    Bourbon Vanilla Latte
    Janess B.

Mothership is such a local staple here. This is my first time at the Summerlin location. Such cool vibes in here despite the space a bit small. Lots of people studying here or just hanging out. The bourbon vanilla latte is such a hit. My husband comes here often and gets this. Very smooth and not sugary sweet. Service is quick. Everyone is so nice and friendly.

Came here with my friend a few weeks ago. I have been to their other location and this one is much better. There is typically a line as it is located in the mall. They have a small but very good menu. There is also some branded items you can buy- included fresh beans! There is indoor and outdoor seating. Our drinks came out quick and were very good.

Got there a few moments before closing while one of the staff were cleaning we quickly ordered our drink which was $5 off with a reward and a free bag of coffee for my friends birthday. You get ANY bag of coffee free for your birthday. $20 of wonderfully bold whole coffee beans. We asked for a suggestion and we choose the exclusive blue man group Unspoken blend since it was only available for a limited time. We look forward to another down town summerlin adventure and finding a quiet calming place to sip on coffee and relax.

Food/Drinks: 4/5 Service: 3.5/5 Ambiance: 3/5 I was in the Downtown Summerlin area looking for some place to get work done. I saw this cafe and decided to check it out. There is lot parking within walking distance or you can find parking on the street for 2 hours max. People are coming and going so I lucked out with finding parking on the street that's about a 2-3 minute walk to the coffee shop. First glance, this place is extremely busy. Very difficult to secure seating on a table both inside and outside. I like the naturally lighting that came through. The tiered seating on the wall is interesting and definitely could be more cozy for people. Ordered a Honeysuckle Latte. I like my coffee on the sweeter side and this was perfect for me. The "for here" glass it came in was super cute too. I also ordered a Croissant Bacon Egg which looked and tasted pretty basic but was still good to eat. Service was ok. I feel like baristas could have been friendlier. I tried to return my dish to clear my space and a barista pointed to where I was supposed to return it and there was about 5 people crowding the area, hence why I decided to hand it to her. She finally took it from me. I enjoyed my coffee but I am not sure that I would come back here again to hangout. I would come again to take my coffee to-go. Due to the limited space and service, I do not see myself coming back to chill in this space.

Let's start with the marketing, because they absolutely kill it. Their text campaigns are so good, it genuinely gets you thinking about Mothership Coffee Roasters before you even realize it. That kind of brand recall? Top tier. Now the coffee, it's good, not amazing. You're not getting ceremonial grade matcha or super high end specialty beans, but it is yummy. Definitely leans more on the sweeter side, so if that's your thing, you'll love it. They really shine with their creative flavors, fun toppings, and lots of customizable options. Service is typically great. They ask all the right questions to make sure your drink is exactly how you like it, which I always appreciate. And the vibe? Always executed. The decor is fun, a little artsy, and full of personality, just a really enjoyable space to hang out in.

Came into mothership today with my son and it was interesting. Seating is very awkward. I can see what they were trying to achieve with the multilevel seating: maximize space, offer more seating. But I feel like they might have been better off having one long bench with tables and chairs. My 3 year old immediately saw this as an invitation to play and jumped up and started playing with their tiger chain art display. Obviously that wasn't the intention of the design but it seemed like a bit of a design flaw. And of course I grabbed my kid once he started treating the place like a playground. When we got up to the front of the line I was finally able to see the pastry case and not a single item was labeled. No name, no price. I jokingly said I liked that we get to create our own name for the items and was met with a blank stare. You would think with such long lines that they would expedite the ordering process by having these items labeled? At the very least let me know what it's called! I had to guess and order based off of observation alone that made ordering take longer. Customer service was sad. No one smiled. No friendly conversation. Lots of blank stares. Side note, I noticed so many customers ahead of me very confused about which drink was theirs. Maybe try writing on the cup what the drink is for them? All in all, coffee was good but the food was nothing special. Bread from the 3 sandwiches we ordered were a bit stale, especially the everything bacon egg whatever sandwich. Blueberry scone was flavorless and bitter. This is disappointing when you're spending $60+ on food and coffee. Will I return to this location specifically? With my son, no. For food? Maybe not. For some emergency coffee while out shopping by myself that is better than makers and finders? Perhaps. ***EDIT TO ADD*** Management reached out here and said to contact them. I did that and never heard back from anyone.

