I've tried numerous kinds of their drinks such as the Best Drink Ever, Hazelnut Divinity, Caramel Buzz, and Prickly in Pink Mojito-the one thing they have in common...ALL DELICIOUS. The customer service atmosphere is always top tier when I visit, and all the employees and managers work hard to ensure good and fast service. The food is also spectacular with options ranging from Açaí Bowls to Avocado Toast. My personal favorite is their array of sandwiches that include vegetarian and gluten-free options. The pastries are also super yummy and there is even a vegan cookie and gluten free donut!! This location is super cute, vibes are casual and cozy. I really like all the blue!! Andy took my order and was super sweet, I was being a difficult customer and had lots of mods and subs and he was so patient and kind!! He also saw the trash at my table and took care of it for me. There was a lady at the Register who took my order named Mikayla and she was AMAZING She held an amazing conversation with me and recommended me with some yummy drinks and food. She gave me a delicious pastry which was a Nutella Croissant, and a Acai Bowl. They were delicious. She also recommended me an Iced Horchata with Cinnamon Foam and the Snickerdoodle Latte. We were literally the only ones in store to order and only half of our order was given to us. They pretty much forgot our other half of the order until they realized it since we were there sitting and waiting while they were talking and laughing. I never tend to do reviews. But Ally's hospitality since the moment she greeted me was impeccable. The fact that she was out in the pouring rain and still made it her priority to make my experience positive was my first great impression. Although there were some problems with the system due to the rain and signal she immediately apologized and made sure to make things right. I got home and realized my order was charged twice. I called and was helped by Destiny the manager, it was a very smooth process. Thank you Destiny. But a special shout out to Ally for going above and beyond.
