I went here on a Tuesday around 1pm during my SoCal trip recently and wanted a way to pass time before my flight. This mall has 8 floors with lots of restaurants and food places and also a lot of stores to shop at too. It also wasn't too crowded when I went here, but that might be because I went here on a weekday. When I went inside this mall, my first thought was that it didn't have much stores until I walked around it more since it looked like it only had 3 floors at first. Then I saw a sign where I realized it actually has 8 floors! I ended up finding a restaurant to dine inside at restaurant here and the food was actually good. I also saw a few other restaurants here that are not a dine in type of restaurant, but I didn't get any of those small bites at other places in this mall. Anyways, after the restaurant I was just exploring the mall some more and noticed they have a good amount of popular brands to shop at here. They also have a good amount of places to sit at here if you are just here to relax and not shop, which some malls don't have that. I'd recommend this place if you want a way to pass time! I've been to many malls before, so this one felt like it was a bit on the smaller side even though it has 8 floors. I do like how this mall has both small grab and go type of restaurants and also dine in restaurants though! read more

I live right down the street. If I ever need anything last minute, I go here. Very convenient. Selection of stores varies from Forever 21 to Luxury Brands. I'm a fan of Uniqlo. It's never ever crowded, even on weekends. I like going during the evening during the week. No one is there and I feel like I get the space to myself. Usually I only take an hour and never get charged for parking which is nice. If you do get charged it's only a dollar an hour. At first it may get confusing navigating the parking structure, but now I have my go to section and elevator. Always works out. Sweet! You can hop from Target across the street to Macy's by just using the crosswalk if you want a little walk. If not, just drive your car over to the parking lot across the street. There are some nice seating areas with open windows throughout the mall. This one is right outside of the Macy's. The customer service I've received so far is nice. I haven't tried going into the luxury stores yet, those places always scare me away lol. read more

Eh, I went there for an event that was being held at the mall. The good: there was a nice variety of high end stores here in case you're looking for that $5,000 purse, you'll find it here. The Christmas decorations were very sliver and shiny. People had their dogs with them. I was able to get decent parking spot on a Saturday afternoon. The bad: there is literally nowhere to eat here unless you want to sit down at a nice restaurant. There is no food court. We ended up at a terrible cafe on the 6th floor. It was dirty, horribly run, and the pastry that we had was hard as a rock. When we left, we found a Wetzel Pretzel on the next floor and we sure wished we had seen that first. For the directory, you have to download it to your phone and I didn't want to do that, so that was useless. It has such a poor layout, nothing about the elevator system made sense. We couldn't get to the 1st floor from certain elevators, and there were no signs or any information anywhere...except for a concierge desk in the middle of the mall which isn't helpful when you are all the way down at the other end. You have to pay to park here. But the machine that you have to use to pay wasn't working. After spending 10 minutes fighting with the machine...we just left and paid at the exit. There is just nothing that would draw me back to that mall. I would rather go to South Coast Plaza. read more

Nice shopping mall with a lot of luxury stores and brands. Accessible with elevators and a lot of escalators. Also, a lot of parking and easy to use for Uber and Lyft. Most store workers are helpful and pleasant. Only complaints, food options are limited. Also, the additional staff, mainly the security guards, are rude and have attitudes when you ask questions. One even screamed at me because I was apparently walking the wrong way. I also noticed that the security guards do not talk to white patrons like this, so I'm not sure if race was a factor... but those are the only downsides. read more

HOW COOL! Registered for The Beverly Center Cool Down event after a friend mentioned it. Checked in at the Concierge desk when I arrived. Since you had to be 21+ to enter, they asked for ID. Then, they handed me a passport for the treats and gave me the choice of Barbie pink sunglasses or a Hamptons Water hat. I chose the baseball cap. First stop was Hampton Water, where the hostess there poured me a generous glass. It's a light summer rose. Used to love to play Connect 4 with my nieces and nephews, so it was fun to see a giant one. Plus, there was a huge Jenga. Plenty of inviting seating available, so I plopped down to listen to the band and sip my wine. Wandered over to the Yardbird station where they gave me a mini skewer of Nashville chicken with a pickle and a card for a complimentary cocktail at their restaurant in the future. Last stop was the ice cream truck where you can have a dipped banana or ice cream. I went for the chocolate ice cream dipped with peanuts. Yum! There was a raffle, too, but I didn't stick along long enough to see if I won. What a cool introduction to all the Beverly Center has to offer. read more