Mothership Coffee is one of my favorite spots for a really good cup of coffee. The quality is consistently excellent , you can truly taste the difference. Their blueberry scones are absolutely delicious , fresh, soft inside, and just the right amount of sweetness. Perfect with a latte. The atmosphere is great cozy, welcoming, and a really nice place to relax or meet with friends. The service is good too; the staff is friendly and always makes you feel comfortable. The only reason for four stars instead of five is that it's a little on the pricey side , but overall, the quality, atmosphere, and service make it worth it. I'll definitely be back!

Located in the heart of the shopping area of downtown Summerlin. Really cool photoworthy decor inside. Some seating off to the side on cushions. We got an iced latte with hazelnut and an iced latte with lavender syrup. They have an upcharge for nondairy milk. Both were really good but we liked the hazelnut slightly more. Both were perfectly sweet, not overly so, just enough.

I'm a huge fan of Mothership in other locations for their unique offerings and sip with purpose drinks. This time I first went in to claim my birthday coffee bag, which is one of the best birthday rewards around. For my beverage, I got a summer starter matcha that was earthy with a hint of raspberry for the perfect caffeine boost. The service was super friendly and help knowing about all the product. The ambiance of every mothership location is super cool and a place you want to take photos and hang out.

Enjoying my iced honey graham latte on a bench right outside of the shop.
    Eden I.

The coffee at this shop is really good quality. I got an iced honey graham latte both times that I was here & loved it. The drink was sweet & really tasted like a graham cracker! But I loved that the flavor of the coffee really came through too. At some coffee shops you can't taste the coffee, or the flavored lattes taste like they're made with an instant coffee mix, but that is not the case here. The layout of the inside of the shop could be designed better, in my opinion. It is a good sized space, but it's not designed to smoothly handle a crowd. They have a few tables & then a large, two layer seating bench. It looks cool, especially if there are not many people inside. But if there are even 10 people inside it feels very crowded. I prefer to take my coffee to go. Really yummy drinks! I will definitely be back.

Mothership Coffee Roasters is one of those places where the design alone pulls you in. If I ever owned a coffee shop, this is exactly how I would want it to look. It has this ultra cool spaceship vibe, but in a grounded Joshua Tree kind of way, not in a Star Trek way, just creative, different, and really well done. I do not even drink coffee and I still love coming here. The matcha is excellent, and every location has its own vibe which keeps it interesting. It is not just a coffee stop, it is a place you actually want to hang out in.

Came back to Mothership on New Year's Eve. I ordered the vegan pastry breakfast sandwich and wanted to order the special iced winter mocha tux latte. After my family member and I gave our order the girl taking our order told us that they ran out of the cream that goes on top of the latte. It was 9 am, so it was weird hearing they had run out and they wouldn't be making any more. I asked her if she could recommend another latte or tell me her favorite and she plainly looked at me and said just a plain latte. I decided to change up my order completely and got a hot toffee nut latte. Once my sandwich was ready and they called out my family members name, she went up to grab the sandwich and two drinks. Long story short, the drinks with the sandwich were not ours but the people who ordered ahead of us. Not sure why the staff didn't call out different names or separated the orders, but feels like there was a communication issue amongst staff which was passed on to customers. My experience with the drinks here were better, I actually enjoyed my latte...but the staff attitude and experience just kind of ruined it.

I needed to caffeinate because I started driving to Vegas at 3am. Luckily Mothership is open early and they have a good strong ice latte. The pastry case looked very good also. Space is very nice and there is inside and outside seating. Located in the downtown Summerlin complex. Parking was easy early in the morning. Please come and create your own adventure.

