Quoted me a price of 175 only to then change it to 220 when she finished.. Only thing she needed to clean was 5 windows inside and out, a small bathroom and kitchen.. When I questioned her about it, she then stated, she didn't charge me for Gas- didn't know this was something I was to pay for.. never heard of this.. Upon looking at her work the windows were not fully cleaned attached is a pic if allowed. .. beware she will increase price upon completion and then argue about price and go back on her word. They have the worst service that I've ever got in the US. The guy Temo looks a normal person at first, and it seems he knows what he is talking about. But unfortunately they are just a group of people who don't know how to clean and their only goal is to scrape your money. They declare themselves as a detailed cleaning company. When we met, in the beginning, we assumed they would take care of everything. But they didn't keep the deadline and I had to hire another crew to come and clean it in order to be ready for move in. But instead they were demanding the whole amount, although they cleaned just part of it. Before taking an order, they were very punctual but after that they were gone. I was calling 3-4 times during the day to find them and understand if they were going to come and clean the house. They should have cleaned one of the sinks but they didn't.. even after receiving the manual how to clean it. I would not recommend to use their service!!! read more

She's the best in the biz. My best friend's apartment hasn't been seriously cleaned in years, and as a surprise over Thanksgiving, I wanted to clean it for him. Once I got over there and assessed the situation, I realized that there was no way I could do this without a professional. Luckily, by YELP research, an angel named Cristina came into my life. She did a one time 3 hour cleaning that included most of the studio apartment. I told her to leave one corner alone because I didn't know what my friend was keeping back there, and wanted to respect his privacy. Let me be clear that when I say "cleaned," I am talking DIRTY/ black dust filth, not just needing some tidying up. Cristina arrived on time, I showed her around nervously, then left, and said I would be back in a few hours. When I came back I was truly overwhelmed with what she had accomplished. I couldn't believe how different it looked in the short amount of time she'd been working. She also made an extra effort to help me get it clean before Thanksgiving, which was so so appreciated. I didn't put up any before photos, because I didn't want to be disrespectful of my friend, but you can see in the after photos that everything is good now. I was able to redecorate without standing on clods of dust or having a panic attack. Next stop, I'm going to hire Cristina back to do my apartment, which is in much better shape. Thank you Cristina! Stay away from this business! Besides the fact that they do NOT bring their own equipment, and that one of the two person team was some strange woman who, even tho her partner went right to work scrubbing my bathroom, decided to spend her time following me around constantly asking me very annoying questions mostly about how to clean this or how to clean that (but would refuse to do it at all after I did answer) and, "do you have a broom" "do you have a dustpan" "do you have a trashbag" "can you empty my trash bag for me now?" etc etc etc until I had to hide in my bedroom (after which she continued doing so to my daughter for two hours at least) and that the other guy was seen by my kids at one point taking multiple pics of my husbands desk(??), so yes, on top of all that, this business just ripped me off for $360 for a full cleaning of my home, barely doing one bathroom and half a kitchen in FOUR HOURS. After the four hours were up the two person team told me they would have to come back on the following day to clean the rest but insisted I pay for that remainder amount ahead of time. So I did. But today when I called to ask what time they are coming on Monday the owner began quoting me another $360 - $500? And did not provide an excuse for the switcharoo but was just was all over the place when I asked why and what the heck. And I was promised three separate times by owner and by the team that they would return to deliver the remainder of the cleaning b/c I did not want to pay ahead of time not knowing if they would be back? But the team finally guilted me out into paying b/c they said ttheir boss insists that they get the pre payment before they can leave each residence. So this is obviously a scam done over and over. And good God, my husband of 35 years just died with our youngest son in the hospital and with the funeral being tomorrow and they knew this but did this to me anyway? And FYI I am cleaning the rest myself now and got more done in an hour than the they did in four? P.S. There are is no "Beverly" but some guy who sends a couple random people out to your home. Gave this company four chances and it was always something. 1. First cleaner came without a vacuum and used mine but I was thinking uhhh what if I didn't have a vacuum would my floors have been dirty? 2. Second time they changed the cleaner and forgot my scheduled date even though when I scheduled I set it up for month to month. Anyways that second person comes and it's a minimum of two hours. An hour and half in she comes to me and says I'm going to leave since I've cleaned everything but I'm like uhh I have to pay for two hours so find things to clean. 3. Last time cleaning goes fine and she finishes ten minutes before the two hours but I don't mind everything looks clean. I pull up the invoice and it's $20 more than my other three invoices. Guess they raised the price (which is fine) but they should've let me know. I didn't even mind paying extra since they did a good job and the cleaners themselves were friendly. So that's why I'm not giving one star but it just seems not professional. If I had a cleaning service and a customer asks to do monthly cleanings I wouldn't forget literally the next months session....weird read more

