Having not seen anything about them, I was more inclined to keep our conference in a hotel downtown, as in past years. However, having just wrapped up our conference, I've got to say, Quest did a more than admirable job, offering a number of services that we simply just didn't get in our prior location. Over two days, the Quest staff handled our conference--about 70 people, all told--with ease. At all points, staff were able to accommodate our needs even before we could even ask for them. Heck, while getting set for my own presentation, the Quest tech staff literally was on site and fixing my technology issues before I could even get back upstairs from the front desk! If I have one down point about Quest, it's probably the food. The grilled chicken salad on our Thursday was somewhat disappointing, a feeling that was echoed during our Friday lunch. The orzo served with that meal was literally nothing more than boiled pasta with butter. No seasoning, no herbage, nothing beyond pasta in butter. On both days, the snacks and breakfast items were perfectly fine--no issues there--but the main meals seemed to fall somewhat flat at various intervals. All told? I'm perfectly happy keeping our yearly conference at Quest. Ideally, we can switch up the menu a little, but as for service? They've got it nailed down.

Lots Of others were super nice and friendly though. I would stay here again at a different site.

Being electric you don't hear them. Will definitely think about another campground and not return here.

Also, this lake could really use a good skimmer; the bottom was full of leaves and muck, unlike the Jellystone Campground at Mammoth Cave. We loved the shows and all the camp decorations for the Hulu event. We will be back, I just hope the pool will be open more hours.

That said you pay a hefty price so there should be some good "free" stuff to enjoy. We were in a fairly big lot for a pull through space. The pool was jampacked until Sunday morning. That was when we decided to visit it. There seems to be a lot of seasonal campers that are catered to. That is the first place we've stayed at that had a full bar! There is a small kitchen that does some great pizzas and chicken wings. Thursday through Sunday the kitchen is utilized for breakfast and lunches as well.

They're an Italian steakhouse, with an equal focus on great steaks and great pasta dishes. This worked out perfectly for my family as I love steaks, but my wife and kids often prefer pasta and pizza over steaks. The atmosphere inside the restaurant is quiet and easy to have conversations. We were not charged for the cappuccino, but the lack of attention to detail here was surprising. Finally, the food was quite variable. Individually- my husband's chicken Parmesan sandwich was excellent, and probably the only thing we'd want to return for. Great flavor and very well made. 10/10. I got the short rib- this was a disappointment. The beef was tough and chewy, not the melt in your mouth, soft texture I was expecting (especially having read other reviews). Very much a let down, and I know I can get better short rib at other restaurants. My sister got the crab cake entree and my sister-in-law got the miso salmon entree. Both were good, but nothing incredibly special or unexpected. One thing we did appreciate was how gluten free accommodating the restaurant is. Finally, we shared the lobster Mac and cheese. This was a huge let down to all of us who tried it- very few lobster pieces dispersed, and the dish was not cheesy at all. It was quite dry, and needed more cheese or bechamel to offset the crunch from the breadcrumbs on top. I love lobster Mac and like to try the dish at various restaurants- this is probably the worst of the ones I've tried in Columbus so far. Overall, we are not in a hurry to return to tucci's.

They have simplified the entrance/exit making it easier to come and go. The pool was in great shape this time. But the splash pad is not turned on yet. I did see where they added new jump pads, one normal size and one huge! This is right next to a new zip line and the kids seem to love both. I decided to splurge on one of their deluxe patio sites since this was my birthday/Father's day present. We got a very nice site back in the BOONDOCKS area which is a nice secluded area not too far from everything else. It does have a nice shower that is ADA compliant, but my only suggestion would be to put a handicap sign up so more abled people can use the others first. Since I was splurging this week, we did take advantage of firewood and ice delivery and they were quick and courteous. I did have an opportunity to reach out for help with their management when an unexpected storm came through. We have a pop up that once you setup and put out the awning, its difficult to get down in a hurry. I used their text number and requested a small step ladder to help me get the awning down and they quickly responded. That was a big help. All in all it was a great stay. My only real issue is with reserving a deluxe patio site, some have propane grills and others have charcoal grills and I don't think you know till you get there, so we had to run our for charcoal.

We drove 2.5 hours…read more The pool and splash pad not open and we didn't find out until arriving,(closed for a few weeks so it could be replaced). Our site was nicely furnished but no shade/trees. The wagon ride was cancelled on Saturday with out a notice. We walked on the trail with the kids but it smelled terrible like sewage and there are no trail markers so we had to back track a few times. One trail took us to a house. The sun catcher paint event was not well put together. They were gone in 1 minute and not enough paint for everyone. Walked to feed the animals and didn't realize it cost a quarter to feed. Absolutely no cash on us. And we lost a headlamp we bought in the store, went to buy another the morning we left and told we were not allowed in the store and it was closed for an emergency. For the amount of money we paid just expected a little more being the holiday weekend. Don't see us coming back. Likes: bathrooms were nice, kids liked playground and jump pad, the paddle boat and life jackets, patio furniture at our site.
