The last time I came, they took forever just to take our order at the register, so we ended up ordering online instead. My coffee came out first and still took a long time, and the banana bread didn't come out until about 25 minutes later. Their whole system feels unorganized. I finally came back today and ordered the drink "Best Drink Ever" with cinnamon cold foam. Key word: foam. My drink was watery and the "foam" was basically liquid. Total waste of money. This morning was my first time at Better Buzz and I was blown away by everything! I went through the drive thru and I was shocked at how efficient everything was. Two people take orders so by the time you breeze through the line your order is ready. The whole process, including waiting in line, maybe took 5 min. The owner, Ryan, helped me out and he was absolutely wonderful! I ordered the Best Drink Ever and the Sweet Heat Maple Croissant. The drink was so well-balanced, and the sandwich was unreal. I came to this place a few times while I was staying nearby. The Better Breakfast sandwich is delicious and I kinda love the maple best drink ever. The employees are super nice, acknowledging anyone that walks in, and taking orders in line if it gets too long. But recently I had a double charge on my bank account that was a mistake and when I called , the manager Ryan was incredible- taking my number and promising to get to the bottom of it. This place rocks!! The staff here is very friendly and helpful. I've been here a few times and haven't had a bad experience yet. It does get pretty busy at times so if you're planning to stop by during your lunch break be prepared to wait a bit. Drive through can also be a wait depending on the time of day. As for the coffee, I have only tried the "best drink ever" which is basically an Americano and it is great. I also love that they have iced flavored energy drinks. Went through the drive through and ordered. Asked for a blended mocha easy chocolate. Was handed a drink with heavy chocolate drizzle. I said I saked for light chocolate. The employee said it is, that I did not ask for light drizzle. Another employee came to the window and asked what MY problem was. I told her. She took the cup poured it into another and handed it to me. They were both rude. Im guessing because I tapped no tip when I paid with my card. I always pay cash tips AFTER I'm handed my order. Well, it's fair to say that I won't be returning to this establishment again. I know places get busy, but their coffee and food aren't good enough to bring me back. It took a good 28-30 minutes to get our full order. It was chaotic from the start. We were first in line without an actual line there at 2:45 pm ish. But then a line formed behind us after the fact. the cashier was not sure of many things we asked about for example, what was in a scone or drink. He had to stop a few times to ask people around him about their menu. Then, behind the counter, there were at least a dozen employees doing random things. It just seemed like they were scatter-brained. The line started to form and the place was getting packed. We were standing in line and one of our drinks and food items were ready. Our order was for 5 drinks and 2 food items. We stood there for about 5 minutes as the staff just brought out items for other people. Finally, after waiting for 12 minutes, my nephew went to the counter to ask about our order and they scrambled around looking for the name, but found nothing. They asked for our receipt and had to go from that. Even that wasn't a good push, instead of getting it all done in one time 4 more drinks and 1 food item, they had 3 drinks done and we had to ask about the last drink and food item. The food item wasn't what I originally ordered any way, but I wasn't going to complain because there was already a line and I didn't want to wait any longer. After a few more times of approaching them, we got our last drink which was a blended item and the food item. That was about 28-30 minutes later as half of our party waited outside at a table. During the whole time, ambiance seemed to be unsettling and it was definitely unorganized. I think they need to figure out how to function in stations rather than having their team members running all around doing various things. The behind the counter was pretty narrow and there were about 10-12 people back there and then people coming in and out of the back area. I don't know if the drinks and food were worth it. I would rather go to a Starbucks or even better a local coffee shop in the area. Hope they can fix their training and processing procedures. Good luck. read more

The service was pleasant and efficient. Tried Hazenut Divinity and had a fine balance of sweet and taste of their coffee/espresso. Had this creaminess to it too that was quite divine on my taste buds. I was undecided between their infamous "Best Drink Ever" or the Hazelnut Divinity was kind and patient enough to explain the difference in laymen's terms where I was able to choose my 1st drink ever from here. Hazelnut Divinity is more creamier and the other more watery; so if you like creaminess, get the Hazelnut. And her knowledge of her products was super helpful. Come here about five or six times, and I've always ordered an iced drink with some sort of cold foam on top. Every single time out of the six times. I've come to pick up my drink. There is no cold foam, and I have to tell them. That may look upset with me. Today was my very last visit, and I ordered a hot chai, tea, latte, and some more walked over to me, and handed me an iced chai latte, and walked away and said we're out of regular cups. Where I had to stop and save her excuse me. I ordered a hot chair latte, and then she took the cup out of my hand and went back behind the counter.
