if you value your rims DO NOT HAVE THESE GUYS CHANGE YOUR TIRES!!! yeah they are quick. Cheap...? 40 bucks a tire...? Not sure if thats cheap. I brought my own tires so they just mount and balanced them. They destroyed my rims though. Every single one of them. Scratches and nicks and dings everywhere. Sucks.

Black plastic caps and broken dreams...

Called and was quoted a very fair price. Tires went on quickly, and the quote was held within $10. Then everything fell apart. My wheel stud was damaged by being cross threaded and forced onto with a lug bolt. The tech played it off as though it came that way and gave me the runaround. Thank goodness I'm insured for stupidity like this... Have to spend my morning having it fixed by actual professionals. Even better: my nice paint matched valve stem caps are missing. Came home with black plastic ones. Called and was hung up on by the guy who worked on my vehicle and saw them last. How stupid, they were $7. $7 and a wasted morning for a new wheel stud is a small price to pay in knowing whom to NEVER do business with again.

Hole he put in my new tire .

Do not trust them! They tried to tell me I needed $2k+…read morerepairs. Got a second opinion and all the parts they said needed replaced were in perfect condition. This is so unethical because my car, although only 75k miles is very very old and they no longer make parts for it. So after-market and expensive parts would be used. The issue is my cars computer system does not like after-market parts and often rejects them, so just changing parts would have caused me a lot of trouble in the future. Very unethical to 1.sell something I don't need and 2. knowing it would be a severe downgrade from the original parts. Also, the price they quoted for parts was highly inflated. My friend showed me the parts online and, although would be higher at a shop, these were outlandishly higher. My mechanic friend is positive they were giving me the "woman price" and it felt that way. Lastly... this is primarily a tire shop, right? So when they said it wasn't safe for me to drive off unless I had my lug nuts replaced, this tire shop didn't have the lug nuts in stock. What tire shop doesn't have lug nuts in stock? They were friendly and communicative about it. They called around and found some and had them brought to their shop, which was nice of them to do that. It took about 5 hours and $200 to replace all lug nuts (which, by the way) resolved the original problem I came in for. Glad I got a 2nd opinion somewhere else because none of these things needed to be replaced. They saw a single woman in a nice car and tried to do a scam. They would have done more damage replacing original parts with aftermarket. I thought we could trust mechanics in 2026, but now I am skeptical of all mechanics. They give their profession a bad name.

Costco is Costco. It's everything you'd expect. Full parking lots, great deals and long lines…read more Fortunately I live very close so I typically go within an hour of closing and it's less busy. But on a recent visit as we were leaving, my husband asked a question about the store to the lady checking our receipt. She was a sweet Filipino lady. She did not know the answer but convincingly told us she would have the answer next time we came. She had no idea when that would be. About 5 days later we stopped in for a couple of things and there she was again at the door. My husband smiled and said, hey! And asked the question again. She got really excited she saw him and said she'd been waiting for us. She pulled a sticky note out of her pocket and had the answer for him. She didn't have to do that. She had no idea when we'd be back. She put that note in her pocket every day hoping she would see us. I just wanted to hug her. Her name is Amy and she definitely went above and beyond what she needed too. I now have a favorite employee!!

Several times now, I've noticed that the pharmacy technicians here struggle with customer service…read more Their tone can come off as abrupt or unfriendly, often rushing through face-to-face interactions and phone calls. They tend to avoid eye contact, quickly confirm medications, and rarely offer guidance unless asked directly. As a nurse, I completely understand that healthcare workers experience fatigue and burnout, and I certainly don't expect perfection. However, when approaching the counter or calling on the phone, customers just want to be acknowledged and treated with respect--not rushed or made to feel like a burden. I appreciate the vital role the pharmacy team plays, but I hope the Silverdale Costco pharmacy techs can find ways to serve customers with a bit more warmth and compassion moving forward. A little kindness goes a long way.