Although in the 90s, this mall was worth all the hype with its own movie theater and reasonable food court, it has greatly lost popularity. Decades ago, it truly was the place to be near Beverly Hills! Sadly, post renovation, this mall is no match for other luxurious shopping centers in the area and it poses a boring aesthetic despite harboring affluent brands. You will find cool automatic elevators but these are by no means a reason to be excited over since luxury brands can be found in better malls. The parking lot is a zoo, and this I'm afraid is offensive to those lovable animals. One must prepare for the constant encounter of shoppers who fail to pay ahead of time and who of course, with much entitleness, hold up lines unnecessarily or who double park without any regard for others. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere! read more

I'll be honest, I have never been to a mall structured like this before where the first couple floors are parking and the mall is all the way at the top. Definitely unique for sure. Also the elevators have you select your floor via a touch screen before entering, no floor buttons inside. I don't think I've seen that either. It's about $1/hour parking here and make sure to pay before you go back to your car! I do like the photo op on the ground floor with the fake snow, very cute! Other than that I think the mall itself is alright. It would be nice of them to have more casual quick eat restaurants and cafes (maybe asking for 2 boba places might be a bit much...). Due to the limited options, we had to forgo waiting in line for some of these places (a 12 person line with people barely getting their orders fulfilled at the Coffee Commissary when it wasn't even a peak time). It's a mix of high end and regular stores. The Miniso is a bit more "run down" than the others that I have been to in the 626, but the UNIQLO was decent! There's also a Squishable store which was cute, but the AC wasn't on so we stayed until we boiled and left. There's some holiday photo ops and decor in the middle of the mall, but it's currently barred off (probably waiting for Santa to make his appearance). Overall it's an okay mall, I wouldn't go out of my way to go here unless you're already in the area. read more

The Beverly Center was the happening place to shop and hang out in the 90's. I have countless fond memories of coming here with my friends as a teenager to shop, catch a movie, and have dinner. Overtime this mall became a ghost town. When the renovation happened I was excited and thought the mall would come alive again, but this is sadly not the case. The Beverly Center is a drab, dreary let down. There's no food court, which is crazy because all malls have a food court (the food court back in the day was my favorite). The spot where the movie theater once was is now an oversized Forever 21 (just tacky). The mix of high end and "low end" stores don't mesh at all, and most of the people window shopping here are not reflective of the community. That's a snobby thing to say, I'M JUST SAYING. The fact that there are under cover security officers posted outside of Louis Vuitton is a big red flag. The investors need to go back to the drawing board and try again. Replace Macy's with Nordstrom's (a better pairing with the Bloomingdales on the other side), throw in a few LUSH type cosmetic stores ...Glossier would be a nice addition since the Melrose location is not conveniently located, add a pricey coffee shop (seriously), and a few nice restaurants and bars, and revise whatever in the world is happening on the third floor for starters. Hmmm...since our Landmark Pico theater was shutdown maybe this could be an addition to the third floor. Just some suggestions. read more

The Beverly Center is where you come to shop when you're looking for all the perfect pieces to complete your wardrobe. They have a great range of clothing, shoe, and luxury stores available. I love coming to this location because the Zara here always has something I'm looking for. Aside from that they have a really neat coffee shop called Commissary. I highly recommend trying it! This mall is always clean which I appreciate. The elevators are really cool too because they have mini lights that look similar the infinity room at the Broad (IFYKYK). There is also plenty of parking spaces available, but be warned the weekends are always super busy and crowded. I knocked off a star because sometimes certain stores are messy or unorganized. read more

