Just needed a simple wash. My car was sent through and the washer missed the entire middle of the hood. There was still bird crap on the hood while the dryer tried to tell me that he got it. Bad experiance....took car to get detailed with interior leather seats. ..such a bad job ..the outside of car was washed ok But the inside was very wrong ...we went to pick up the car after we didn't hear it was ready so we called and upon inspection realized that numerous stains existed with our leather seats....running stains, yellow blotches and the worker Said he cleaned seats with windex...and our leather was damaged...and hector the manager could not resolve the issue and for lawful reasons the police were called after hector would not release our car....the officer spoke with hector and with no reslove..was going to be taken to jail ...a lead officer from montebello was called and hector finally gave up the keys and we left the carwash in a safe manner. Don't wash your car here!!! I came to get my car washed here today and they dented/scratched the front bumper of my car. Something is wrong with their conveyor belt because at the end of the belt, my car jumped up and out of the belt. The manager, Nestor, ran out to help the other employees that became startled by the impact of the car coming off the belt. I watched as Nestor tried to move the car through the conveyor belt, he and his employees had two wood pallets under my car's tires. They immediately took the pallets out after they damaged my car. I confronted Nestor and the owner and they both denied that the damage to my vehicle occurred there and they refused to provide me their insurance information. I filed a police report with Montebello PD and claim with my insurance company. I will also file a claim with the BBB since they are denying liability and have unsafe machines. read more

I previously reviewed this place about how they ripped of my wife for a $30 carwash (which she didnt know any better and paid)and how they charge the regular rate of 10.99 when they state on their boards outside of 8.99 all day tues. and weds. Well, I stayed away for almost a year. I come back and now for the 3rd time they charge the normal rate. I confront the owner and he just says go see the guy that charged me. So the guy that charged stated that i didn't ask him for the special. (That's the first thing I asked) then he stated that he had given me a discount of a dollar anyway. The owner eventually walks out and joins the discussion. The owner then says I was charged the special rate and does the math of the additional costs $1 for suv and $3 for armorall. ( which I was told $2 by the first guy). So I'm no mathematician but $8.99 + $1.00 + $3.00(now)does not equal $14.99. That also doesn't include the "$1 discount" I was told I had received by the first guy. ( I also told the owner about that) So for those keeping track, I was charged $14.99 instead of $11.99. But the owner said I was charged correctly for the wednesday special. ($3 extra ???) I decide to just walk away since I already had a long day at work and take the $2 or $3 hit (its only change) The owner follows me after I told him I was the one that left the first review on yelp for the same reasons as that day. He begins to offer me a free carwash, which I denied over and over telling him im not interested in any of the bad services he offered. I wont come back. There are drive thru washes everywhere that can do better work. Sad to see this business end up like this after switching owners which did a good job for many years. This is the closest car wash to my house. I've been here multiple times. Each time my car is still dirty when I leave, but at least it's not dusty anymore. :/ Today was the more recent time I took my car. I mainly took it because it needed a vacuum badly. There were hardly any cars there, so I though hooray, they will wash my car and no other spots would be left since there were a lot of people standing around. Nope, car was still dirty on the outside... but at least it was vacuumed. For a regular wash it's $11. Tuesday and Wednesdays there are gender special deals for $9.99. I decided to visit this car was since I was in a rush to get it clean. It had been about five weeks since I has the opportunity to wash it. Oh the struggles of a newly moved out individual. The demeanor of the car wash was a bit messy. Before arriving I had visited there website and the car was looked a bit different than there site. When I rolled in the attendant had a bit of an attitude, it was probably because it was 9 am , but still. I proceeded I ask for the service I wanted which was a mid level wash. I got my ticket and walked into the place to pay for my wash. The location seems a bit rundown and rough but aside from the person taking your Oder the rest of the crew seemed nice. If u don't know Spanish it might be a little hard to understand since most employees only speak Spanish. Yes including the cashier. I waited outside while they detailed my car. It took about 30 minutes and that's with it being done at 9 am on a Saturday. As far as the actual cleaning I made it very clear to not move my car seats . They moved them. I had my car seats broken at a previous car wash and got them fixed. But I'm anal about my requests. They didn't break them but it kind of bugged me . They added a leather shine finish in my interior and the gentlemen over did it. I was swishing side to side and there we're stains left on my shorts. They vacuumed every nook and cranny and even emptied my trash can in the car. They also dried it very thoroughly and made sure I was ok with the exterior. Another weird eye soar while waiting was the sign they have . it's a giant essay going over how they value the customer. Don't get me wrong it's great but it cheapens the hope for great service when they bullet point all the potential complaints they might get . "Example 1. If the cashier is rude 2. Staff has attitude 3. They take too long Make sure to call the number below. " That's a dramatization but seriously there's 20 things they point out . I would stop by again if I need a quick wash but I'm definitely going to continue to try other places in hopes of finding a good more efficient service in my new city. read more

This business is completely unprofessional. I took my suv in for a car wash today and they cracked my front window and scratched my driver window. They had the audacity to try and cover it up with a glue. When I picked up my car I noticed the crack and I immediately drove back to complain. The manager was unprofessional and unapologetic. He simply stated that they didn't do it. I told him that my car was brand new and that those scratches and crack was not there. He said that they couldn't have done it. Upon asking to speak to someone else, he told me that "there was a phone number in the front that I could call". I tried to speak to the ladies at the front desk and an older woman began speaking defensively stating that they didn't do it. Not to mention the quality of the car wash. If I could give negative stars I would!! I go and do the volcano wash which is $20 I use my debit card it charges me 20$ obviously that's fine. After the wash was over I noticed my tires were still kinda gross so I use my debit card at the spray it yourself and it charges me 5$ instead of the 3.50 the sign says it's going to. I let it go. Check my card the next day they charged me another $5 later that night.. so altogether I was charged $13 on top of the $20 I paid for the volcano wash. WHY??? and when I spoke with someone at the wash about getting my money back or a free wash for my inconvenience, because them charging me the extra $13 overdrafted my card, he gave me a shrug of his shoulders and told me that it was some how my fault. I've heard some bad things about this car wash but now I see what the issue is. 1st and last time using them. I'll take my business elsewhere. read more
