What the H3// is going on with this place! How can this business still be in operation? Today was our 3rd time going there and absolutely the last. There are just so many things wrong with this auto parts place 1. Customer service. Or rather, lack of it. There is always a line of people waiting in the check out line here. And there are many employees milling about behind the counter. But yet no one helps. One register is open. They clearly see everyone waiting for help but choose to not get more employees on a register. 2. Employee experience. Or rather lack of it. The kids working there don't know anything about cars. They must just hire anyone who will work in this chaos for minimum wage. Every person including us who asked for parts got the runaround. Questions like, what is that part? How do you spell that? Or when they do find the part you are looking for on the monitor screen, they say they're going back to get it and come back with the wrong part. Different part numbers for the same piece. They don't smile. They don't greet you with a hello. Just what do you want. 3. Management. Yeah, you guest it, or rather lack of. Today was so over the top it felt like being on an episode of punk'd. a woman came in and leaned on the counter, breathed heavy and fell down. We as customers asked her if we could help. She declined. We called to the employees and they literally ignored her and our calls for help! We asked for a manager and when he finally did come out, he looked at the woman on the floor and said, "no". Then walked back behind the counter. We asked for a chair. They said they don't have any. We asked for them to call 911. No one answered. We questioned the woman for more and she said her boyfriend was outside. Someone went out to get him. He came in and drug her out of the store but no before she passed out again and hit the floor. Again, no one from AutoZone helped with this. This place is an absolute joke. Why would anyone shop here? Advice to anyone wanting parts, go anywhere else. Plenty of choices in the area including 2 doors down. Shame on you AutoZone. Shame. read more

I would put 10 star review if I could but the manager monserrat was amazing helped me out with a situation with delivery n vendor problems that took 2 weeks and she solved it! Wonderful she fixed my problem compared to the other ! read more

Horrible. Their customer service is the worst and extremely unhelpful. Have been here multiple times and today will be my last. They ignore their customers and the ones they do interact with, they treat like idiots. Would rather goof off and act unprofessional with coworkers. Will never come here again. read more

I went in for Windshield Wipers on 9/17/23 with no clue as to where to start. Antoni L. Was super friendly and helpful. He show me a range of wipers from Good, better, and best and we chose wipers that were in my price range. Antoni chatted with me while installing the wipers quickly and sent me on my way. MESSED UP MY ORDER 3 TIMES. Missing parts, and delivered in different locations twice. Gave up on their service after realIzing they screwed up a 3rd time more than a week after I was supposed to finish my project. Both workers who attended me looked reluctant to help. Melrose park Auto zone has the worst customer service eve! called for a part I saw online and it said in stock when I called they said nope don't have it and the part that I wanted online 82 dollars this guy told me it would be 400 dollars and he would have to order it and when I told him that I saw it online and it was in stock, he said I didn't know what I was talking about and that this is the only one he had. So I end up calling the store in Franklin Park the store manager there said yes they do have that part so I called back to the Melrose Park store and Melrose Park sure said that the website was bullshit and that the other store doesn't know what they're talking about that they don't have this part so and he's like what tell me the SKU as he's talking super rude to me and I explain to him that the guy did not give me a SKU so then I hung up with him I continued my conversation with the manager at the Franklin Park store and he was super nice. He actually had the parts quit. He actually called the store. They do have the part and he was a general manager of all the stores he's having to park sent over to his store for me. He was super nice if you have to shop anywhere, please shop at anywhere but the Melrose Park store if you want rude service and not opening on time and for you them to tell you that you're crazy and that you don't know what you're talking about in the work the website is bullshit. And the other stores are bullshit then just do me a favor and don't go to that store. Thank you. read more

when dealing with major parts for your car don't. Use this store. Customer service is horrible and they don't give good information . I really wish I could give this place no stars. I had to wait almost two weeks for a part they initially told me I should get back in three days. It ended up being the wrong part. Took the part back with receipts and in time frame. They still didn't give me all of my money back. I will be contacting corporate and will never buy anything from this store ever again read more

they check your engine lights and give you the codes so that you can go to your mechanic for free!

No stars the staff is horrible with their smart alec remarks and no manager on the floor have to go back when he decides to come in to hopefully solve my problem will never shop there again o Riley's right next door has a nice personelle read more
