    Bourbon Vanilla Latte
    Janess B.

Mothership is such a local staple here. This is my first time at the Summerlin location. Such cool vibes in here despite the space a bit small. Lots of people studying here or just hanging out. The bourbon vanilla latte is such a hit. My husband comes here often and gets this. Very smooth and not sugary sweet. Service is quick. Everyone is so nice and friendly.

Came here with my friend a few weeks ago. I have been to their other location and this one is much better. There is typically a line as it is located in the mall. They have a small but very good menu. There is also some branded items you can buy- included fresh beans! There is indoor and outdoor seating. Our drinks came out quick and were very good.

Got there a few moments before closing while one of the staff were cleaning we quickly ordered our drink which was $5 off with a reward and a free bag of coffee for my friends birthday. You get ANY bag of coffee free for your birthday. $20 of wonderfully bold whole coffee beans. We asked for a suggestion and we choose the exclusive blue man group Unspoken blend since it was only available for a limited time. We look forward to another down town summerlin adventure and finding a quiet calming place to sip on coffee and relax.

Food/Drinks: 4/5 Service: 3.5/5 Ambiance: 3/5 I was in the Downtown Summerlin area looking for some place to get work done. I saw this cafe and decided to check it out. There is lot parking within walking distance or you can find parking on the street for 2 hours max. People are coming and going so I lucked out with finding parking on the street that's about a 2-3 minute walk to the coffee shop. First glance, this place is extremely busy. Very difficult to secure seating on a table both inside and outside. I like the naturally lighting that came through. The tiered seating on the wall is interesting and definitely could be more cozy for people. Ordered a Honeysuckle Latte. I like my coffee on the sweeter side and this was perfect for me. The "for here" glass it came in was super cute too. I also ordered a Croissant Bacon Egg which looked and tasted pretty basic but was still good to eat. Service was ok. I feel like baristas could have been friendlier. I tried to return my dish to clear my space and a barista pointed to where I was supposed to return it and there was about 5 people crowding the area, hence why I decided to hand it to her. She finally took it from me. I enjoyed my coffee but I am not sure that I would come back here again to hangout. I would come again to take my coffee to-go. Due to the limited space and service, I do not see myself coming back to chill in this space.

Let's start with the marketing, because they absolutely kill it. Their text campaigns are so good, it genuinely gets you thinking about Mothership Coffee Roasters before you even realize it. That kind of brand recall? Top tier. Now the coffee, it's good, not amazing. You're not getting ceremonial grade matcha or super high end specialty beans, but it is yummy. Definitely leans more on the sweeter side, so if that's your thing, you'll love it. They really shine with their creative flavors, fun toppings, and lots of customizable options. Service is typically great. They ask all the right questions to make sure your drink is exactly how you like it, which I always appreciate. And the vibe? Always executed. The decor is fun, a little artsy, and full of personality, just a really enjoyable space to hang out in.

Came into mothership today with my son and it was interesting. Seating is very awkward. I can see what they were trying to achieve with the multilevel seating: maximize space, offer more seating. But I feel like they might have been better off having one long bench with tables and chairs. My 3 year old immediately saw this as an invitation to play and jumped up and started playing with their tiger chain art display. Obviously that wasn't the intention of the design but it seemed like a bit of a design flaw. And of course I grabbed my kid once he started treating the place like a playground. When we got up to the front of the line I was finally able to see the pastry case and not a single item was labeled. No name, no price. I jokingly said I liked that we get to create our own name for the items and was met with a blank stare. You would think with such long lines that they would expedite the ordering process by having these items labeled? At the very least let me know what it's called! I had to guess and order based off of observation alone that made ordering take longer. Customer service was sad. No one smiled. No friendly conversation. Lots of blank stares. Side note, I noticed so many customers ahead of me very confused about which drink was theirs. Maybe try writing on the cup what the drink is for them? All in all, coffee was good but the food was nothing special. Bread from the 3 sandwiches we ordered were a bit stale, especially the everything bacon egg whatever sandwich. Blueberry scone was flavorless and bitter. This is disappointing when you're spending $60+ on food and coffee. Will I return to this location specifically? With my son, no. For food? Maybe not. For some emergency coffee while out shopping by myself that is better than makers and finders? Perhaps. ***EDIT TO ADD*** Management reached out here and said to contact them. I did that and never heard back from anyone.

