I had a appointment scheduled ahead of time, still took almost an hour to be called back. Very brief consultation, the room I was in was very dirty for a medical place. Well waiting for test results the people outside of my room were talking about politics loud enough were I could clearly hear what they were saying, and also talking about someone sleeping around, which I find weird. I had thrush and since I had been seen telemedicine but they messed up my prescription the week before, the dr just popped out into the front office area (check in area) to check me and hand me a script. I am updating my review. I had to go back to best med again yesterday for another sinus infection. I only waited fifteen minutes. My blood pressure and oxygen levels were taken and then I was seen by Ben, a nurse practitioner. He was professional and caring. And because of my recent bout with pneumonia he ordered an x-ray. He listened to my heart etc and then diagnosed another sinus infection. This time it was true. I am very glad Ben is there. I felt that I received the care and attention I needed in a speedy and efficient way. read more

Sat in the waiting room for 1.5 hours and when the receptionist was questioned about how much longer it would be, she could not provide any estimates for us, other than to say we were the next in line. So I politely asked for a refund and she "voided the transaction" and told us were were all set. So I immediately booked an online appointment with another local provider and was seen by them immediately when I walked in their door. Drove over here yesterday because my child was sick. I left her in the car while I went inside to check her in only to be told by the lady at the front desk who is NOT a doctor, that they weren't taking covid walk-ins. I explained that I needed her to see a doctor because I needed to know how to treat her. She had a fever, vomited and had a sore throat. Nope, "we are not taking covid walk-ins." She advised me to make a telemedicine appointment and get a covid test. I already had that appointment as a precaution but it wasn't for another 6 hours and it was to be by video, not an actual examination. I asked again how I was supposed to treat her not knowing what she has without seeing a doctor and she told me to give her tylenol and dayquil until my telemedicine appointment. This person who is not a doctor just told me to give my child over the counter meds without ever asking if she was currently on medication and refused to let us in to see the doctor. My daughter has epilepsy and is on anti-seizure medication. But again, she didn't know that because she took no interest in asking. Management - train your staff to do better. My daughter tested negative for covid and still I have no instructions on how to treat her because we don't know what's wrong all because your front desk person decides who gets to be seen and who doesn't. Maybe even take the "WALK-INS WELCOME" sign down, because clearly walk-ins are not welcomed at your location. read more

The only good thing is I think there going to see me. The receptionist is brutal (I'm currently waiting in the waiting room). The receptionist is shaking, she stated the four pages of online paperwork I filled out wouldn't download, she slammed the clipboard in front of me and continues to bring one piece of paperwork at a time for us to fill out. I would never recommend this place and will not return. We are the only ones in the waiting room, had a scheduled appointment, we're 10 minutes early, filled all paperwork out prior to arriving - still waiting. One star is way to much. read more

This place is an absolute joke. Don't say you are open if you are not actually going to take patients. The staff especially the front desk are rude and discompassionate to say the very least. I will pay to go to the emergency room before I give these people any more of my money. I've gone to this clinic for 15 years and since BestMed took over the care is nonexistent. I rarely use social media but I plan to make sure that my voice is heard on all platforms about this to dissuade as many people and money from going into this clinic as possible. read more

Came here for an infection in my leg and was given incorrect dosage of antibiotics. After rescheduling and getting correct dosage I was left with yet another bill, while on payment plan I hurt my back and they demand half of the 200$ I owe the day before I get paid. As a single income household with two young children they were unwilling to see me or even notify me when I made an appointment. So after driving out here I'd like to give zero stars but I won't be returning here. Edit: it gets even better. After fully paying off the the measly 200$ that I owed I'm getting called by collectors. Can't even make this stuff up. My accounts online show paid! And they are still harassing me. This is by far the worst urgent care/Best Med I've ever been too! I had lab work done and was told it would take 3-5 days for results and it's going on 3 weeks almost. I've called numerous of times and even transferred to back office and no one answers. I left messages and received no calls back. I went in on my lunch and my whole lunch break no one came to front so I had to leave. These are important lab results that I need to ensure my health situation. The communication with the nurses and lab people are so awful and unprofessional. I understand that health care is short staffed and struggling but this is just not right. It's the most unprofessional urgent care I've ever been to. This place should be out of business or at least transfer people out and get actual professional people who care. read more

