I ordered a blended white mocha and it had tasted like chai, not what a normal white mocha tastes like. I politely told her and she said she would remake it. As she remade it, she and her coworker were making fun of me and laughing about the situation, saying there is no way. I was sitting right in front of them and it was just rude to make fun of a customer when the drink did not taste right. My friend tried the original and the remake, and had agreed they did not taste the same. There was no reason to be rude so please work on customer service. read more

A great cup of coffee (brewed, Colombian). Smooth, not bitter at all, can taste the flavor profile. I appreciate that they open early. The shop was clean and had a fresh ambiance. The baked goods looked amazing although I haven't tried them yet. read more

Super cute coffee shop/quick breakfast spot in Menifee! Their pastries are stunning but they also have a great selection of food options like açaí bowls, toasts, etc... I had the cheese danish (warmed), and it was hands down THE BEST danish i've ever tasted in my life. All of the stars on this one!! Their espresso drinks are really good as well, and they have lots of beverage options. Also the bathroom is really clean even during peak weekend breakfast rush so that's pretty impressive for a coffee shop. Overall, we love Better Buzz Coffee. read more

Came to this location to try out their new snickerdoodle iced latte... and not impressed as you'll see the attached photos. I chose the order ahead option so I wouldn't have to wait in line, and to no surprise the drink was not ready in the requested window I chose. Not only that but the location isn't the most convenient in you're only popping in for coffee and leaving. I suppose it's fine if you plan on staying to get work done or chat inside however, with such minimal parking for numerous restaurants in this part of the complex I wouldn't recommend coming if you're planning on coming and going in a short amount of time. And as for the coffee, it's okay but as you can see in the photos my cup wasn't even full when I picked up my drink. If I'm paying almost $7 for a latte, please make sure the cup is full. I have had the teas here as well and they're all on the bitter side. Although I will say the Açaí bowls are pretty good. All in all I prefer elsewhere for my caffeine as they don't even give you a full cup here. read more

We went to Better Buzz today. Super excited to try it! We ordered and waited For our drinks. We got our pastries right away. The store was really busy , so we just hung out. After awhile, a lot of people who came in after us were getting their drinks. My husband and I were standing off in the corner but the workers kept looking at us. After 20 mins my husband asked where our drinks were. The girl behind the counter never apologized and started to make them ( took them less then 3 mins) and we left. I took a sip of my drink, the horchata latte. It tasted so bad. Taste like they just added some coffee to water with a dash of cinnamon. It was not a pleasant experience. read more

If you want warm milk and no flavored coffee, this is the place to go. I had their "hazelnut divinity." I asked for a hazelnut latte, and this is what they gave me. The lady who took my order was very nice . The manger I can see he was not very welcoming to his customers. I was watching the young lady make my drink and then I see the manger go finish my drink and he didn't even fill it to the top with oat milk . I paid for a lavender oat milk latte with light ice . And it was not filled to the top. I should at least get the cup filled up with the prices . Then I see the manger walking around wiping his sweat off his head with his hands . He proceeded to keep the same gloves on as he touches it mouth lips and other people food and drinks . The ambiance is very nice and clean .
