Driving a box truck with a huge number plastered on it is not a deterrent to this terror, this wasn't his first time. read more

I have been in Automotive business for passed 20 Years, and the only company that I have been having problems is Best Value Auto Parts. They been delivering wrong parts, or parts with damages, that we can't Use. Or taking the order on parts that don't even have, telling us they gonna deliver, but parts never gets delivered, and when I call to their office,they play dumb, transferring from one agent to another ,and bottom line I don't get the parts, loosing money, and have customers and insurance companies very unhappy that job is not being done.I called even to corporate office to address all issues that been happening lately on the regular bases, but till now, nothing changed, And my company, won't order from BEST VALUE AUTO PARTS no more until all issues will be fixed because I can't operate my business, then dealing with unprofessional people who works there, and the rest of you who been ordering from Best Value, please be carefull and double check every order u make. read more