A completely random "we're looking to kill time so let's stop here" moment. I live in Orange County so would never drive up here just to shop, but it was fun to check out the place. First, the mall is on the 6-8th floors. Coming from a small agricultural town, that's kind of cool. Of course, I didn't know this driving into the parking garage thinking I was super smart to park on the 2nd floor and be close to the entrance was dead wrong. I did park right next to the elevator though. Now these elevators almost deserve a review of their own. It's a digital keypad that doesn't have an up or down arrow. You press to the floor you want to go to and it tells you which elevator number to wait for. There are no controls inside the elevator to press or change floors, it's been programmed by what you press outside the elevator. If you get on the wrong elevator, you're hosed and going for a ride, which happened to a few people. When we were ready to leave, we were on the 8th floor. I pressed the 2nd level and memorized the elevator number. When the door opened, we got in and a bunch of other people followed, but they selected different floors and were supposed to be on another elevator. Well, I got a non-stop trip straight to the 2nd floor, bypassing everyone's floor. I don't know what the other people did after I got off, but we had a good conversation about the elevators not being user-friendly. Now the mall itself is beautiful. Similar in price range and status as South Coast Plaza or The Grove. It's very bright and open. Like most malls, there are some empty storefronts, but for the most part, they have a good selection of stores. There isn't a food court really and the only quick service food is a Wetzel's Pretzel's and a Coffee shop. They have a few vending machines for things like Sprinkles Cupcakes and frozen yogurt. Full dining restaurants are on the 1st floor accessible on the outside. We didn't buy anything but ended up walking across the street to the Beverly Connection, which was more in our price range, and had a nice lunch at the Corner Bakery. We were in the area for about 2 1/2 hours which was $3 for parking. Not bad considering we paid $40 later that day to park on Hollywood Blvd. read more

So sad and disappointing to go into the parking structure and be the only car on a weekend. There's no food court, there's signage for things that no longer exist, no one to answer questions, no affordable stores. The signs that do exist are confusing. Their website lists stores and restaurants that haven't existed for some time. There's no signage in the parking structure that points you to the perimeter restaurants, and it takes forever once you do park to find them. When I was here in the 90s it was bustling and fun. Maybe if the management company wasn't clear across the country, they would have some idea what's going on with this huge property that sits abandoned in the center of Los Angeles and in the wealthiest neighborhood. It's become a joke, unfortunately. The good reviews are probably fake. read more

If you are looking for an indoor high end shopping location, having most of the celebrated designer stores, you should visit the Beverley Center, in where else, Beverly Hills. There is so much I like about this place. The parking is ample and the spaces (and their ramps) are wide. The inside of the shopping center (or mall) is extremely clean, and also spacious. You do not bump into people while walking around. The designer stores are expertly displayed and well stocked. Temptations run high here, because the merchandise is both enticing and magnetic. If there is a negative, it is that there are only a few restaurants at this location. They are on the ground floor and can be accessed only after walking out of the structure. But then, if you have many credit cards that are not already maxed, have buying withdrawal, this will be an ideal destination to fulfill and reward all your shopping desires and fantasies. read more

Beverly Center is an indoor mall located in Beverly Hills and after realizing that we are not rich enough to spend any money on Rodeo Drive, we decided to come here to do some shopping. The mall was fairly empty for a weekday which was surprising -- I'm not sure if the mall itself is dead or it just pops up on the weekends, but nevertheless, it was good for us because we were able to get our shopping done without much wait. They had everything I needed in terms of shopping - I usually frequent Zara & Uniqlo and they had those stores. The mall is eight floors but most of the merchants are on floors six through eight. The mall is pretty clean and looks well-maintained, so you should be able to have an exceptional experience. They also have their fair share of high-end stores like Louis Vuitton, so if you're into that as well, you won't be disappointed. It's a step down from Rodeo Drive for sure but not everyone in the world can afford that... so you'll be able to have an affordable shopping experience here no matter what your preference is! read more