The first time I tried Markers & Finders was at their original location downtown, and it appears that they've expanded their menu since they opened their second location at Downtown Summerlin. There's a good amount of indoor and outdoor/patio seating at this location. The last time I was here, it was hardly busy, but the service was a bit slow. Their lattes are delicious, especially the Mexican Spiced Latte. I've had the lomo saltado, yucca fries, empanadas, and other dishes I can't think of since I've been going here for years, but I remember them all being delicious. She enjoyed hers, but she said the turmeric flavor was a bit overpowering. My latte was sweeter than I like and I didn't get much of the salted caramel flavor so that was a bit disappointing. For food, she had the MF Sando and I had the coconut turmeric chia pudding. The breakfast sandwich looked great and she enjoyed it. The chia pudding was confusing though. I've ordered it here before and it has never been "green". Looking back at previous Yelp photos, you can see the difference as well. The flavor was off this time too, with an almost dirty taste, which was disappointing. Service was fine, just a little slow. It was pretty busy so that's understandable. They do have a nice outdoor patio with a great ambiance. The outdoor tables have umbrellas for shade. I would come back because I've had good experiences here before, but consistency is important to me, and unfortunately this visit really missed the mark.

The iced vanilla matcha was refreshing, perfectly balanced, and not overly sugary. One detail I really appreciated was the beautiful coffee mugs they serve their hot drinks in. I could have stopped in and gotten coffee to go anytime but I had heard from so many people it was a great place for enjoying your coffee and the atmosphere. I've been to a LOT of coffee spots in Vegas. I LOVE coffee and discovering new spots that check all the boxes is one of my favorite Yelper things to do! Here's the breakdown. Dining-Seating Area: pretty status quo as far as coffee houses go. Combo of tables for 2, high top seating and a cozy couch-chair combo with a coffee table towards the back. I chose to sit at a table with 2 large leather chairs. When I sat down my chair sunk quite a bit. The seat cushion was pretty worn out. Not uncomfortable necessarily, but "worn in" for sure. The table was in good shape and very sturdy. Cleanliness: The area and overall seating area was clean. I used the restroom also which was clean and well stocked with all you would need. Vibe: There was your standard coffee house music in the background. Liked that. It was day time and there was a lot of natural light coming in from the many floor to ceiling windows lining half of the room. There was soft lighting throughout and the decor was warm with a cool floating shelves situation above the counter where the baked goods display is. Customer Service: This is where this place really shined. The young lady who took my order was friendly and polite. She took my order and delivered it to my table. She even brought me a little extra almond milk for my Americano in case I need more. When I was leaving I wanted to order a coffee to go and she kindly offered me a refill to go free of charge. Very kind of her. Coffee: Of course the most important part right? On a scale of 1-10 I'd give it a solid 8. It wasn't too bitter & it was served hot (not lukewarm) which is an absolute must for me! The oversized cup was filled to brim with the delicious brew! I don't get fancy drinks. My standard is a hot Americano with almond and sugar vanilla and this was exactly what I got and it was delicious. Areas to improve on: No Wifi. I guess it was not working. I had planned on answering work emails on my laptop while I enjoyed my coffee which wasn't possible. Uncomfortably warm inside. I'm not a hot blooded person by nature. Usually freezing indoors when the AC is on overdrive during the summer. It was really warm inside. If I was warm, I know others must have found it uncomfortable. Would I come back? Yes! I enjoyed my Americano & the customer service very much. I would come back with a friend to enjoy hanging out but I wouldn't stop here to catch up on work due to the lack of wifi. No biggie

Turns out she was absolutely right and it pretty much altered the course of my day. I felt I could not be stopped afterwards. No notes.

As soon as we walked in we were welcomed. The shop has a very positive and awesome vibe. It's spacious with lots of tables and chairs for dining. The natural light from the windows shined through the coffee shop. It's so nice! The staff is very welcoming and happy. Excellent customer service at The Coffee Class on W Sahara Ave location. They also provide yummy coffee and specialty drinks. Thank you Terry, the young man that helped us with our drinks and informed us of their customers' favorite orders. We ordered the Coconut Watermelon Boba Elixir, Tiramisu Latte and Dulce De Leche Latte. All 3 drinks and specialty coffee were good and not too sweet. You can still taste the espresso which I like and prefer. For the Tiramisu Latte there's a hint of amaretto. The Dulce De Leche wasn't too sweet yet you can taste the caramel and vanilla. Coconut Watermelon Boba Elixir is a good refresher and perfect with the soft boba. We look forward to trying out other coffee and specialty drinks on The Coffee Class menu upon our return.

