They are remarkable communicators, and I love that they do not try to up sell you. They respect your boundaries and financial health, they never try to push or guilt trip you. Best of all, they do not tell you wildly outrageous ideas on what might be the cause of x, y, z. Every time we have met with Dr. Seigal whether it is in person or over the phone, we've always felt he was such a generous, gracious person. We never felt rushed. When I ask his staff a question and they don't know the answer, they are always honest and polite and will tell you they don't know and will proceed to place you on a brief hold so they can get the correct information. The staff has a good attitude and assume that you are a caring owner. When Dr. Siegal says he'll call you or do anything, he always holds his word and he even called us when he was out of town. The facility is extremely clean, the cleanest vet I've ever been to. There are so many reasons why you should consider Dr. Siegal and his team, these are just a few. Plenty of parking in their private shared lot and street parking. Very cute stores, restaurants, and fitness yoga studios nearby so if you are coming from further away and need to leave your pet for a few hours you can totally patronize some of the other local businesses. Overall 10/10 experience. I'm glad we took a chance on this vet. To be fair we had exhausted many of the other highly rated vets in the San Fernando valley area and none of them cut it. Are you paying a little more to see the doctor here and get the tests and other services? Yes, probably a little more. However, for me personally, it's completely justified because of the integrity and seamless experiences we've had. Lastly, every single time we have gone in for our appointment, we haven't had to wait longer than 5 minutes. Also they are always giving you a warm greeting which I literally cannot say about any of the other vets. Last little detail, but really there's no detail too small, I have not seen any of the staff doom scroll or look checked out. When they are on the clock, they appear to be working and they seem dedicated. Little things like that have a major impact on professionalism and trust. If I see anyone on the clock doom scrolling or just super engaged on their cell phone it is 100% a red flag and a sign that they don't care, aka my sign to leave a business and not return. I want to spend my hard earned money on places that are invested and care. Dr. Siegal and his staff seem happy and I believe a happy staff is a more efficient staff. It is a safe space, you can openly share your concerns, wants and needs- they are listening with open hearts and they genuinely care. Sadly I've been to probably more than eight different vets and none of them have even come close to Dr. Siegal. Because of those awful experiences, I was starting to lose hope. But I knew from our first phone call with Dr. Siegal's office, when I was literally picking their brain and asking 20+ questions and complaining about past experiences, I knew they were the one because they never made me feel rushed, I never felt judged, I never felt unappreciated and I felt they were truly listening and caring. Anyways, I'm just extremely grateful for Dr.Siegal and his staff.

This was the most empathetic veterinary group I've ever had the pleasure of going to. We had to assess our Charlie for quality of life and Dr. Slaton was very sensitive and caring and confirmed our decision to make a difficult choice. In addition, he and his staff made our decision easier. The things that they did were very loving including allowing us time with Charlie and allowing him to have a Hersheys kiss before he passed. We spent some time after he passed and left after they had taken Charlie away. In the days that followed we received flowers and a sympathy card from their office. When we picked up Charlie's remains they were presented in a beautiful box along with a lovely paw print. Slaton veterinary made a very difficult time a thoughtful and caring time. I highly recommend their services.

I am disappointed by this response because it does not address the substance of my review and…read moreinstead seems to frame my concerns as the understandable distress of someone whose dog is facing serious medical problems. That is not what this is about. I have three Golden Retrievers and have had many dogs over the years. I understand that dogs age, become ill, and develop serious medical problems. That is a painful but inevitable part of loving them. I do not blame a veterinarian because my dog is sick. My concern is the care Emma received when I brought her in because she was sick and in pain. I brought her in twice for an unexplained limp and expressed that I believed something was wrong. No X-rays were taken. Imaging performed elsewhere later showed severe destruction of the ulna near her elbow and significant risk of fracture. I also raised concerns about persistent skin inflammation, recurring ear problems, and irritation around her mouth. These issues improved rapidly after she received different treatment from another veterinarian. These are specific concerns about clinical decisions, not expressions of sadness about having an older dog. Saying that you understand how upsetting it is when a beloved companion has serious medical issues does not address them. I also find it difficult to reconcile the statement that the practice would "welcome the opportunity to discuss" my concerns directly with the fact that no one contacted me after my review was posted. Weeks passed, and this public response was the first outreach I received. If anything in my review is factually inaccurate, please identify it. I would also welcome an explanation of how the specific care decisions I described were consistent with the "thoughtful, evidence-based medicine" referenced in your response. Emma being sick is not the complaint. The complaint is what happened when I repeatedly brought a sick and painful dog to this practice for help.

On very short notice, on a Saturday night--Valentine's Day--they traveled an hour to our home to help us say goodbye to our beloved dog, Griffin. From the moment they arrived, Dr. Bharat Kumar and Zaneta Rocha brought a sense of calm, compassion, and quiet understanding that we so desperately needed. We were complete emotional wrecks, and they met us exactly where we were--with kindness and patience. The entire experience was incredibly peaceful. They created a space that felt gentle and respectful, allowing Griffin to pass comfortably at home, surrounded by love. It never felt rushed or clinical--just deeply human and full of care. One thing that deeply stood out was Dr. Kumar's use of Reiki techniques alongside the traditional medications. It added an extra layer of calm and intention to the experience, and you could truly feel the care and presence he brought to Griffin in those final moments. Dr. Kumar's holistic, thoughtful approach and Zaneta's warmth and presence made an unimaginable situation feel just a little more bearable. We will always be thankful for the dignity and compassion they gave Griffin--and for the support they gave us. If you are ever faced with making this heartbreaking decision, I cannot recommend Comfort Paws Mobile Vet enough. They truly provide a gift in the way they care for both pets and their people.