Me and my mother came in within 16 hours of developing flu-like symptoms and both of us had temperatures of 102°, after being seen by a doctor and given a Influenza Test around 10 minutes later they claimed that the Influenza Test came back negative and that we just have a cold and to take fluids; less than 48 hours later my mother took another influenza test at another Urgent Care on Gateway, which came back positive. Due to BestMed's mess-up we aren't able to take tamiflu to help us feel better quicker, therefor leaving us sick from our work and my school. I am never coming back here again and I advise others not to as well, they seem to try to get you in and out as quick as possible. I would rate it a 0 if I could. read more

BestMed has most of the Urgent Care facilities in the area. They provide a valuable service as most folks cant see their GP within a few days/few weeks time. However, they are so poorly managed getting the care can bed like pulling teeth. Out of 8 facilities in the Eugene/Springfield area (9 am) - only one would answer the phone. I tried for 30 minutes. The PA's/physicians are good, all the rest is horrible. Read the other one star reviews to see if you really want to go there. Its a vortex of confusion filled with employees who could not care less about what they do. read more

Poor patient care, I have been to both urgent and primary care...Garrett, NP could care less about the patient. My appointment was @ 9 am they were timely enough getting me in, but I expressed the need for medication refills, the medication I'm on can't just be stopped. He ordered every lab under the sun and told me he would help me get my medications refilled. He only refilled my prescriptions partially. The pharmacy reached out to their office to get the rest of the medication refill at around 12 :30. No response. After an hour of waiting, I called the office to let Garrett, NP know I was still at the pharmacy and the pharmacy had not received the refill order. No response. An hour later I called the office again trying so hard to be calm pleading with Amanda that I need this so I can go home. No response. Amanda said he was reviewing the refill at the time. I waited another hour and still nothing. That is not OKAY! I told him at my appointment there were two parts of one of my medications so this would not be an issue. He did not listen, and no one needs to pay astronomical costs for medical and be treated poorly...horrific patient care! That's just the beginning of my experience, I can't imagine going back. The urgent care physician told my daughter and I, he believed I was having mini strokes... and then sent me home as if oh well...bye now...without treatment or even a proper diagnosis of what was wrong. They just didn't know, I ended up in the emergency room the next day. I have to agree with other reviews, BestMED providers are just lazy they definitely do not have quality care. You might be able to trust them with a bandage, but none of the "medical professionals" seem to know what they are doing. In your best interest, I recommend to just stay clear...You may as well pay the cost at the emergency room because you will have to go there anyway. I made an appointment on line. my appoint ent time was 11:00. I did my complete check in online. when I first got there I stood in line for 20 minutes with only one person ahead of me. The receptionist called the intake nurse out to talk to the other patient about her symptoms. instead of moving her somewhere else so I could get checked in, they say they're for an additional 15 minutes! Then when I finally got to the receptionist, I had to do the complete check in over again, and they said they could only look at my migraine. if I wanted them to look at my diabetes sore on my foot, I would have to make a separate appointment! It is now 20 minutes past my appointment time and I am still sitting in the waiting room while walk ins are being seen before me. I will never come to BestMed again! read more

Incompetent or lazy defines this place. The front staff doesn't know what services they provide. But the website clearly states they have services they were not willing to provide me. I had two medical complaints and because you couldn't help with one you chose to ignore them both flat out. They also sent another potential patient away due to not having that service either. I called them to see if I could get a refill of my station drug prescription, as I am a truck driver and just returned to the area.They assured me I could, so I came in..and a physician assistant said I don't know who told you that but they shouldn't have told you that... But of course they charged me full charge so I would definitely take my business somewhere else fair warning. I was in a lot of pain, and I was met by a very helpful and friendly team who processed my labs quickly and got me in and out in a very timely manner. There is a pharmacy next door that is open until 10 pm, so that was very convenient. It's comforting to know there is such a qualified urgent care facility within 20 minutes of my home. read more

