I walked in around 12 PM for an oil change, and the manager at the front desk told me they wouldn't be able to get to my car until around 3 PM. I understand that a shop can be busy and that there may be a wait, but the way it was communicated made me feel like my business was an inconvenience. I've also noticed that there is very little customer service when you walk in. There's no real welcome or effort to make you feel like a valued customer. The manager often seems bothered when customers come in, and unfortunately, I've experienced this more than once. I left yesterday very unhappy. At this point, even though the location is convenient and the prices are somewhat reasonable, I won't be coming back. It's disappointing because good customer service would make a big difference.
