Very weird layout of the mall. The stores are divided up into multiple floors that are hard to get to. The elevators are as it hard to use, you have to kind of know where you want to go and hit the selection on the pad then it selects an elevator for you to wait for. It's inefficient, stupid, and painful. The wait is long, wish I could just use the escalator or stairs like normal malls but no, I didn't see any. Cannot recommend Beverly Hills Auto Technology shop enough. Francisco was extremely helpful, kind, and gave me the time of day (unlike the other body shops I've been to). After some thought about which mall to go to, I finally went again yesterday on a Friday in December and I don't care for this mall at all anymore. I was never that crazy about it, but I liked it better in the 80s/90s and liked it a little better before this renovation. Sure, it's upscale and the size of the mall isn't too bad, but the stores are really spaced out, so there are a lot fewer stores. My favorite store here, I guess, is Macy's because it's got more variety than the usual Macy's in most other malls. I was also looking for eyeglass frame places but didn't see anything good. Now I don't care for crowds, but you'd think being one of the two Fridays right before Christmas, it would be a lot more crowded, but there weren't many people at all when I was here in the late morning time. If the crowd isn't here at this time of the year, they're definitely not going to be there the rest of the year. My local big outlet mall (with several upscale stores) is 5+ times as packed. I left pretty quickly and decided to head to The Grove/Farmer's Market. There were more people. The food court still isn't done after this renovation. It doesn't even look like they've started constructing. Also, when going to the 3rd floor on one end, I don't like how you're automatically in Forever 21. You have to walk through the entire thing pretty much to exit. Unless something unique is added here and/or a lot more of something, I don't see myself coming again in years or even at all anymore. The Beverly Center(BC) is currently under some remodeling. I am not a frequent here though I do like bloomingdale's and sometimes a quick visit to uniqlo which opened a couple of years ago. The BC is just a convenient mall for me since the Century City mall is currently also under some major major major construction( century city mall is my normal go to). On rainy days the BC is perfect because it's an indoor mall. On this particular trip, the BC had the snoopy fashion exhibit collaboration with some major designers. It was a real treat since I love snoopy and I love fashion so it was just brilliant to have snoopy dress up in style!! I remember as a little kid that Beverly center had a food court on the 3rd floor. But I guess the popular demand is more shopping and less eating so the mall changed. I liked the old BC and I also like it now. Hopefully the remodel will make it even better!! read more

They did a decent job building a mall in the limited space they had. There's a parking structure connected to the mall. I don't know the cost since I came up on Metro. They have both high end, and regular shops. The seating areas look comfortable and the white tables appear to have outlets to charge your phones and laptops. This would be a relaxing place to grab some coffee and catch up on some work during lunch. I see the food court is under construction. I wish they would do like they did at the Water Tower in Chicago. That food court is cool. The restrooms here are also nice. In the L.A. area it's nice not having homeless people taking their bath in public restrooms. When time allows I'll check out some of the shops. Today time was limited since I was meeting up with friends for lunch. read more

When the Beverly center first opened in the 80's, it was one of the premier malls in LA. Over the years, the mall has become dated. There was talk about tearing down the mall but I am glad the owners decided to renovate it instead. It's a nice mall with a great location. It's been years since I visited the mall. It's still the same mall as I remembered with a few changes here and there. The mall has a little bit of everything from popular stores such H&M to high end stores like Gucci and Prada. However, there is no food court as it's been renovated. Im looking forward to revisiting the mall in late 2018 when the renovations are complete. read more

This is not a great mall. The design, architecture, decor is pretty unimpressive. No dining options. Nowhere to lounge. Where are the fountains? The live concerts? The soul? Where is the SOUL? It closes at like 6PM on Sundays. I arrived one Sunday at like 6:05 and was thinking "wow this is great! guess nobody wanted to shop today" Then at like 6:15 I was like "wait.... this is too fishy... I'm literally the only person here". Then at 6:20 I ran out before they lock me in. Was I high? Maybe. But my imaginary chauffeur was waiting for me at the valet so it was all good. I rather shop at the Grove or in Newport for a more outdoorsy feel. I only come here for Uniqlo. It's not a classy mall, very generic. read more

I don't even know where to start, this mall is suppose to be in a prime location yet it lacks so much. They don't have much variety at most of their high end boutiques, let alone their regular stores . I came to look for something and couldn't find anything , I ended up leaving and going to Rodeo drive. I really think they should step up their game, with product assortment in stores as well as overall options of where to shop. It feels like everything is repeated . I won't be coming back here, there's really not much to see. Not to mention their hectic parking structure, so glad I valeted. read more

