This was my second time visiting Ducati of Beverly Hills, and once again, I was blown away by the level of service. The team here is not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also kind, patient, and genuinely welcoming. From the moment you walk in, it feels more like a family than a dealership. Yes, the prices might be on the higher side for you if you're used to go to random mechanics -- but you absolutely get what you pay for: top-tier, professional, fast, and reliable service. It's a pleasure doing business with people who truly care and know what they're doing. A big shoutout to Casey in sales -- super easy to talk to, very understanding, and always makes you feel heard. And then there's Dr. John (I call him that because his motorcycle knowledge is surgical!) -- a true master of his craft. His son -- the Doctor's Son, haha -- is equally impressive. The way he handles the bikes is so natural, it's like watching a MotoGP technician at work. Precision, confidence, and pure skill. If you're a Ducati fan or just want to experience real, honest expertise, this is the place to go.

After I binned my Brand New, not at all scratched on the side, Diavel1260 (S). I had the bike towed to BHD where I had purchased it from the reassuring Austrian Salesman, Casey. Upon arrival, I was overwhelmed, not sure what the unprofessional hand signals the stoned, AAA TowTruck Driver was gesturing towards me. I was greeted by the Dealership Owner, John. He came out with his son and confidently unloaded my busted motorcycle off the chicken mans flatbed. John and his wife Kristy, came off very cordial yet professional. He was quick to come up with a crash-repair estimate and worked with my insurance the whole way to repair the motorcycle. John also helped tailor the bike to my style with the addition of an exhaust and multiple other cosmetic mods during the repair. It felt like an all in special. Thanks again guys!

I received the most impeccable service by KC, I didn't purchase nor was pressured to do so! I know who I will be shopping with in the very near future and in the event i should find my dream bike elsewhere this is most certainly be my motos place of home for all necessary services and mods if necessary. Thank you! See you soon!

I recently purchased a new Ducati from this dealership. I was buying this out of state which sometimes is a hassle but not in this case. Casey and John made the experience easy and hassle free. This smaller, no-nonsense dealership was a refreshing change from the usual high pressure, upselling dealerships that seem to be everywhere nowadays. I definitely recommend this shop and I will be back for my next bike.

Worst place ever!!! I went there to purchase a used Ducati Monster, they asked for the bike $6900. I tried to negotiate the price, we got to an agreement, after a few hours they supposed to call me, but instead, I got a text message from the sales agent that we don't have a deal. When I asked for how long they were having that bike for sale, they told me 2 weeks. The same day was looking on craigslist and I found the same bike for sale for $5800 and the post was for a month. The ad was posted by Ducati BH No wonder why they have 3.8 stars on Google

I bought a 2020 Multistrada 1260 S Grand Tour from Casey who is a no nonsense kind of guy which is refreshing. Casey's not a used car salesman but a Ducati consultant. Casey knows bikes and will be up front with you. Fernando in the Service Department rocks! I must have gone to him 3 or 4 times for simple quick fixes and he was always so friendly and professional. Another dealer would have charged me for those 5 minute fixes I'm sure given my past experiences elsewhere.

