I generally don't like leaving bad reviews, especially for small businesses, but I think honest feedback is important on review sites. I coordinated to have my sliding screen door repaired. We spoke on the phone and followed up with text messages, confirming the date and address and the size of the screen that needed to be repaired. On the day they were supposed to come, they did not show up. I texted asking if they were coming, but received no response. I called and it rang, but then it went to voicemail. I know it was the right number because it's in the same chat bubble that was responding before. I took off work to get this done, and they completely stood me up. If they had responded and said they forgot, or got stuck in traffic or at another job, I would completely understand that. However, they just ghosted me, which is unprofessional. read more