I used to come here with friends all the time because it was the closest mall from Koreatown. It is now all fancy and somewhat modern but back in the day before the renovation, it still was a very decent mall. It's a big mall with Macy's and lots of restaurants on the first floor so parking structure here is very spacious. Believe it or not, it does get full when it gets busy. I dont quite remember the parking rate but it wasnt too expensive nor cheap. Because of its convenience, and takes you directly to the floor of your choice, its worth it. If you valet park, its free if you are going to designer shops. Thats mainly why I come here for because Santa Anita Westfield, which is the closest from home doesnt offer any designer shops besides limited selections inside Nordstrom. All in all, its clean and well maintained. One comment I would like to stress is LV store here is by far better than one in South Coast Plaza in Costa Mesa in Orange county. Customer service here is incomparable. I gave three stars because of traffic. Traffic around the plaza is one of the worst since its located in the center of heavy traffic with 3rd street and Beverly and La Cienega Blvd. Expect to be stuck in traffic during rush hour or just throughout the day. read more

I used to HATE this place, but with all the awesome remodeled stuff, the new restaurants like Yardbird around; The Beverly Center has finally come to its own instead of just having expensive retail stores. Their valet and private parking lot are all super chill; especially since you can basically park for your first 4 hours by eating at the local restaurants! Their restrooms are some of the best damn, cleanest restrooms I've ever seen!!!! From COACH, to Foot Locker and even Amazon lockers; this mall has a decently diverse selection of stores and restaurants. Del Amo Fashion Center seems way better to me, but I still wish they had some sort of arcade or at least a Dave & Buster's, but I understand because they have to be a little more upscale and classy for something that's near Hollywood. I got to also meet and talk with the general manager and he was very very nice and welcoming, along with the managers from the random restaurants!! Great job, Beverly Center!!! I was first here a few years ago and was unimpressed with the massive remodeling. Now that the remodeling is done, I am less impressed. Not sure how many stars to give, it is clean, tons of parking, nice security people. I had not been to Beverly Center for about 2-3 years, it was allot different. Felt weird, only a few cars on each parking level. It is a clean, well maintained, conveniently located mall, my guess is, with the City not controlling the crime, due to lack of government support, all retail shopping in the area is hurt. People don't feel safe, and stores are losing allot of revenue, because of theft. They have a fair amount of security people around inside the mall area, which made us feel safe. Did not see any in the parking garage though. The garage was clean and well lit, which is good. read more

Went today to go to H&M when the online customer service proved very unhelpful. (Store was great, will post a separate review for them) Beverly Center is ridiculous. I had been here just once several years ago, but wasn't sure which floor/section my store was. I walked over to the electronic directory and apparently I have to scan a QR code? Why? After scanning the website wouldn't even load properly because they want you to download an app for the mall. Are you kidding? Listen shopping online is already easier and sometimes cheaper with having to pay for parking at malls, but now I need an app just to navigate a mall? Ugh- how stupid. read more

First time visitor. Great looking and very clean mall left me impressed. Everything was absolutely shiny, clean and free of fingerprints. GREAT job maintenance staff! Parking structure is huge with plenty of parking with sensors above each space notifying customers which spaces are avail/taken from a distance. Many high-end stores from which to shop so bring your money! This is definitely NOT a Walmart-type of shopping experience. NOT knocking Walmart as it is one of my favorite stores but every single store in this mall can be very expensive. When you see Beyonce's mom shopping here (like I did), you know you had better come ready to spend $$$ This place has nice, large comfortable chairs to sit located throughout the mall. I saw many people seated in these chairs reading books, listening to music or simply people watching. Very nice touch! The HUGE 3-D screen/monitor resembling a large picture is AWESOME! EVERYTHING appears to come out at you and is constantly changing the depicted picture. Hard to explain but DEFINITELY something which has to be seen in person. VERY cool! Valet parking is avail as well as self-park. Every single employee I met was very professional, courteous and EXTREMELY helpful. Be it the maintenance staff, security guards and/or sales staff members at various stores, each one was AWESOME and has to be commended for a GREAT job! Especially "Theo" at the Louis Vuitton store. As always the this mall is spotless and very clean. They do have directory in each level which helps knowing where u going , they layout in this mall gets confusing . I did notice that they implementing. Social distancing, wearing mask , but sadly a lot of people in the mall were walking without mask inside the mall. I'd wished a security monitoring. Since it's a closed space. But over all the it was easy to navigate and great parking I call high tech mall :) I like it way better than any other malls in the area read more

