This seems to be good and I have had very good food from there. However like other reviews the ownership and staff do not realize or not care that English is the "Official Language" of this country which is why they have a difficult time getting the orders correct. I have also noticed Zero customer service skills especially with management. They also have a way of making you feel not brown enough while being shorter in height they still manage to look down their nose at you as a paying customer. So, the food is good, they don't communicate well at all leading to mistake's. If the store wants to focus primarily on the Mexican community for their only cliental then they may be well on their way. If you want to be an American based company then you may want to act like one because if you have not noticed your are not the only establishment in town that offers this cuisine. Went through the drive-thru and ordered two Carne Asada Fries burritos, but before I could even finish my sentence, the employee cut me off and turned off the mic. When we got home, I noticed a $34 charge on my card, which seemed way too high. I called to ask about it, and they told me we were charged for Carne Asada Fries plates instead -- not what we ordered. They said the only way to get a refund was to drive back and get cash, which is incredibly inconvenient, especially considering we'd already waited 30 minutes in the drive-thru with only two cars ahead of us. Even if we had been charged correctly, it still would have been overpriced compared to other Mexican spots in the area. Comes with TWO giant ass tortillas that are served proper, all buttered up and grilled with that slight crispity-crunch that explodes like flava crystals with each bite. The avocado salsa, tho.
