Between the two, I like the coffee version more, but you really can't go wrong with either! The ambiance here is just as good as the drinks. It's super spacious with lots of seating, and has an edgy, industrial aesthetic. This is a solid spot to catch up with friends or to just sit and sip. Also shoutout to the cashiers and baristas for being super friendly and relaxed. Definitely one of my regular stops now :)

The barista was super friendly too and chatted with me while making my drink. I ordered the iced vanilla latte and it was great--smooth and not overly sweet (which is rare because vanilla lattes can easily taste like dessert). The staff was super kind explaining that the Vietnamese coffee is pre-made ahead of time, so sweetness can't be reduced below 75%, and it would make the pandan flavor disappear. A trick: You can add a free extra shot of coffee if you want it more balanced and less sweet. If you want 0% sugar, you can order their teas.