This mall is right in the centre of Beverly Hills. Probably the name of this mall is Beverly Center! There is no free parking anywhere around, your best bet is to park inside the mall itself. The levels 2 to 5 are reserved for parking spaces. It's about a $1 per hour. So isn't that bad at all. Level 6-8 is the actual mall and there isn't many stores overall here but then the famous and expensive stores - you name it, they have it! I don't think I will come back here again.. isn't that great! But the famous Rodeo drive is not far at all from this place. read more

One star off because there's barely any food or beverage places inside the mall. You have to walk outside the indoor mall to get food. I came here with my friend to return Christmas gifts. It's a ghost town in here! The Beverly Center used to be a "happening" spot. We came on a Tuesday, and it was fairly easy to navigate through the mall and get our shopping done. It's clean, and has security guards on duty to make sure we are safe. My friend and I checked out a pop up art exhibition of Tyler Gordon's paintings, Basquiat photos, and the Lost Warhols. Definitely do come here for the pop up which ends in February. The pop up space, will have art exhibitions throughout the remaining of the year. Robby Devine the curator, is informative and has passion for the artists and their work. He was very patient and accommodating. read more

After doing some damage at Desert Hills Premium Outlet, we headed over to the Beverly Center the next day. My sister-in-law from China was looking for particular luxury purses to bring back as gifts. With 100 stores, the Beverly Center is likely to offer the newest, trendiest styles. Without any Sunday morning LA traffic, we made the trip in 30 minutes from Rowland Heights. I would rate the mall as 4 stars. Its actually one of the nicer malls to hang out. Its irritating to have to pay for parking ($1/hour or so), but they have a good-sized lot and I like those red-green ceiling lights to help you locate available spaces. Things I like best about the Beverly Center: 1. Mall is very clean and slick looking, and that includes the restrooms on the 7th floor. 2. Impressed that sales people (of various non-Chinese ethnicities) in the stores we visited all spoke some Mandarin, which was great for my sis-in-law. 3. Free wifi 4. Our favorite stores were Coach and Louis Vuitton, where our group experienced great service and managed to do some damage. 5. Although we did not have lunch here, I liked the higher-end dining options as opposed to typical fast-food style mall food. They have Eggslut, Yardbird, Cal Mare, Farmhouse, and Marugame Udon for example. read more

First off, I'm not a fan of the Beverly Center because I prefer open air shopping, where I can feel the sunshine and natural elements of trees and greenery and would not experience that at a closed off mall situation. Had a doctors appointment today at Cedars earlier and Since I was in the area, I figured I take a look and see all the so called improvements. Despite the improvements, I still hate this place, but just decided to check out my fav stores, which are all on Rodeo Drive and are easier to access for me, and much nicer environment for shopping. This mall is multilevel, at least 7 stories, accessible via the new elevators and famous visible from the streets are the escalators...major hassle. Most of the luxury shops, aka designer brand shops are on level 7. Parking structure is still a nightmare, so I always valet. Currently there are only 3 restaurants here: Cal Mare(open for dinner only), Farm House and Yard Bird. Additional eateries soon to open upon completion of the never ending construction..:( read more

During pre-Covid times, the mall is a bastion of high fashion that always seems to be bustling. Live music was often available and the food court was a fantastic meeting spot. I often go for their Apple Store on the upper levels. Lines are never ridiculous and it's very clean. It does NOT give off that desperate mall vibe, which is refreshing. read more