Part1: I should get my Ducati Beverly super story based on lies and disrespect started back to November where I put my $500 deposit on one of the first 3 StreetFirghters 2020 they suppose to get delivered one day in March or so. Ok, November 2019, $500 out of my credit card. "The best salesman ever" (we gonna call him that way of you don't mind) said: you got it brotha, you are the third on the line bro. Expect a call from me in 2020. So, March 2020 no updates from Ducati where all of sudden friend of mine said that Ducati Beverly get all 3 bikes delivered and sold. I'm like, wait a minute, the third bike was mine. Call to "The best salesman ever": - Hey bro, yeap we got all the 3 bikes and there were sold by list. -Ok, but the third bike was mine. -No it was not. -Yes it was and I do have a confirmation from you back to November 2019. -Let me check and I'll call you back. Two hours later -Bro, hey, well, you know, well, we had some negotiation between Ducati North America and you know, the third bike was theirs. So you understand right? -No, I don't. -Well, we never even got this bike here, so Ducati North America. - So, you are telling me that you sold my bike to somebody else? - No, Ducati North America blah blah blah..... Ok, so they sold my queue to someone who most likely gave them some cash under the table but we gonna call it "connections". Then, I talk to another guy. (Ducati Management you know who I'm talking about) who's telling me the same thing, then sold his queue to somebody else. And now the best thing ever: this guy put his deposit a few weeks after me and "The best salesman ever" told him that he is third in the queue. What? So, looks like we both were third. Nice, huh? April 2020 got a call from another friend who crashed his Panigale 2018 and was at Ducati Beverly buying a new 2020. -hey Anton, The best salesman ever knows that you want to buy Panigale 2020 , come over he will give you a good discount because of that StreetFighter situation and so on. 30 minutes later I'm at Ducati Beverly filling up the application for Premium Finance. - listen, The best salesman ever, before we get stated I wanna tell you that I have a few cars on my name and a motorcycle. Are you sure I'll be approved by Ducati Finance? - Of course bro, unless you have 3-4 bikes on you, don't you? - No, I'm not. - That should be fine. - Hey, I don't wait to ruin my credit score but if you sure let's go ahead. 40 minutes later -congrats bro you have got $35000 approved with Tier 2. Long story short: he. As he said game me the best deal ever and said It's 6:05pm now and I have to go come back tomorrow. Tomorrow I go to Pro Italia to compare the deal and they give me $10 cheaper right the way without any discussion or mentioning Ducati Beverly. Go back to "The best salesman ever" with my wife, show him the deal from ProItalia and that was an explosion. He started yellow on both of us: Hey, what a shit you show me here, I don't want to ever hear about ProItalia, they do f*****ng business, they are bankrupts, stood up and left. Coming back in 5 minutes saying sorry guys so what do you want. We continues to negotiate and then I remind him about my StreetFighter and boom, another explosion and he left again. My wife was like: hey what was it? Is this normal? Looks like a teenager in menstrual period..... We went to search for him and find out that he was at the another desk playing with his phone. -Hey, what was it? Can we go? -This is my lowest price. -Ok, we go to ProItalia then. He called to friend of mine who bought Panigale 2020 and said hey, have Anton to call me looks like I find the way to compete with Pro Italia.

My boyfriend just purchased a Ducati. I was near Ducati of Beverly Hills so I stopped bye to see if there was anything he might like. Marco greeted me and was very helpful and accommodating. I can see why guys love these bikes... they are very sexy!! We will be back in the future to have the bike serviced but if your in the area.. stop bye and take a look at the substantial inventory of art on 2 wheels!

I purchased a brand new Panigale Speciale from them. This is an incredibly expensive super bike. I was very particular about where I was going to buy it purchase it. The process was great. The owning family is great. The techs are the best around. And they've treated me wonderful.

I do happen to ride so we decided to drop into the store to say thank you and check out the store. It has a great selection of gear, helmets, and even female rider attire. I found out from Juan that they not only service bikes, they rent them out too. I mentioned that I ride a moto Guzzi and he told me that they service that brand and have the oil filters in stock (which I did have trouble sourcing when I changed my oil earlier this year). Overall it's a great store with great employees! Thanks so much, Juan!

In the last couple of months, the battery cells on my Zero motorcycle became too unbalanced and Tyler said he had a healthy (used) battery he was looking to sell. The front wheel of my Zero had also been making noises, so I refrained from riding it for several months while I proactively saved pennies on the dollar to afford to replace the battery and fix the front wheel. I do not own any other vehicle except this motorcycle. I finally took it in to Tyler and explicitly told him to look at the front wheel. He said it was "probably just age". I paid $400 up front so he could buy a part to retrofit the used battery to my bike model and an additional $2300 for the battery & labor. While picking up the bike, he made no mention of the front wheel. Exactly two weeks later with minimal rides, the front wheel gave out while on the freeway. Turns out the bearings needed to be replaced and had Tyler looked closely at the front wheel instead of just a standard test ride (which would have been done regardless), the problem would have been resolved before it got worse. In fact, he tried to justify his expertise by stating that I had only requested a bearings replacement on the rear wheel several months before. The front wheel got severely damaged from worn out bearings and front wheels are not available except on the used market. Luckily I did not get hurt. I'm out $2700 and my bike is effectively only good for parts or the scrapyard. While Tyler had allowed my bike to stay at his shop awaiting a potential replacement wheel, he would have charged $200 to transport it back to me, in addition to the $160 I paid AAA to tow it to him, so I'd be out an additional $360, over $3000 total. I trusted Tyler's expertise and now I have no motorcycle. He's been reliable in the past but this negligence & lack of properly diagnosing the issue was not only disappointing but he has shown zero accountability and would not recommend him or Motor Werks.
