When they finished the job, I could see only very tiny moss on my roof, but it was very very small. That's what sold me on them. You get immediate results after the cleaning rather than having to wait on the moss inhibitor powder from kicking months down the road. Having said that their prices were in line with 3 of 4 quotes I had gotten and I was able to call someone on the phone and ask several questions that they did a great job answering. The only issue I had was that they had to come back to my house two more times to get the job done right. The first time they had a miscommunication with my gutters that was stated in my quote but wasn't done, so they came back and did it. I managed to catch them where they weren't that far away. The second time, was because I requested it because they missed washing a gutter and the ends of my gutter on my dormer were not quite clean. I took pics and sent it to them for proof. They did call me back the next day and apologized and had someone come over in the afternoon to clean the missed gutters and double check all gutters. They did clean all the debris quite well, in fact it looked better than when they started. I really appreciated that. Roof looks great, gutters look great and I'm satisfied, however I was told I would get before and after pics and it's been a few days so far and I have not gotten any pics. I would use them again but definitely recommend double checking their work to make sure nothing was missed.

One company flat out told me they couldn't help me as they only do roof replacements; another wanted to charge me ridiculous money to just come look at my roof, indicating that it would cost me additional if they needed to re-attach or replace the vent cover. Tom from JnR called me after I had provided them with my location and phone number. He gave me an estimate of when he would arrive, and arrived on time. Without hesitation, he took a look at my roof and pointed out that the cover came from my neighbor's home. He even showed me how I could see the missing vent from the sidewalk. When he was done, he told me my roof was fine and still had lots of life left. I asked him how much I owed him, and he charged me nothing! He even stuck around and talked to me about JnR, and about a project I was looking to do on my home. He was gracious and sincere. The only money that came out of my pocket was a voluntary gratuity for his time. JnR is now my go-to for any issues that should arise with my roof, thanks to the quality of their service.

While I appreciate the accurate and rapid solution to my problem, the thing I appreciate most is that Anthony was the first estimator out of 6 prior who didn't immediately try to sell me a new roof. All three stated, roof cannot be salvaged, needs to be completely redone. After Bliss roof installed, I now have multiple weak points on roof. Various items in contract still not done btw. Found 2 access points in attic/roof that allow weather and pests in. These were not present before Bliss did roof. Bliss has still not returned my money for materials not used on my home, I have written proof of "Check is in the mail" from early June. Bliss offered me $2,500 in exchange for liability waiver & me to remove all reviews & complaints. I refused. Bliss employees agree the roof is subpar and not worth what I paid, yet I'm supposed to live with it. I am requesting a full refund to have roof replaced by someone reputable. These people lie in every direction - learn from my mistake. I am filing a complaint with the contractor's board- The inspector & other roofers all stated "You want the state inspector to come out! You should get all of your money back, this is less than amateur work". Friends don't let anyone they like use Bliss Roofing. All sales and no substance. BEWARE!!!!

Nate installed our original roof in September 2016 on our new build. Fast forward to Dec 2025 and…read morethere was a leak coming from one of the stem vents, running down the accordian pipe, and then into our bathroom ceiling fan and into our bathroom. I first called Nate on Dec 27 with no answer and then again on Dec 30. On Dec 30 he answered, seemed very responsive and helpful and offered to come out the next day. He asked me to text me my address, which I did. On Dec 31 I text him to confirm he was still coming because it was 1:55pm and I hadn't heard from him to which he did not respond. I figured since it was the holiday, I'd just wait until after the 1st. I reached him early the next week to which he said he'd been sick and would come out that Friday, Jan 9. On the afternoon of Jan 9 I called him because he had not confirmed and he let me know he'd been working on a chicken coop roof all day and it had taken longer than he thought but he'd come out that evening/weekend. From this point on, I never heard back from Nate again. I continued to call, text, and leave voicemails between Jan 9 and approx Jan 29. He never once responded to me - just completley ghosted me. I kept trying to reach him because I believed my roof should have still been covered under his warranty but he never responded to me so I could confirm or not. In early February, I found a referral to French Roofing. On Feb 2., Sean at French Roofing answered my call right away and by Feb 16 my roof had been repaired. I was told that Nate had put a 6" stem vent in a hole that should have had a 8" vent stem and that it had not been secured to the roof so debris started to get stuck underneath until and eventually water could run into the roof. French replaced both of those vents. French Roofing also installed ice and water around the vents and sprayed mold killer in the attic for me. I HIGHLY recommend French Roofing and I DO NOT recommend Nate and his team at True Line Construction. Nate at True Line was awful and I don't understand how he still has a business. Unprofessional, non-responsive and obvisouly does not care about the credibility of his work or care about people.
