Service I received from everyone was pretty great, but everything else was kind of a mess. I had to go twice and the first time they somehow billed the wrong insurance? Despite me updating it. Then they took the total charge for the visit out of my account because they billed the wrong insurance. Have literally been trying to get this taken care of for two weeks now and the money still hasn't been returned to me. The second time I went they sent the prescription to the wrong pharmacy, despite me giving them my current pharmacy information. The people working there are nice but the billing mistake cost me a lot of money and it's been incredibly stressful to try and get this resolved. To be clear - I called the urgent care directly and was told that they billed the wrong insurance. My OLD insurance and were in the process of re-billing my actual insurance. This review isn't because I don't understand the billing process - it's because even, almost a month after that conversation - I still have not been able to get a refund from them :) They charged $250 because of their billing the wrong insurance and even though they have re-billed my proper insurance, I still have not gotten the money back. read more

My daughter went with her sister. They tested her for Mono but did not test her for anything else. My daughter ended up having strep throat, something that can lead to other serious issues. They never tested her for strep. High co-pay as well. Do not recommend. read more

Why can I not reach this office on the phone? Every single time I have called, no answer. If I call back, there's callers ahead of me. The wait is always ridiculous if I go in and I'm too sick to leave, hence why I'm calling to get ahold of my primary doctor but for some reason, this office NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE. Pick up the phone! Why do I always have to sit for so long and no one picks it up? When I'm waiting, they're sitting there. So are you guys just sitting there when the phone rings? Seriously. Probably the worst experience I've had with any business ever. After waiting hours for urgent care, I was seen for less than 5 minutes. I was tested for strep throat and told it was negative. I paid a $20 copay and all was well. Fast forward 8 months, I get charged $150 in the middle of the night. No email, no paper mail- just billed. I guess they had my credit card on file. I read through their website and saw that they wouldn't charge patients more than $150 and since my insurance was from out of state I guess I hit the max. Fine. 2 months go by and I get ANOTHER bill, this time in the mail, for $306. I found out my insurance had already paid and this was remaining. So to summarize I had to pay $476 and my insurance paid $250 just to be told I had a cold. Their customer service is a nightmare, they don't budge and try to be accommodating even though this is FAR above a fair market price. With no insurance the fair market price is $200. DO NOT COME HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!!!!!! ZERO STARS. read more

The care my daughter received was excellent. It's hard to find urgent cares now that can do x rays, and I appreciated that this clinic does that. The clinician that cared for my daughter was kind and thorough. Why the dropped stars? They charged us a $100 deductible "per policy" prior to receiving any care. Why is this not ok with me? We paid our deductible this year already (it's mid November). My daughter inquired with the front desk staff, and they told her that her parents' insurance has a "very high deductible" (our deductible is not high), and they ran her card for it. She was very sick, so needed care, and just let them run her card. I called the desk and let them know that we already have paid our deductible for the year. They said it was because we have a 10% co insurance that I have to pay the $100 fee. I said this is different than a deductible...and also that would mean they knew the bill was going to come to $1000 without the patient being seen. They disputed my math (?). And then they said "it's just our policy". The ladies at the front desk told me that I needed to call my insurance company and Take this issue up with them. I called my insurance company. They said "yes, not only have you paid her deductible, your whole family has paid the deductible for the year, many many months ago". My insurance Company called the two ladies at the front desk to let them know that our deductible has been paid. The ladies just said "this is our policy" to my insurance company. I called the front desk back again because my daughter was sitting in the waiting room with other patients and the front desk ladies were complaining harshly about the questioning from myself and also our insurance company over charges that were not correct on their end. (BTW I also contacted billing...they said this is standard policy, and they would refund any portion of the deductible that was not necessary within 30 business days after working with our insurance company...what company ever charges people despite knowing it may not be a correct charge, and then holds the funds for 30 business days?...I can understand having a credit card on file for payment after services rendered, but this is absurd to lay a fee known not to be correct from the beginning, and holding the funds for 30 days). My daughter was embarrassed while sitting in the waiting room while the front desk was loudly belittling her and myself in front of other waiting patients. I'm glad my daughter got great care. The $100 has been charged on my daughter card, and hopefully she will see it again in 30 business days. BestMed needs to either have better education/training for their front desk staff, or hire people that know what they are actually doing...or change absurd policies. Since I got 3 different stories for what that $100 charge was for, I suppose BestMed admin. Needs to take some time to figure out what went wrong here. read more

