Dial was recommended to me by a neighbor in my building. Thankfully, they service Beko, which is not a very common brand. They were suuuuper professional and I couldn't be more pleased with the service, from start to finish. Dial's professional approach was apparent from the start of my initial email. While they weren't available for a phone call Sunday, they emailed me back pretty quick and said they would call me the next day. And they did! The phone call was great. They scheduled my appointment right away, were transparent with what the evaluation would cost, they got me a Certificate of Insurance for my building within 24 hours, and offered to call me in case someone canceled so they could come sooner. I felt very comfortable and felt I could trust them. The tech (Alex) called me 25min before arriving. He arrived in the window of time they suggested. Alex was super professional on the phone and also in person. Everything was please and thank you with him. He explained the possible issues it could be (both of which were the ones I found with some googling). He took action to address both and explained everything he was doing while he did it.
