The pharmacy seems very unorganized and impossible to reach if you have a simple question. I had to…read moremove my prescriptions from Rite Aid which was a well oiled machine because they are responsive by phone. CVS has screwed up my prescription at times and has sent me to other sites for pick up because their refrigerator was down. Some staff are knowledgeable and some are clueless. One staff member told me a prescription wasn't there and needed auth from insurance and that was not the case. It was there the whole time. Ugh! It just needed to be refilled. The pharmacy looks like an unorganized mess compared to the CVS in Danbury on Padanaram road. Unfortunately this CVS is closer to me.
