Mommy MakeOver Love! I always knew that I wanted a mommy makeover. Well, I finally did it! I highly recommend BH Physicians for cosmetic "touch ups!" Only regret I have is waiting this long. But I wasn't ready physically or financially. Jackie (Patient coordinator) is hands down AMAZiNG! She worked with me on the financial (my consultation was 12/20), pre op, day of procedure and post op. I even texted her on a Sunday and naturally she responded. I went in for a tummy tuck. I was scared, afraid, due to me being a thick girl. Doc J was Amazing, he told me lose 20 lbs and come back, and we will go from their. Seriously... I love Dr. J!!! I just had my mommy makeover yesterday! He is the sweetest man ever! You could totally tell that he has a passion for what he does he considers it an art and it shows. I just went in for my follow up today and my breast look amazing! My scar on my stomach is super thin, and very very low. I couldn't be happier! The consultant Diana is so amazing as well! I went with my sister for a consultation. When we arrived a current patient was complaining to the receptionist how she called many times for a follow up and the ladies just blew her off as if they had no idea what she was talking about. The client gave specific times and dates and the girls working their continue to treat her as if she was lying and it was her not their fought for no follow up. Hearing the service and treatment we walked out, can't imagine how their office would handle a emergency. I also had the same bad experience at this place. I had a 10:15 appt for a consultation. When I arrived, they were 5 people waiting. There was no one in the reception window. I waited 5 minutes and still no one. Then 3 more people arrive after me, finally I decided to yell "helloooo" . In 3 seconds the receptionist came. Gave me paper work to fill out and walked away. Filled out the paper work and placed it on the desk. No one else appeared at the front for 45 minutes. 3 more people walked in during that time. The girl next to me said that she also there for a consultation and had been waiting for over and hour. Finally another lady comes to the front were I proceed to ask her how munch longer . She asked my name and said that 2 people were ahead me. So I asked the same question. How much longer , which she responded one more hour. So let me guess this right, my appt is 10:15 and I won't be seen till 12:15. So I walked out . She didn't even apologize .That's not the kind of place that deserves my business . read more

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would give 10+. I have always wanted to have breast augmentation and lipo. I met with many plastic surgeons. When I met with Dr. Anous, I felt very comfortable. He was honest about what I was to expect and the outcome was amazing! When meeting with Jackie the surgical consultant, she went over all the financial aspects of the surgery. Every question I had regarding the surgery were answered by Dr. Anous and all financial questions were answered by Jackie. I had no surprises. I'm very big about a physicians bed side manner. I appreciated that Dr. Anous would not allow the surgical staff take me to the OR without him. He walked me in with the staff and reassured me that everything was going to be fine. That is a great surgeon!!! When I have gone to all my follow up appointments, Jackie always makes it a point to say hello and ask me how I am doing. She's awesome! My wife previously had breast augmentation about 13 years ago from a female doctor in the Pasadena area. Her breasts were not looking right and it turns out they had become encapsulated. We researched many different doctors from famous to not so famous and several of the TV famous doctors never even bothered to return our calls. We used yelp extensively and found that Dr. J had some pretty good reviews so we decided to setup an appt. One good sign was that we needed to wait about 3 weeks to see him for the first consultation because he was so busy. Needless to say he was great! He really seemed to care and he took the time to answer questions and he made my wife feel very comfortable. I can't say that about my wife's first doctor, she was kind of rude, pushy and didn't seem to care about the patient at all. The surgery went well and on our way home Dr. J followed up with a call to make sure my wife was ok and if she needed anything. That personal touch was awesome, showing us that there are doctors out there that care more about their patients than their pay checks! The subsequent followup visits were great and my wife's recovery was amazingly quick. As for the results, they came out looking great! We are so happy! I have thought about getting a procedure for a while. One of my friends who doesn't need anything at all went for a consultation. We are our worse critics so I get it! Anywho, the doctor talked to her and told her she didn't need surgery. What he told her was what I have been telling her for 6 years. But the fact that a professional is telling her this, and is not gaining anything from his honesty, made her realized that she doesn't need it!!! Right there I knew that is the doctor I want for my surgery. He cares, he is looking out for the patients interest. I went in for a consultation for a mommy makeover. The receptionist was pleasant. I was seen by Dr J. I told him what I wanted and he gave me his recommendations. He was professional and friendly. Then I went to the patient coordinator's office. I felt like she was trying to be friendly but it came off as arrogant and belittling. I had asked her about their special that they had sent me an email for but before I could even tell her what the discount was, she said she already applied it (she hadn't). I also noticed that the prices here way more expensive than any of the other consultations I've gone to. I understand that price isn't the most important but when I've seen the work of the other doctors and they all produce great outcomes, then yes, price becomes a factor. Bottom line, even though the doctor seemed like a good doctor (only reason I gave 2 stars), I probably won't get my surgery here because the patient coordinator is rude and unpleasant to deal with and the prices are expensive. read more

I was a little apprehensive about coming to BHP, but I'm so glad I followed through ! I just had breast augmentation, and I had Dr. Anous....amazing! I will say at first I was nervous because he was sooo laid back and allowed me to ask all the questions, but my gut felt like I was in good hands even though he was so reserved. He didn't sale me on my procedure and why I should pick him as my PS, he was very matter of fact and straight shooter (which is what I can trust).