I LOVE this urgent care. I hate going to the doctor, hate being sick, hate going to the hospital, and I have had periods without healthcare - so going to the urgent care is pretty much awful. But this urgent care. Love. They are so conscious about price if you don't have insurance, it is amazing. I came in for the stomach flu a while ago and they asked me if I wanted IV fluids before they gave them to me because it would have been much more expensive. I was very very sick for a few weeks recently and ended up in this urgent care three times in about a month and a half. The first was for a sinus infection. My doctor was awesome, the nurse made jokes (to help calm me down, because I am such a basket case at the doctor!), and I was in and out in about 30 minutes. The second visit was for a staph infection. I was in pain. Pain, pain. Like, they couldn't continue a procedure due to pain. The doctor was so amazing. She told me everything before she did it and she didn't make me feel bad about being in such discomfort. She was so compassionate and she gave me excellent care instructions, including letting me know that the next step might be an ER visit and how to avoid it, if possible. Finally, I was allergic to my antibiotics from the staph infection and had to come back - covered in hives. This was no fault of the urgent care. I had no idea that I had an allergy and I didn't know what it was until I was really sick. The nurses actually came out to make sure the reaction wasn't bad enough to warrant an ambulance. They were, again, so compassionate. I was back to feeling great about a day later due to their quick response. Hands down, this is where I go when I'm sick and need immediate care. Now let's hope I don't have to go back anytime soon! read more

This place is awful. Not only did they mis-diagnose, but they have charged us twice on two separate occasions for one visit and it has been hell trying to get our money back. Customer service is unhelpful and unwilling to work with us. We have been told that the "customer service" team is looking into it and will get back to us. There is no documentation associated with the extra charges because the visits don't exist. We have verified with our insurance company that we were billed twice for the exact same amount and Best Med won't work with them either. My wife has called multiple times and after being elevated to a manager to leave a message, has received zero calls back. I have called in and was told they "are looking into it." It has been over two weeks and no reply. After calling again, we were told there is no timeline for them to get back to us. My family and I will never go here again. I would only recommend you go here if you are willing to double charged and screwed over. read more

I LOVE this Urgent Care! We used to have to go all the way to Riverbend's and the wait there would sometimes be hours long. My husband and I have both visited this Urgent Care numerous times and love the staff, the wait time at the longest was 30 min. (and that was because there was an emergency in the back), and there are not kids running all around. There are many doctors that work here so to place a low score on the whole business because of one experience is unfair. I've seen at least 5 different doctors and PAs and never once had an issue with any of them. It's cheaper, faster, and a LOT closer than the ER. I am happy that they moved an Urgent Care to this area. We needed it! read more

False advertising! The website allows you to schedule appointments, saying there may be "occasional" delays if very urgent cases occur. I arrived 15 minutes prior to my appointment and was told that all the appointment does is let them know someone is coming, and you still have to wait in line behind everyone else. Please remove this deceptive language from your website. It's very discouraging to drive across town in a state of illness thinking you have an appointment, only to be told there is a 2 hour wait. read more

I really appreciate the 3 health professionals taking time to interview me and explain options and recommendations! And in doing that they thoughtfully did not officially take me in as their patient with Nova but referred me on to the hospital ER where the services were available that would best serve my situation. In other words, they had my best interest in mind and saved me the time and money I'd have otherwise spent in their clinic. That's very commendable!! read more

spoke with Nurse Josh today calling from another clinic in the area. My patient really needed help, and the only way we could treat him was with lab results they had as he was seen in urgent care on the weekend. He refused to send the lab results and was horribly rude on the phone. I mean not like a little rude, he went out of his way to be mean to me. I know for a fact he could have sent the results to me. Truly an awful experience especially with how nice I was to him on the phone. I NEVER spoke to him in a negative way, I hope his supervisors believe that. Anyways, I called over to another location they have in Eugene and they were so gracious and nice to me. She faxed the results right over and we were able to help our mutual patient. Maybe this review isn't completely fair. The other lady was awesome, i'm sure there are others like her but man * JOSH* not someone you would want to keep around as an employer, and definitely someone who should not be caring for your patients. -6 years experience in healthcare read more

I gave this clinic a 2 star only because the staff there was kind...I was misdiagnosed and because of that I now am on 3 different antibiotics and will miss work....I was there on December 27,2017. I'm sorry sudefed does not cure a bacterial URI....Thank goodness Cheyenne WY has an urgent care that knows!!! read more
