After I binned my Brand New, not at all scratched on the side, Diavel1260 (S). I had the bike towed to BHD where I had purchased it from the reassuring Austrian Salesman, Casey. Upon arrival, I was overwhelmed, not sure what the unprofessional hand signals the stoned, AAA TowTruck Driver was gesturing towards me. I was greeted by the Dealership Owner, John. He came out with his son and confidently unloaded my busted motorcycle off the chicken mans flatbed. John and his wife Kristy, came off very cordial yet professional. He was quick to come up with a crash-repair estimate and worked with my insurance the whole way to repair the motorcycle. John also helped tailor the bike to my style with the addition of an exhaust and multiple other cosmetic mods during the repair. It felt like an all in special. Thanks again guys! read more

Avoid this place. John charges thousands, is rude, and returned my husband's vehicle in worse condition than before. It also appears that many of his "glowing" reviews come from shops he collaborates with. My previous comment was deleted, so I'm posting again to share my experience. My husband was told his bike was ready, only to wait two hours before finding out it wasn't. We were later told it had been test-driven that day, which was untrue. When the bike was finally fixed, it broke down just 15 minutes from the shop. Despite paying over $4,000, the shop refused to cover the additional $240 in towing costs. When I spoke with John, he showed no concern and suggested we leave the bike at a "shop in the back." When I asked about security, he responded that "no one would want our bike." Despite the attempt of it being stolen the year prior. Unprofessional and disrespectful behavior. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration avoid this shop. Update*** After the fact, John reached out wanting to "make a deal" -- he offered to cover half of the tow fee, only if I took down this review. Absolutely unacceptable and ridiculous. read more

Worst place ever!!! I went there to purchase a used Ducati Monster, they asked for the bike $6900. I tried to negotiate the price, we got to an agreement, after a few hours they supposed to call me, but instead, I got a text message from the sales agent that we don't have a deal. When I asked for how long they were having that bike for sale, they told me 2 weeks. The same day was looking on craigslist and I found the same bike for sale for $5800 and the post was for a month. This ducati Dealer is hands down the best dealer in SoCal, if you value your bike as much as I do, trust them literally with your life. Ultimately that's what it takes to get anyone's hand on my bike. I have closer dealer to my location, but I have been taking my two bikes here two times in my past years and always left super happy. I bought a 2020 Multistrada 1260 S Grand Tour from Casey who is a no nonsense kind of guy which is refreshing. Casey's not a used car salesman but a Ducati consultant. Part1: I should get my Ducati Beverly super story based on lies and disrespect started back to November where I put my $500 deposit on one of the first 3 StreetFirghters 2020 they suppose to get delivered one day in March or so. Ok, November 2019, $500 out of my credit card. "The best salesman ever" (we gonna call him that way of you don't mind) said: you got it brotha, you are the third on the line bro. Expect a call from me in 2020. So, March 2020 no updates from Ducati where all of sudden friend of mine said that Ducati Beverly get all 3 bikes delivered and sold. I'm like, wait a minute, the third bike was mine. Call to "The best salesman ever": - Hey bro, yeap we got all the 3 bikes and there were sold by list. -Ok, but the third bike was mine. -No it was not. -Yes it was and I do have a confirmation from you back to November 2019. -Let me check and I'll call you back. Two hours later -Bro, hey, well, you know, well, we had some negotiation between Ducati North America and you know, the third bike was theirs. So you understand right? -No, I don't. -Well, we never even got this bike here, so Ducati North America. - So, you are telling me that you sold my bike to somebody else? - No, Ducati North America blah blah blah..... Ok, so they sold my queue to someone who most likely gave them some cash under the table but we gonna call it "connections". Then, I talk to another guy. (Ducati Management you know who I'm talking about) who's telling me the same thing, then sold his queue to somebody else. And now the best thing ever: this guy put his deposit a few weeks after me and "The best salesman ever" told him that he is third in the queue. What? So, looks like we both were third. Nice, huh? Are you sure I'll be approved by Ducati Finance? - Of course bro, unless you have 3-4 bikes on you, don't you? - No, I'm not. - That should be fine. - Hey, I don't wait to ruin my credit score but if you sure let's go ahead. 