Don't come here. You make an appt and still wait an hour. Then they won't give you antibiotics because they claim you'll become resistant and infect the community. My poor daughter is an out of state student who has been sick for weeks and got no help here. She spent $75 and they told her to take ibuprofen. read more

They have an unapologetically long wait time. Then the CNA doing vitals took swabs for Covid, rsv, etc and asked if we wanted to do a strep test rather than recommend one based on physical exam. Maybe that's to expedite, but we came to see a doctor for expertise. read more

I have had the WORST customer service from BestMed. My daughter was seen in January 2025 for a workers comp injury. We filled out a TON of forms, they gave her an x-ray, and a splint, and told us we had to go to a different office that only handles workers comp injuries. In February, I got a bill from BestMed. They were billing ME directly. I called them and said that this was a workers comp injury, gave them the workers comp info, and thought I was done with it. I got another bill in February. I called again. I got another bill in March, April, and May. I called them again in May, and was told that they were missing a workers comp form. They said they needed that form in order to bill the workers comp company. I asked them to send me the form. I got another bill in June, so I called again. They told me they couldn't send the form, that I would have to go into the clinic to get it. Which I did. I filled it out, and took it back to the clinic on 7/2. I watched the young lady at the counter scan the form into my daughter's chart. I called today 7/9 to confirm that they had the form, and that workers comp would finally be billed. I was told again they do not have the form. I was also told that as of 6/25 they'd reported my account to collections. This is NOT my fault! They've been given the correct information MULTIPLE times over the course of the past 7 months, and they're refusing to bill it correctly. I don't know what else to do. I've even had the workers comp adjuster calling on my behalf, and they won't listen to him either. I've never in my life had customer service this horrible. They're getting one star, because I can't give 0. read more

I went to the Coburg road branch today. I think I may have a wrist fracture. There was a 3 hour wait, but the receptionist told me to try this branch. Telling me there was 1 person in front of me (and they have an X-ray. I tried checking in online but it wouldn't let me. So we drove across town. There were 2 cars in the parking lot & the waiting room was absolutely empty. The guy behind the counter told me they were short staffed and not taking walk ins, only appointments. Which kind of defeats the whole purpose of an urgent care clinic with "walk ins welcome" scribbled everywhere. I told him he might want to have the other branch stop directing patients there. He kind of shrugged it off and mumbled something about me being the third person that's happened too. Horrible customer service. And I guess I'm just going to ice and call my PCP tomorrow. read more

If I could give no stars I would. I need to see a MD. I know the differences between the letters at the end of names. I called to establish care with a MD. I was very specific and clear about this. they scheduled me with someone who was not an MD. I waited over a month to be seen only to find out it wasn't an MD I was going to be seeing and establishing care with. This has affected my ability to get other medical services necessary. I'm very upset about their incompetence and carelessness. If they did this with scheduling what would the level of care be? I'd hate to find out. read more

Wow. Right when I walked in the young blond receptionist at the front desk had a terrible tone and attitude. Girl seriously needs to look for another job because she clearly doesn't enjoy workong reception at Urgent Care. Tried to argue with me about how I was seen in 2020 (which I didn't remember and I'm pretty sure I was living in a different state at the time) and kept going on and on about it. Like, I literally do not care lady. I am in an incredible amount of pain and just want to see a medical professional as soon as possible. Nurse was incredibly kind. Doc's are decent. The provider I saw took her time with me, and I felt like she really listened. They can be somewhat rude and unhelpful on the phone when following up though, so four stars instead of five. read more