Parents, be aware. Our son reached for the button in elevator and placed his left hand on the door of the elevator. At this exact moment, the door started opening and dragged his tiny hand into the gap between the door and the elevator. We managed to pull out his hand and fortunately for us, he only had a minor bruise.  Never expected for this to happen. Reported this incident to the management but lack of desire to prevent such events I the future was obvious. Had to call several times to see if they took any steps. Signs or posters would be helpful. SILENCE. We are really hesitant  to come back to the mall as there may be other hidden and unsafe spots that we don't know about. read more

I used to love the Beverly Center, I really did. I never really cared for the Grove - to much tourism, too many people. Yesterday was my first visit after their remodeling (which was really a nightmare). I like the new design from a designer standpoint, found it cold and unwelcoming though. And unwelcoming it was - first I was shocked when I parked - no one there? I was wondering: is it closed? Then: no people. Not that I really mind, I was not looking to find new friends/ company, but to buy three things: A: A nespresso machine at Macy's - a cyber monday deal B: The iphone XS or R C: Shoes for my wonderful wife :-) Again no people = bored staff = everyone playing with some sort of mobile devize instead of giving possible customers a welcoming look to make the come in. Shoes first: the sales lady did even bother to look up. We felt so unwelcome, almost as intruders. We left. Then: coffee machine at Macy's. We were the only customers there, to sales reps. We asked for a specific machine - one had no idea what she was doing. The "Breville Nespresso Creatista Single Serve Espresso Machine with Milk Auto Steam Wand" in black was on display and I asked her if this model was also available in "Champagne". She shrugged - had obvoiously no idea what she was doing there. Shje helplessly looked to her colleague, who said in a harsh Russian accent to "come back later". We left. Finally: my wife and I want to get new iphones. We went to the Apple store - possibly the busiest store in the mall, but far from being really busy. We were greeted by three important looking guys with mobile devizes to "check us in". I asked if someone could help us to decide between the iphone XS and XR - sure, there are five people in front of me - just give us 30-60 minutes. As we had a business dinner at Cleo (around the corner) in an hour, I asked if he or any of the two others could quicky explain the difference I was whisked off - come back when you bring enough time. They must have lost their mind. We left the Beverly Center, bought shoes in an owner operated boutique oin our way to Cleo ando ordered the coffee machine from Amazon. I am seriously considering busing a Google Pixel phone. read more

Oh man. The remodel sucks. A half a billion dollar remodel and the mall actually went downhill. First off, the outside of the mall is still hideous. A steel facade covering the parking structure may have looked good on paper and in the rendering but it just looks like white chain link fencing. It's beyond horrible and actually makes the mall less inviting and more fortress-ey. When you get inside, they tried to make the mall look less like a Habitrail by adding some skylights. It doesn't work. It's still cavernous and claustrophobic. It looks like all their high-end tenants have abandoned ship. For instance, Aveda has been replaced by a GNC. I fully expected to see a Chess King or an Orange Julius as I walked through the mall. It's full on Riverside. They should've torn this eyesore down and started over or opened up the mall in a drastic way, basically making it see-through, instead of just adding a few skylights. I think the mall will only be around for the next 5-10 years and then they will realize this Death Star needs to go! read more

This mall is very large and has many designer stores. But it has no pizazz. It's quiet and spread out and very white and quiet. Kind of boring. Very unlike The Grove not too far away that's bustling and feels dynamic and energetic. Maybe they need music or something to make the mall come alive. read more

Decent parking price ($1/hour for example), 8 floors of shopping with a mix of common and luxury brands, as well as eateries throughout the big mall. Easy strolling on weekend daytime through here recently, as well as easy parking, and easy entry and easy exit. Just the way I like it. read more

The Beverly Center is such an icon of this area although it does seem like indoor malls are getting less and less popular. Our favorite place to visit was the Ben Sherman store although regrettably it is gone now. There is always plenty of parking and the open floor plan never makes it feel too cluttered or closed in. read more