Two weeks later and I'm finally ready to talk about it... because honestly, part of me wanted to…read morepretend this visit never happened. As someone who proudly considers Peet's Coffee my personal version of Starbucks, this one hurt a little. Coming from the Bay Area roots of Berkeley and countless great experiences in Silicon Valley, I've always associated Peet's with rich flavor, quality drinks, and genuinely warm, down-to-earth people. It's been my go-to, my comfort cup, my "this is how coffee should taste" standard. ...which is why my visit to the Sahara location completely caught me off guard. Let's set the scene: I walk in, ready for my usual vanilla latte fix. The place isn't busy--but somehow I'm standing at the counter for what feels like 2-4 minutes doing the awkward "do they see me?" stare. You know the one. Eventually I'm helped, but the interaction? Cold. No "welcome in," no energy, no suggestions, no "hey, want to try a pastry with that?"--just straight to transaction mode. The cashier (I believe the name was Lee?) felt completely disengaged, even walking away mid-mobile payment like the scene had wrapped before the movie was over. And then...the drink. I requested specific milk and light foam--nothing wild, just a simple customization. What I got was the opposite. Not once, but enough to make me go back and ask for a remake... which is always a little awkward when the shop isn't even busy. At that point, it's not about the latte anymore--it's about the experience. No "thank you," no "your drink will be ready shortly," none of the small but important touches that make a coffee run feel...human. And that's the part that surprised me most. Because Peet's, at its best, is very human. Unfortunately, this visit shifted my routine. Now when I'm in the Summerlin area and need a reliable cup, I find myself heading elsewhere instead. Final thoughts: I still believe in Peet's as a brand--that hasn't changed. But this location? It missed the mark on both service and execution. Note to management: Please bring back the heart of what makes Peet's special--friendly people who actually enjoy being part of someone's daily coffee ritual. Because great coffee gets you in the door... but great service is what keeps us coming back.

I am writing to express my concern regarding a recent experience at your store involving allergen…read moreinformation and food safety. I am a regular customer and frequently visit with my son. Due to his severe peanut allergy, we are always very careful about what we order. In the past, I have specifically asked staff about potential peanut exposure when ordering items such as oatmeal, croissants, and chocolate croissants. On multiple occasions, I was assured by a manager that these items were peanut-free and safe, with no risk of cross-contamination. However, during my visit today, I received conflicting information from your staff. One employee informed me that the bread products are stored together and may be exposed to peanuts, meaning cross-contamination cannot be ruled out. This directly contradicts what I had previously been told. When I raised this concern, another staff member confirmed the possibility of contamination but responded in a manner that felt dismissive and unprofessional. While I did receive a general apology, there was no clear clarification about when or why the information had changed. This inconsistency is extremely concerning. Food allergies are serious and can be life-threatening. Clear, accurate, and consistent communication is critical so that customers can make safe decisions. I am requesting that you review your staff training and food handling practices to ensure that allergen information is communicated correctly and consistently. Customers should not receive conflicting guidance, especially when it involves health risks. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response.

As someone who isn't a big coffee drinker, I love the mango cold brew tea. It's the perfect balance and can be made sweeter if you like. This visit I got my usual and the dragonfruit lychee butterfly tea. The dragonfruit drink was decent, I felt like most of the flavor sat at the bottom and was kind of bland and watered down once the flavor was drank out. I enjoy their variety of non-coffee drinks so I'm looking forward to trying something new next time.

When we had entered, we were the only customers inside. The coffee shop was decorated for Halloween! There was so many amazing decorations from skeletons to Halloween themed holiday lights. It was quite festive! Looking over the Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf Menu, there was a wide range of offerings such as Signature Tea Lattes Cold Brew Teas Signature Teas Ice Blended Drinks Cold Brew Coffee Coffee and more! If you're looking for a quick bite to eat, the Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf has some small bites! There was some Yogurt, Sandwiches, Wraps, Fresh Fruit, Muffins, Doughnuts and more! I ended up getting a Medium Hot Chocolate with whipped cream and my husband got a caramel drink. Service was fast. After we placed the order, our name was called within 10 minutes. I enjoyed my hot chocolate. It wasn't too hot so I could immediately drink it! The chocolate flavor wasn't a dark chocolate. It was a milk chocolate and delicious! I tried my husbands caramel drink and it was good. There was a slight hint of coffee to it. Service was fantastic at this place and the drinks we had were wonderful! We don't come to the Summerlin area too often, but this place is great for some coffee!