Mothership Coffee is one of my favorite spots for a really good cup of coffee. The quality is consistently excellent , you can truly taste the difference. Their blueberry scones are absolutely delicious , fresh, soft inside, and just the right amount of sweetness. Perfect with a latte. The atmosphere is great cozy, welcoming, and a really nice place to relax or meet with friends. The service is good too; the staff is friendly and always makes you feel comfortable. The only reason for four stars instead of five is that it's a little on the pricey side , but overall, the quality, atmosphere, and service make it worth it. I'll definitely be back!

Located in the heart of the shopping area of downtown Summerlin. Really cool photoworthy decor inside. Some seating off to the side on cushions. We got an iced latte with hazelnut and an iced latte with lavender syrup. They have an upcharge for nondairy milk. Both were really good but we liked the hazelnut slightly more. Both were perfectly sweet, not overly so, just enough.

I'm a huge fan of Mothership in other locations for their unique offerings and sip with purpose drinks. This time I first went in to claim my birthday coffee bag, which is one of the best birthday rewards around. For my beverage, I got a summer starter matcha that was earthy with a hint of raspberry for the perfect caffeine boost. The service was super friendly and help knowing about all the product. The ambiance of every mothership location is super cool and a place you want to take photos and hang out.

Enjoying my iced honey graham latte on a bench right outside of the shop.
    Eden I.

The coffee at this shop is really good quality. I got an iced honey graham latte both times that I was here & loved it. The drink was sweet & really tasted like a graham cracker! But I loved that the flavor of the coffee really came through too. At some coffee shops you can't taste the coffee, or the flavored lattes taste like they're made with an instant coffee mix, but that is not the case here. The layout of the inside of the shop could be designed better, in my opinion. It is a good sized space, but it's not designed to smoothly handle a crowd. They have a few tables & then a large, two layer seating bench. It looks cool, especially if there are not many people inside. But if there are even 10 people inside it feels very crowded. I prefer to take my coffee to go. Really yummy drinks! I will definitely be back.

Mothership Coffee Roasters is one of those places where the design alone pulls you in. If I ever owned a coffee shop, this is exactly how I would want it to look. It has this ultra cool spaceship vibe, but in a grounded Joshua Tree kind of way, not in a Star Trek way, just creative, different, and really well done. I do not even drink coffee and I still love coming here. The matcha is excellent, and every location has its own vibe which keeps it interesting. It is not just a coffee stop, it is a place you actually want to hang out in.

Came back to Mothership on New Year's Eve. I ordered the vegan pastry breakfast sandwich and wanted to order the special iced winter mocha tux latte. After my family member and I gave our order the girl taking our order told us that they ran out of the cream that goes on top of the latte. It was 9 am, so it was weird hearing they had run out and they wouldn't be making any more. I asked her if she could recommend another latte or tell me her favorite and she plainly looked at me and said just a plain latte. I decided to change up my order completely and got a hot toffee nut latte. Once my sandwich was ready and they called out my family members name, she went up to grab the sandwich and two drinks. Long story short, the drinks with the sandwich were not ours but the people who ordered ahead of us. Not sure why the staff didn't call out different names or separated the orders, but feels like there was a communication issue amongst staff which was passed on to customers. My experience with the drinks here were better, I actually enjoyed my latte...but the staff attitude and experience just kind of ruined it.

I needed to caffeinate because I started driving to Vegas at 3am. Luckily Mothership is open early and they have a good strong ice latte. The pastry case looked very good also. Space is very nice and there is inside and outside seating. Located in the downtown Summerlin complex. Parking was easy early in the morning. Please come and create your own adventure.