Sadly, both the Vet and the tech were not speedy, not convenient, and I have no clue why they have a mobile van if they don't provide their services to clients in the actual van which is nuts to me. Quick summary: I HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND. They are EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE (way over market and normal vets), you will be pay at least $100 + $80 for them to just see your dog, and if your dog literally needs actual medical services besides the normal routine wellness needs then they don't have the capability to help you but likely will still provide medical care to take your money but according to the vet tech "you must still pay the $180". Heads up: $5 per pill for Clavaillin is price gouging at $150 30 pills. Pet smart & Chewy has it for $2.79 with a total of $83.7 I would have saved $67 using chewy! Cytopoint injections for large breeds need two shots and at my vet they total $147.50 and I was charged $189 so a delta of 32.50 Another reason: they didn't have a simple antibiotic my dog needed and I mentioned to please send to chewy and the vet tech LITERALLY went off on how she refuses to send prescriptions to chewy due to a personal issue (I honestly stopped listening because she was going in a diatribe about a company I love). When I told her unfortunately I have never had an issue with chewy and since she is not the vet and does not write the script I am going to have to request the vet send it there (she was telling me who I can't do business with in my house). At this point and hour In and no help to my dog as the vet tech won't stop talking. Finally after some encouragement from me to the vet I just asked for some allergy shots as I wanted them to get out of my house. They wanted to clean the wound and asked to use MY PRODUCTS to do so. I ended up being scammed out of $500+ for a literal shot and an antibiotic because within 3 day that wound opened and pus was every were and I had to take her to the ER for another $500+. They have paperwork that says if they feel they can't treat your dog then they will refer you to an outside doctor, I wish they had done that, because if they did I wouldn't have been scammed out of $500.

The last thing you want when your fur baby is suffering is to reach voicemail after voicemail. Hearing a compassionate human voice on the other end of the phone brought me so much comfort. She came to my home first thing the next morning. I was worried about my younger Golden Retriever jumping on her or interfering with her care, but she was absolutely wonderful with both of my dogs. She encouraged him to stay in the room with us once he was comfortable with her, and I truly believe that helped him understand what was happening. She was incredibly professional, but I'll never forget one small moment. Out of the corner of my eye, while I was saying my final words and paying my last tributes to my girl, I saw her quietly wiping tears from her eyes. As a healthcare provider myself, I know how often we're expected to wear a mask and stay composed. Seeing that genuine emotion didn't make her seem less professional, it reassured me that she truly cared. In those final moments, your mind races. You question whether you're making the right decision. Seeing her emotion gave me peace because I knew she wasn't simply going through the motions. I knew that if she believed my girl wasn't ready, she would have told me. Most of us are fortunate enough to experience this kind of heartbreak only a few times in our lives. She carries families through it over and over again. That takes an incredible amount of compassion. Thank you for your kindness, your empathy, and for helping my sweet Lilo leave this world peacefully and with dignity. Please take care of yourself, too. The first photo is the day Oliver met Lilo as a puppy, their first photo together. The second was taken just before the veterinarian arrived to help Lilo pass. I didn't realize until later that I had unknowingly captured both the beginning and the end of their story together I will miss my Lilo for eternity.

This is not my first review of our beloved Dr G, and I just recommended her to 6 more people again just these past 2 weeks. I always say to people I give her card to: "you will discover she is an Earth Angel - if she moved to a different town, I'd take my pup there... When you find a great vet, they are Gold! She's not only compassionate, present and knowledgeable, but also she does not oversell." Besides all the regular check ups, Dr G. has performed 2 substantial surgeries on my pup in the last 8 years, and has been extremely kind, providing valuable reassuring step-by-step updates throughout, especially aware that I had lost my beloved first dog, (with a different vet), when he did not make it through the anesthesia... In the 8 years Dr G. has been our one and only vet; everyone I have sent to Dr G. has fallen in love with her, and has thanked me for the referral. I trusted Dr G and her small compassionate team with the euthanasia of my precious second dog, Handsome. She is truly an Angel on Earth. At her Chatsworth location, I love that she's created a lovingly cozy "home environment" for the euthanasia experience. That it so needed during that deeply emotional time, and more veterinary offices ought to follow her example. I found her many years ago when I was dissatisfied with a busy veterinary front desk in Sherman Oaks, after they had made errors in my first dog's chart. Unfortunately he passed, and I learned that finding the RIGHT professional truly makes ALL the difference. So yes, I drive from Sherman Oaks. Gratefully so :) I am thankful that my cherished pups are her patients. Her ethics, her care, her kindness, her knowledge, her integrity - she's our number 1!!!

She helped us walk our precious Stella over the Rainbow bridge in the beauty of silence, reverence, and peace, it was so beautiful. Dr. Erica sent us the most amazing sympathy card a few days later that touched my heart deeply. Honor Pet has not only been there throughout this difficult journey, but their kindness, compassion, professionalism and guidance have meant more to me and my family than they can ever know. Today, Stella is back home at her final resting place, where she belongs...they sent her home to us in this incredible Honor box which carried her remains, a mini glass bottle of her fur, a candle to burn if/when I need to feel her presence, a digital print of her beautiful little "chocolate chip nose" we all loved and adored, a package of Forget-Me-Not seeds to plant in her honor, and a letter conveying their deepest sympathy for our great loss. It was all so overwhelming and thoughtful. If anyone is faced with such a difficult decision as this, and you are like me, confused and doubting whether you're making the right end-of-life choice, I cannot recommend Honor Pet enough. I promise, you will be blessed and given the truth and confidence as to when that right time comes.