Trying to get a Covid test - vaccinated but have some mild symptoms. Went to Nova Urgent Care on Patterson. Was told to go to their drive-through way out in Springfield behind the PacificSource corporate offices. Drove there. Waited in line. Told they wouldn't give me a test b/c I hadn't gone through their tele-med screening - which their other staff clearly should have known. Supervisor basically said 'not our problem.' Super lame. I'm not feeling well, I could have a very contagious illness, and these jack-asses have me driving from town to town only to deny me care. We are 2 for 2 on this one. The one on 13th is awesome - this one is not. Brought my dehydrated hubby in with a stomach bug. They sent us to the ER stating his blood pressure was high. ER is baffled as to the referral as it isn't that high and he presents as a stomach virus. Went to this one a year ago and they sent me away as they were closing in 20 minutes and didn't want to stay late. Feels like they just don't want to treat people at all. Won't go back. read more

Went in to get checked up as I am very sick. The workers were more concerned with a "friend" bringing in a NEW BORN CHILD INTO AN URGENT CARE TO HAVE A LITTLE PLAY DATE WHERE PEOPLE ARE SICK. They were saying they are all filled up in the back as there was 2 cars including one of the nurses. There were two people in the lobby including myself and I still was not seen after 1 hour. I recently purchased hearing aids and the vendor recommended I have my ears washed out as there was some wax buildup in my ears. This was not in any way a serious problem for me, but the folks at Eugene Urgent Care treated me as if it were. They were very professional and thorough in their work with me. Avoid this practice for primary care. I came here after having a difficult time getting into any other clinics and had already been seen at a different Nova Health urgent care. My first appointment went fine and I thought I had found a doctor who was going to work with me. They quickly prescribed me meds and sent me on my way. I was struggling with some severe side effects and it took a week and half with multiple calls and countless minutes being on hold to get a response from the doctor. Finally their response was well if you need help go to the ER. Wow, what a ridiculous recommendation. I have since found a doctor who had worked with me and actually listened to me and I am feeling so much relief (and without going to the ER). I have since been notified that the doctor I was seeing is leaving and another doctor is taking her place. I think the urgent care side is just fine but if you're looking for a doctor to actually help you with your health journey and actually respond to you in a timely manner, look elsewhere. read more

Gentleman who answers the phone who has been rude to a few of my friends and myself. Seems like I was being told by everyone I talked to different things and would be nice if they could catch up their workers. Don't go to their drive thru location go to their offices so you can get results quickly. It was nice how I was able to get tested and go through their drive through location, but took 4 days to get rapid results back which I was told I would get same day if positive. I did not and due to that I thought I was fine and saw my roommate who didn't get a call back either so we thought we were both negative. I understand that was my fault we saw each other, but we still quarantined inside to stop the spread from others. Hers came back negative and mine didn't. Would've been nice if the people could've given me the results when they told me they would. Besides the rude gentleman and the long wait for rapid results. I had a pleasant experience. Ladies performing the test were very nice and most of the people I talked to over the phone were very helpful and didn't seem mad I was asking questions about my health. read more

Honestly, I don't know why we even bother having primary care providers elsewhere because I can never get in when our family gets sick--BESTMED TO THE RESCUE!! Yes it's an urgent care and you may have a slightly longer wait than a normal provider, but anyone should know to expect that. That being said, I love that I am able to go online and quickly see which location has the shortest queue before I even get in the car, a huge plus when the kids are in tow. Hours faster than other urgent care options!! Nice people, thorough care, quick billing. Honestly we've been getting more face time with the doctors here than when we see our normal providers. I know this is a pandemic but we are still waiting 90 minutes after arriving. Called ahead and they didn't mention 45+ minute wait. Got here and receptionist wanted to know the number of our parking spot. There wasn't one but she was clearly irritated with us. Then receptionist was rude when we called after 90 min to see if they had forgotten us. They could have told us that there was a long wait when we called. Or updated us while we sat in the parking lot. So if you have other options don't come here. Unfortunately we didn't. read more