40 minutes later -congrats bro you have got $35000 approved with Tier 2. Long story short: he. As he said game me the best deal ever and said It's 6:05pm now and I have to go come back tomorrow. Tomorrow I go to Pro Italia to compare the deal and they give me $10 cheaper right the way without any discussion or mentioning Ducati Beverly. Go back to "The best salesman ever" with my wife, show him the deal from ProItalia and that was an explosion. Once upon a time I used to ride with Harley Davidson and after experiencing their customer service I dumped the brand. Went to Ducati Beverly Hills and I couldn't believe the night and day difference in dedication and passion towards motorcycles and their customers. Now - all the previous reviews which reflect negative thoughts must be by tire kickers or penny pinchers. Their service is amazing, whenever I need something to get done then they'll do it. Their parts team is unbelievably helpful and not just to sell but they are willing to spend hours to get it right for you. The sales reps are always there to answer any questions you might have about the different models and they are willing to work on deals for you. I've went to the store when it was already closed but once I got there they happily invited me in to get what I needed to get back on the road. In customer service there's no three or four star rating, there're only the best and worse! And Ducati BH is the best. Thank you guys for everything you've done to my bikes ! read more

Hands down the best Ducati shop in SoCal. These guys are Ducati trained, and certified, and know the ins and outs of these bikes like no other shop. Sure there are shops that say they "service" Ducati, or that may have a few on the showroom floor, but I can't tell you that those shops don't KNOW these bikes... those other shops use the wrong weight fluids for the forks, the wrong oil for the engines, don't align the forks correctly, etc, etc... But not Beverly Hills Ducati. They get it right the first time so you spend more time on the road and less in the shop. Fernando in service is amazing to work with and I can't recommend these guys highly enough! I mean, would you take your Ferrari to a Yugo mechanic? Of course not... I had a disappointing experience at BHD today.. I walk in, was kindly approached by a sales rep, continued to sit on a couple bikes, and eventually inquired about scheduling a demo. My sales rep showed zero enthusiasm towards letting me demo a bike, and eventually mustered a paltry "maybe", after I explained that I had purchased a brand new Panigale from them only 18 months ago (see previous review). I only noticed the reply just now and because it is so outrageous I have to let this be known. Not only did this store try to force a different order which belonged to somebody else who returned it... BUT IT WASN'T EVEN THE RIGHT SIZE! And I DID get my money back thanks to my credit card dispute & all the files & emails I saved!!!!!! I'm telling you the LIES & crazy things business owners say after a REALLY honest review is put on yelp is truly amazing! Lol... I even attached pictures to prove my case & the owner still lies about what happened. Original review: THIS DAY I HAVE NOT GOTTEN MY REFUND OF OVER $2,700+!!! This is exactly what happened: I was a customer with them for years (BEING OVER CHARGED EVERY SINGLE TIME BECAUSE I DIDN'T HAVE ANYWHERE NEAR ME TO REPAIR MY BIKE)... spent thousands of dollars on upgrades & repairs to 2 of my ducati bikes. When I recently bought my 2nd ducati I took it back there & chose to buy a 1 piece D-Air suit in black. The white one behind the counter caught my eye which is why I chose it. So they charged me $2,700+ on my debit card for a BLACK suit / size 54 (they even confirmed the size & color before by email). Shortly after the order was paid they call me in & almost force me to buy a WHITE suit size 52!?!?! WTF! Which even showed signs of damage & scratches as if it was already used. Then after I tried to end the order because clearly not what I ordered they charged my card almost $500 to return it with a restocking fee... For the same white suit I saw behind the counter the first day I ordered it in BLACK! (IF YOU'RE AT DUCATI AND READING THIS YOU LOST A CUSTOMER & YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED FOR NOT REFUNDING MY ORDER. Absolutely horrible, dishonest, deceitful and just plain unethical & uncool!! I'm usually someone who doesn't say anything unless I have something nice to say, I was raised well. In this case, they deserve to receive what they've achieved and the truth speaks for itself. I wish there was a -10 star rating for these clowns!! I purchased a used 2010 Ducati Streetfighter S with 10,550 miles that they were selling on consignment for a customer. Kevin Mooney, the salesman seemed like a great guy, very personable and a brother, so to speak. He totally