Tonight's theme was swing dancing, which kicked off with a beginner lesson at 6:15PM. The cover charge was a reasonable $15.50 per person and included a free drink from their selection of standard beverages. We went with the lemonade, which was served in an elegant champagne flute. It was decent, though it didn't taste freshly squeezed. The turnout was excellent--during the lesson, the place was packed shoulder-to-shoulder, with dancers filling every available inch of floor space. Afterward, a live jazz band took the stage and kept the energy high. The night was genuinely fun, with swing in the air and a lively, nostalgic atmosphere. It did get quite warm inside, but a couple of fans helped keep the air circulating. On regular nights, I understand Coffee Note shifts to a more relaxed open jazz jam session--perfect for sitting at a table with a drink and soaking in the sounds of America's musical past. The venue itself is a charming little coffee shop that feels ideal for reading, working, or enjoying quiet conversation with friends. We'll definitely be back for future events.

About a week later I went at around 10am on a Thursday and walked right in and got my first cup of Gesha pour over. Then I kept thinking about it for a week. You see, pour overs are generally great - if any cafe offers one it's because they want to show you the beans and their skill. But this was the biggest wall of flavor I have ever experienced in a pour over, ever, and I lived in Seattle 25 years. Perfectly extracted - not sour, not bitter, huge fruitiness that perfumed the car minutes after I got back in it despite the lid being on. Roaster Ian recommended I wait 10 minutes for the flavors to develop and he was right - it was an *awesome* cup of coffee. I don't know exactly what he's doing back there (he has his back facing away from the registers) but it was also the fastest cup of pour over I've ever had. The downside: it was expensive at $12 - but I've spent more on worse elsewhere. (The rest of their non-Gesha pour overs are $8 and worth every penny.) I had this weird conundrum kind of like when you eat really spicy food that's almost too spicy to physically continue but the flavors are so good you can't stop. There is so much explosive flavor coming out of this cup it is very nearly undrinkable - which means you are forced to slow down and sip it gently to really appreciate it. I did not know you could coax _that_ much flavor out of beans using any method, really.. I went back and bought a bag of the Gesha and brewed it at home on my Fellow Aiden - it's still very good - not quite the same - but the general gist is there. Very excited to try everything on the menu. Might be a while before I even get to the regular non-pour-over drinks that everyone loves to much.

I was excited to try this spot since there were many good reviews, though perhaps my expectations were too high. The first thing I check for in an iced latte is the bottom of the cup to see if there are any burnt grounds. To my disappointment, there were, so I knew the espresso wasn't going to be very smooth. Though, I couldn't even taste it. I prefer a strong espresso taste, but all I could taste was the milk with a weak aftertaste of watery espresso. The first time I tried Markers & Finders was at their original location downtown, and it appears that they've expanded their menu since they opened their second location at Downtown Summerlin. There's a good amount of indoor and outdoor/patio seating at this location. The last time I was here, it was hardly busy, but the service was a bit slow. Their lattes are delicious, especially the Mexican Spiced Latte. I've had the lomo saltado, yucca fries, empanadas, and other dishes I can't think of since I've been going here for years, but I remember them all being delicious. The prices appear high, but overall good food and coffees.

Stopped by on Saturday (06/20/2026) with a friend for brunch…read more For drinks, I ordered the iced salted caramel latte and my friend got the iced coconut turmeric latte. She enjoyed hers, but she said the turmeric flavor was a bit overpowering. My latte was sweeter than I like and I didn't get much of the salted caramel flavor so that was a bit disappointing. For food, she had the MF Sando and I had the coconut turmeric chia pudding. The breakfast sandwich looked great and she enjoyed it. The chia pudding was confusing though. I've ordered it here before and it has never been "green". Looking back at previous Yelp photos, you can see the difference as well. The flavor was off this time too, with an almost dirty taste, which was disappointing. Service was fine, just a little slow. It was pretty busy so that's understandable. They do have a nice outdoor patio with a great ambiance. The outdoor tables have umbrellas for shade. I would come back because I've had good experiences here before, but consistency is important to me, and unfortunately this visit really missed the mark.