Taking me to court because they couldn't figure out how to bill my insurance! After multiple times of them submitting to my insurance, they just sent me the bill. My insurance said they would cover it, but it was not billed correctly. Now they are suing me! Yep ... for double what the original bill was. Do NOT go here!!! As a health care provider I want to stress the poor care and unclean conditions at the Nova clinic on 13th. I have been there 2X. The MD was fine the first time but the radiologist missed a finger fracture and strees fracture and I was told undaignosed wrist sprain and a charged $250 for a $35 spica thumb splint. The second visit, I was misdiagnosed with a "cut" between my toes and given a wet dressing which created a fungus infection. My repeated attempts to stress of increasing pain, inability to put on sock or shoe for at least 2 weeks was discounted. No x-ray was taken and I was asked if I was looking for drugs. Subsequent visit to a podiatrist diagnosed a stress fracture and is treated with a cast for 4-5 weeks. The floors of the facility were very dirty and I would advise against this facility especially since there are several other excellent urgent cares in town. I have had consistently good experiences at Peace Health urgent cares to which I have compared Nova as substandard. read more

I went in Nova's Urgent Care today because I've been extremely sick and in a lot of pain with a fever, inflamed tonsils and throat, swollen lymph nodes, headaches and major fatigue. I thought it may have been strep, tonsillitis, or even mono. The staff were very helpful and kind and I was able to go back to a room in less than 10 minutes where they got my vitals and then I was able to see a doctor and get all my tests done. The only time I was left waiting around was after they took my samples and had them tested. (To be fair, I don't think it was that busy because of the holiday but it was still great to be taken care of quickly) I was sent home with antibiotics just in case it was strep so I could start them right away, which was very useful. The lady who drew my blood was very good and I'm left with no pain and no bruising and only had to be stuck once even though I have very small veins. They got back to me with other test results within 2 hours of me leaving and had already ordered my prescription to my local pharmacy. Compared to when I went to the ER this winter and was there for 10 hours, I was very happy with how I was treated today. I was in and out within 3 or so hours, which was great since I felt so horrible. Thankful I don't have mono and already have antibiotics for strep so I can feel better soon :) Would recommend here for college students and anyone else :) read more

I have been so pleased with my experiences here. My first visit had about an hour wait time, but my second was about 5 minutes. Obviously, it depends on how busy they are. The front desk staff are always really friendly and sensitive to the fact that you're feeling like crap. The doctor I've seen there twice (his name is Alexander) has been very attentive. He took my symptoms seriously and ran appropriate tests to figure out what was wrong with me. He also was able to order me an emergency test at the hospital, which helped relieve some anxiety and wait time. Their nurse staff is also great. One of their paramedics worked with me and he was very gentle and caring. He didn't get blood on the first prick, but he was patient with me and let me take a breather to avoid passing out. Overall, the staff is what you want and need when you're feeling subpar. FYI, they can fill some prescriptions, which is very helpful if the pharmacies in town are closed (like on Sunday night). read more

Do not go here. I waited for two hours total (after ordering the zip pass) and ended up leaving before even seeing the doctor. I had told the nurse I was feeling dizzy, but despite that, they put me in a room (after waiting for over an hour in the waiting room), by myself, for 45 minutes. If something had happened, they wouldn't have known. At the 30 minute mark, I asked what was going on and they said "the doctor was finishing up some other work." The times I had gone for myself, there was no one ahead of me, and the wait time wasn't too bad, but there is only one doctor there at a time. The time I went with someone else, the wait time was about an hour because it was so crowded.. but it happens. They have always been incredibly friendly and efficient. read more