lied to me well over a dozen times about the bike's service history and it's appearance vs. reality as he's dishonest, shady and he lied to my face multiple times! The bike was purchased on June 30, 2018 and on September 1 when I finally received the records & service history of the bike, it came to my attention that the bike was now 3,500 miles past the major, required 7,500-mile DESMO service!!! I was told everything was up-to-date and no services were needed and that they knew the bike well since it was purchased there new and they had done all the services and work on it. I first called about the bike on June 21, stopped down to see it on 6/23, then ride it on 6/26 and purchased it on Saturday, June 30 with a cashier's check for the bike a Ducati Performance Carbon Fiber Dry Clutch cover & hardware and all taxes & fees. Kevin assured me over and over that he'd get me the information & service history. No response to my emails, my text messages or anything else. Finally, I emailed service directly and was sent the few records they had along with a "pre-sale" inspection summary from June 19 which I did not see until 9/1/18. This pre-sale summary document from 6/19, (that was prepared for another customer who looked at the bike the week prior to me), VERY clearly indicated that the 7,500-mile DESMO service had NEVER been done and was needed immediately. The Service History they had actually had no history of service!! I was lied to by Kevin at every turn to make a sale. Kevin knew how important it was to me that my first "exotic" had all its major services and everything done, never mind the fact that this bike was 3,000 miles past the 7,500 mile service when I purchased!! iI the interim, before I found out from the service department that it had never been done, I put another 500 miles on the bike!!! NO concern for customer safety, satisfaction and zero concern for doing the right thing. 3,500 miles past a major service interval puts the bike and MY life & safety at risk. Not Cool!! Unethical, inexcusable and they will never get another cent for me, caveat emptor, I should've marched into the service department day one and demanded the service records. Comments like "We're not trying to screw you over" & "well, it hasn't blown up yet ", "Dan (Sales Manager) quit and he screwed it up", to other ridiculous things are all Freudian slips and should've indicated that they weren't on the level. Even the carbon fiber dry Ducati performance clutch cover that I ordered through them (to give them some more business) and paid for with my cashier's check for the bike purchase, took 5-6 weeks to get as they jerked me around and tried to tell me "you didn't pay for it'. Yes, I did MF'ers!!! Their $250 safety and inspection and set up fee that I paid for in good faith is total BS as well. Watery gas, loose fasteners, 20/22 psi tire pressure, etc.... NOTHING was done and if they can't inflate tires to proper pressure, then they shouldn't be working on motorcycles. Safety hazards abound and I pity any newbies or non-mechanically inclined riders. Sure, it's a consignment bike that they just wanted to unload it and make their 20% fee or whatever it is, of course they don't care. They also swiped a full set of Evotech Fame and axle sliders off the bike as well as some other schwag because, why not? Let's steal some crap off it before we sell it...!! I work on all my own toys unless I do not have the tools or equipment to do so in my home garage. Go Somewhere else!! I stopped by recently because some of the screws were damaged and I couldn't put on the passenger seat on my Xdiavel and they helped me right away. They took out the old ones replaced with new screws and put on the seat as well and they didn't ask anything in return. It was nice of them to do so. I also bought a bike from them in the past. UPDATE (30-May): The Hyperstrada is delivered back home via Motorcycle Mover. Service lights confirmed, throttle working OK, oil fluid confirmed, brake fluid confirmed, etc. First 600-mile service + brake flush + delivery charge (2-way) were all paid for by BHD. They actually DID make it right this time - am updating my review to 3-Stars (from 1-Star). Looking forward to the next maintenance/service request - and maybe upgrading this rating up to 4-Stars. UPDATE (3:00PM): After about 2-hrs calling Ducati Roadside Assistance, Motorcycle Mover comes back and takes the Hyperstrada back to BHD. Hope they fix things this time. It is getting so *tiring* - especially for a new bike. UPDATE (12:40PM): I called up BHD, and they'd arrange a quick work on the bike today (along with a FREE flush of the brake fluid), as long as I bring it to them (ok, good)... I start up the bike - BAM! Throttle is NOT working! Have to call Ducati Roadside Service... Hahaha! Seriously, this is not funny anymore... UPDATE (9:30am 23-May): Motorcycle Mover drops off the motorcycle