I had an old mortise that the key stopped working in -- after the door was locked. Went to a storage closet with no other way in and the hinges for the door were on the inside. Fast,efficient and friendly...finding quality people to provide service with such a positive attitude is pretty rare these days. I needed a complicated lock changed out,as well as multiple keys for new tenants. I was quoted a very reasonable price plus I was given a control key at no extra charge so that next time it will be easier and less expensive to change. As a landlord that is so great. He felt he would arrive very late, so he offered me an early appointment the next day if that would be better. It was.
