I have a beautiful Model S performance show car and would never bring it to any car wash except here. It doesn't go through the normal wash as they hand wash and wax it outside. The detail the guys put into it are amazing. I'm so busy with my restaurant, I never have time to wash it myself so I bring it here. Customer service is incredible. Kind staff who take pride in their work and the cost is reasonable. Plus after 10 washes, I get a free one. I was shocked when I saw two stars for their average but that is so wrong and deceptive. I came to get my car washed but instead got my matts stolen and also left with the same dirty car I came in with as if there was no effort put into washing my car. Please save yourself time and money and go somewhere else. I paid 100$ and have all the pictures and proof they practically did nothing to my car except baby sit it and rinse the outside. To top it off the owner wanted me to pay an extra 80 bucks to wash my seats as if 100$ wasn't enough!? As soon as I declined he seemed to not like it and took it out on my car with the low quality of service. The service is good here (IMO) and they make my car look immaculate. At least they are honest of how they noticed my car was too low and the rear tires were too wide on the back (20x11's) for their system and advise a hand wash instead of going through the wash (as they didn't want the rims to possibly scratch or vehicle to get stuck). I always get the Super Wash (best and cost efficient deal $28 for what it's worth) there as it covers everything on my car (exterior + interior dressing, tire dressing and more), as they take their time in ensuring my car looks fresh as possible. The inside of the building is so, so but at least they have a a TV in there play something good to watch. Sometimes is does get busy at times where I'm in there for about an hour but I suggest going early or later in the day to avoid the busiest hours. Overall, they get what needs to be done on my car without any issues and I never leave disappointed. (Get their "wash card" at the register. After 10 washes, the next one is free when presenting). read more

Bad service and no refunds. Just pay to get your car detailed privately and don't bother going there. You can argue all you want with them, they don't care if they did a bad Job and will ignore you say the job is done and walk away. No owner and just a manager that is rude and very condescending. Someone ran out to "correct it" on the belt and popped my back tire and bent a metal piece underneath the car on the same side in the process. Went to the car wash today and later realized that $100 was missing from my center console. It was not in plain view which is why I forgot to take it out. I have been coming here for a few years it the best car wash around . Very reasonable prices , very good service . Sometimes it does take time because of the cars they need to wash so be patient . Depending on what you want the price varies I pay around $20-30 depending if I want my interior leather cleaned with treatment. I usually tip $5-$10 . I spoke with an employee about it and he told me he couldn't take the marks off which obviously was a complete lie. I removed the marks when I got home with just a little more effort . Second time here and I love it! I don't have to clean my car...they do it for me as I relax and wait for my car to look clean again. The inside is nicely vacuumed, the windows have no streaks, tires are glowing in the sun and it's shining when I leave. They took a $50 bill my son left on the passenger door I did not know about until my son told me. When I confronted them management did not seem to care. Absolutely horrific. I wanted to support a local business, what a mistake. I took my brand new Mercedes to get washed, they used the broom brush on the entire car starting from the bottom going up. My paint is all swirled now. After the wash, they leave it at the end of the tunnel until all the water dried and made spots and streaks everywhere on the car. Sat there for 20 minutes. Detailer doesn't wipe down the insides of the windows in the rear, roof, rear bumper or really anything other than the exterior side windows and mirrors. Focuses on the wheels and tires. When my car was ready.. I literally started noticing all the spots the guy has missed, I started pointing it out , left and my car was mediocre "cleaned" . The inside is horrible. You could see one side of my car where the product was sprayed and dried and there were big dripped stains all over.What's the whole on paying for the whole works when they don't do shit but smear the dirt and leave the stains on.