I needed a last minute cleaner and Beverly home cleaning responded quickly. Although their rates were approx $10/hr higher than other competitors, they were the ones available when I needed them. I had a tight timeline from 3-6 before I had to leave, and since they showed up 20 minutes past I was forced to leave them in my apartment (not ideal). The girls communicated well with me and were pleasant, wore masks and respectful of my things. I think they did 80% of the work, however there were things that I noticed weren't clean enough. The main issue was the wood floors were still covered in black dirt. My entire unit is wood and to not have clean floors after paying a cleaner is a big red flag for me. I walked barefoot on my floors after the cleaners left and had black feet by the end of the night. My boyfriend did as well. I asked for the walls to be cleaned from scuffs, and there were just grey smear marks after. It wasn't done well. For paying 3 hours worth of work I did feel like it halfway done. I wouldn't recommend this because of lack of detail. read more

My scheduled cleaner cancelled on me and I needed a quick replacement - the team at Beverly Glen was available and great for a deep cleaning. They spent 4.5 hours and I was surprised at how much they were able to get done - from the baseboards, windows, my VERY difficult to clean master shower, to the oven and minute details of my sliding closet doors that were full of dog hair in the cracks. I highly recommend leaving a list of what's most important to you (5-6 areas), and then you'll be pleasantly surprised at how much they get done - and do a great job. Not only that, their communication was flawless from the Yelp messages down to the text messages they sent me 20 min before they left so I could plan appropriately. Hired them for a post-construction deep cleaning and despite the two women saying my house was in great shape and they were going to get it perfect, I came home to find areas of my kitchen covered in dust, dirt in my bathtub, dining chairs covered in dust, bench covered in dust... They charged almost $500 which seemed insane but I assumed I would get my money's worth with a very clean house after my six-month renovation. They we're quick to respond to all emails and messages until I emailed them about my issues with the service and now they ignore my emails. Wouldn't recommend if you have a small space. I was quoted a three hour min cleaning with one cleaner. My apartment wasn't thoroughly cleaned in the time allotted (my usual cleaner usually does it in two hours) and my cleaner even went over the limit. Things were "cleaned" but with poor care leaving dust, spots and streaks all over the apartment. If you do choose to book, I recommend taking before and after pictures to have as a comparison because they will claim that the place was messier than it actually was. The business did respectfully offer to come back and "re-clean" a few days later + a discount on the next cleaning, but I ultimately decided to just do it myself to avoid the headache. read more

I contacted several vendors on Yelp and Beverly Home Cleaning got back to me the quickest, was flexible on scheduling and on the number of workers they could send, was professional, and gave me the most straightforward pricing. They sent 4 workers, who were able to accomplish a lot in the 2 hours they were cleaning my home! Exactly what I wanted. They were very polite when they arrived, had me show them around, and made sure to ask if there was anything I specifically wanted done. They were working hard the whole time, wore masks, and were efficient. I was happy to see later that they got to some areas I hadn't specifically pointed out, e.g. the toaster was sparkling clean, dusting behind things, etc. They brought all of their own tools and supplies which was nice too. We have a friend who is extremely ill and due to that and partly Covid he had not cleaned his apartment in quite a while. I put a request for quote through yelp and Beverly home cleaning was one of the ones that responded. Setting up the date and time through Timo by phone, text and email was easy and efficient. I then got a follow up text which confirm the date and location and the names of the cleaners who would be coming. Sherry and T showed up a bit ahead of time and came with all needed supplies. Bad service. I was calling around to get cleaners for the next day which was a long shot but I was willing to pay for it. It was the last day before my flight and I needed it for the weekend. They said they were and to do it and would be here at noon, so I stopped calling other cleaners. The day of the job they call me at 11:15 saying they won't make it until 2 and then they call at 2 saying the earliest they could make it is 3 but the workers haven't had a break (which is understandable) so they need to reschedule. Now it's way too late to get anyone else so I'm basically screwed. They never made any indication that they could be upwards of 3 hours late and that the previous job was so far from my location.