5 stars not for the stellar, best ever shopping, but for the many many memories I have here. Even though I grew up in Germany, I have been going to LA every few years for the last 20 years and stopped here every time. The oldest pair of shoes in my closet are from here, Marc Jacobs peeptoe pumps. I bought these as a teen, not even knowing who Marc Jacobs was at the time. Years later that all came together and I loved them even more. Service is stellar at most of the shops, there is always something changing, something new going on. Cheap and easy parking, though I don't shop here much, I still wind up always in the area with fond memories of riding the escalator outside which now my son can't get enough of. read more

Great mall in LA. Latest fashions can be seen and displayed here. Lots of high end designers and name brands. Plenty of parking for a buck for the 1st 2hrs. Little goofy layout with shops on the 6th, 7th and some on the 8th floor with the food court. Pretty diverse mall anchored Bloomingdales, Macys and H&M. All the high end designers are here, LV, PRADA, GUCCI, Michael KORS, COACH, men's Ferragamo, VASACE, BURBERRY, Jimmy Choo and everything in between like Banana, J Crew, GAP, Victoria's got a secret, Armani Exchange, APPLE, and SEPHORA . Whew.. Parking is a little funky. Remember where you parked, (take a picture?) and pay at the kiosk to get out quicker. Small food court upstairs on 8th floor or take a break downstairs at Chipotle or GRAND LUX CAFE(Cheesecake Factory) restaurant. read more

I haven't been back to this shopping center in Beverly Hills since the late 80. There was a lot changed since then, from the expanded parking structures to the names of the shop in here. It wasn't that crowded in here as it used to be, but in here there were people still walking and window shopping. One thing though, traffic was crazy and gridlock. I saw there was new kind of different stores with the high end of products as well as clothing. Well! what I expect this is Beverley Hills where the rich folks shop. The Beverly center new renovations are quite nice, staff are friendly as a whole, but it got a 3-star rating because you HAVE TO PAY FOR PARKING. This is ridiculous, you get 0-minutes free, the second you pull in you have to pay, we spend $400 and still had to pay for parking. I will never be returning, Century City is the clear leader for malls which is just down the road. read more

The Beverly Center is probably the height of the Los Angeleno, or at least someone that wants to be. They seem to be trying to handle COVID, but I saw only once did they clean the resting area. Lots of people are there and maybe not the best crowd to run with during the time. Half of the directory signs don't work and everything is a tad too far away, it's certainly a minor Marathon going between each floor. read more

It's almost similar to the Westfield from San Francisco. It has Bloomingdale's and Macy's. The inside is pretty nice. One of the best shopping centres that I've been in my life in the USA. Everybody has to have the view of Los Angeles from the food court outside. it even has a Lacoste boutque. there's rarely a Lacoste inside a mall like this. I'm bitter at how they mislead EV owners and have ridiculous charging rates when they advertise "free for first 4 hours" on the Chargepoint screen and even text message me with $0.00 until 10:20 pm" when in fact they are charging $0.50 per kWh. Rates are more expensive than Tesla's Supercharging stations and we have to pay for parking! It's a disincentive to shop here. read more

Beverly Center is crowded and quite large. It is an indoor shopping center. I have no idea why you would go there while traveling in Los Angeles. The eateries are for the most part chains, the stores are the same stores you will likely find at home. If you want to shop go to Wilshire Blvd. in Beverly Hills, park at Nieman's--buy something there and get free parking and then walk the street. That is fun. Beverly Center is a mall. If i happen to be in the area though, I def don't mind dropping in. Lots of beautiful women shop at this mall. A big plus in my book. I miss the good old days of Beverly center around 20 some years ago. Lots of people and happy vibe. Restaurant right in the middle of ground floor and coffee bean with load of waiting customers in front of Bloomingdale's. In fact around 35 years ago had a Sanrio store at food court and a hidden arcade too! It was brighter and now is just too sleepy dim for a mall. Not enough food and drinks. The cheap boutiques on ground floor should belong to melrose. Management company. Please look at what other successful malls do. Food and drinks bring people. Light up the mall!! read more

Beware and be careful if you shop there. They don't care if you get hurt! I fell at the Beverly Center, hurting my back and knees. I was accompanied by my daughter, who is a patient at Cedars. She likes to walk and shop there before appointments. I reported the incident to Security a Guard. He took the report and promised that someone would call me in a couple of days. No one called. I called Security the following week. I asked the person answering the phone about the status of my accident report. She said Bill would call me back, but he never did. A couple of weeks later I went to the Security Office and asked to speak to someone about my accident. The person at the desk said they would call me. No one came out of the office to talk to me.