at home (35-mi outs from BHD), and I find the service light is still ON. The brake fluids haven't been flushed. Seemingly the first 600-mi service hasn't been done. What happened in that week? I LIKE the people at BHD - they are nice and helpful... When I got the Hyperstrada in late March/early April - I got a very good package (dealer pricing). But as any consumer, I also need to be frank and honest with my experience post signing the sales contract. I hope they can make things right (and I'll update the review); but until then, let the facts speak for themselves... When I buy a newly purchased brand new motorcycle, I don't expect to find a broken side mirror, and I have to wait for a week for a replacement to come from Italy. ... Weeks later... When I bring in my motorcycle for warranty work, ie., panniers from Italy have arrived, I don't expect to find again, that the lockset doesn't fit! When I bring in my motorcycle for its first service work, and you say it will be done in 3-hours, I expect it to be done in 3-hours. More so, I expect it to be done in a day, and NOT one-week later! Is it too much to expect this from a dealer here in LA? Particularly a Ducati dealer? Or am I spoiled by the efficiency and professionalism of dealers back in Japan? The guys in the service department are dicks. They act like they work for the secret service or something. I'm trying to get service records for a bike they sold in 2011 That I bought in 2013. They will not give me service records on a motorcycle (not personal information) unless the previous owner contacts them with approval. The previous owner has already done this and they seem to have forgotten that it they already got that call. A little customer service would go a long way. All I want to know is if a specific service was performed at 7500 miles and they can't even help me with that ! I have no way of contacting the previous owner. There are plenty of choices for both Ducati and KTM this would not be a good one ! read more

I just bought a bike from these guys. The sales experience was good. I worked with a sales guy named Josh. He was very helpful and really helped me close the deal. I cannot say enough good things about Josh!!! I knew exactly what I wanted and payed in cash up front. Bike Sales: Josh was great, and my my dream of becoming a Ducati owner come true. Service: so far they have been fair, and helpful. Apparel Sales: not great. Use them for sizing things up then buy it on line or somewhere else. The sales staff not always helpful, and the prices are nothing to brag about unless something is on sale. Overall an OK place if you are not looking for a lot of service or a cool place to hang out. Do yourself a favor and go see Casey. The guy doesn't play games and that's the kind of guy I like dealing with. He has connections all over to make anything happen for you and it's not just to make a sale. He had already sold me the bike and still trying to find me great insurance rates. He's one of those guys that you feel you've known for centuries but didn't talk for a while then met again and picked up where you left off. Great selection of bikes, great people, great atmosphere. On October 27, I bought a 959 Panigale 2016. The people at Beverly Hills Ducati where amazing. And Orsino the Italian sales person is fantastic. who better to sell an Italian motorcycle? An Italian sales person. Orsino worked overtime to give me a good deal. I checked around others dealers and they couldn't match BeverlyHills Ducati. And, I got red rims in my red ducati without extra charge!!! Also, everybody in the showroom and the service department are very friendly and ready to help. Writing about my recent experience with Beverly Hills Ducati. I recently purchased a used bike and had a great experience. I found the used bike I wanted at a fair price and decided to purchase the bike over the phone. The rep, Casey who helped me out was fantastic. Answered all of my questions with honesty and worked hard to help me get the deal I wanted on the bike I chose. The communication was fantastic, he gladly communicated updates after normal business hours when he wasn't on duty and was very polite about it, wasn't a chore. The purchasing process was just as simple, got all necessary papers sent to me with clear and transparent instructions, no hidden fees or games of any sort. The papers were then returned to the dealer and I received a follow up phone call from Casey with an update that everything was in order. Shipping was arranged by Beverly Hills Ducati with a trusted transporter as well at a very reasonable cost. I am an out of area buyer that Beverly Hills Ducati knows will not be back on a regular basis to service the bike and the used unit I bought was not even a brand or even type of bike they specialize in but was treated like a valued customer, not a cheap deal shopper (that I don't deny I am).
