HORRIBLE , DAMAGED MY CAR , YELLED , ARGUED, GOT in my face......so after calling this guy due to ppl giving him stars on yelp, I learned my lesson..after he made a key , he tested it and it wouldn't turn in the ignition .. begins to force my steering column as much hard as he can saying it has to unlock ...meanwhile my car locks the steering column when WRONG key is in the ignition..after an hour of him forcing my steering column and messing with the ignition with the wrong key and trying to FORCE it like a caveman , he tells me my ignition was broken and that's why they key won't work and he wants 150$ for the key he made which is a TEST key that just opens the doors..after I called a machenic , put him on speaker which told him hes wrong ,he got aggressive started yelling got in my face demanding money ...after he left I called GUARDIAN ANGEL LOCKSMiTH, they made me a key with a programmed chip for 170$ in 10 minutes ... This guy works out of his van and is not a real company he will scam you or damage your car . read more

That moment when you shut the trunk and realize that your car keys were in it..... *facepalm* Long story short, I whipped out my phone, searched on yelp for local locksmith, called for quotes and times, and you guessed it, I selected Beverly Locksmith. It was a no brainer because it was the most affordable and quickest option. Jin showed up AND got my car keys out all within 20 minutes. This was pretty late around 10pm and also a very cold day so I was anxious to get out of there. The fact that this inconvenient situation was so smoothly taken care of meant everything. I called Mr. Jin because my door lock was acting up again and kept jamming the key. I just could not put up with it any longer! I called him and he said he would be willing to come down to my house to give me a free and more accurate estimate, which I thought was great service because other locksmiths I had called previously said they would charge me a trip fee. His was by far the cheapest too. He replaced the lock in about 30-40 mins and gave me a new set of keys. I didnt think it would be that quick but Mr. Jin really knew what he was doing. Firstly, Jin was very quick in replying to my message. I had gone on google to search for a locksmith to help with being locked out but all the prices were insane. Jin told me that he would get to my house in 20 min AND give me an estimate of the cost without having to pay any money, but it was half the price of all the other prices so I got the service done right away! When he came, he was wearing a mask and gloves and was very nice! Jin was also very knowledgeable about the Locks and the options. He made sure the lock would be safe and would not allow future lockouts. It was a great experience! Nothing is more frustrating than locking yourself outside your own apartment on a Sunday morning. I took my dog out for a walk in Hollywood, the moment my door slammed I knew I'm in troubles. I went on Yelp and after calling 4 different companies, these guys answered their phone on a Sunday morning. The guy over the phone was well trained with dealing with my frustration and I had a technician at my doorstep within an hour. The price was fair and they completed the job very fast. I would love to give this business a 5 star rating because of how professional the man handled everything. On a Friday night, I got locked out of my Toyota Corolla. I called him and he came in, I'd say 10- 15 minutes? He gave me an free and immediate quote (as opposed to the 2 other places I called whom said they'd charge me for the quote...) Yeah this place is def pretty quick. I called at like 4 am or so and he came about 10 minutes later. the guy was nice about the price when I asked for a discount too which was awesome. People are pretty stingy these days y'know? I should probably mention that the locksmith also sold me a safe and I trusted the guy because he really reassured me with his customers' security. Mr. Jin is awesome. I locked myself out of my apartment at 2:30 am on a Saturday. I was concerned that there would not be a locksmith available at that hour but Mr. Jin operates during late nights. I needed him to unlock two doors, but he generously only charged me for the price of one lock. He was prompt, 15 minutes within my calling him, and was extremely professional and put me at ease. Very professional service, highly recommend them, even if you get a slightly cheaper price elsewhere. I locked myself out of my apartment unit one day and they came in less than half an hour to pick the lock on the door. Everyone else I found on Google or Yelp sounded extremely sketchy and wanted to charge an exorbitant rate, or wouldn't even give me a quote until they come in person. Jin was excellent. I have an old Honda Civic and couldn't get the key to turn in the ignition and in the driver's side door. Jin cut and programmed a new key for me which took a couple of tries but got the car started. I was then able to drive it to his location on 3rd St so he could replace the cylinder in the ignition. James is very friendly and a fast worker. It only took about 15 minutes for him to arrive. He gave me a deal for 10 dollars off when I asked him if there were any discounts. I have a really funny story actually. I recently moved into my new apartment in Korea town, not even a day after receiving my keys I locked myself in. I went in to get a key programmed for my 2014 Ford Mustang, Jin was diligent and worked patiently with programming my key. Unfortunately that particular key I purchased from another vendor did not work, so he provided one of his and it worked.
