I had an old mortise that the key stopped working in -- after the door was locked. Went to a storage closet with no other way in and the hinges for the door were on the inside. Fast,efficient and friendly...finding quality people to provide service with such a positive attitude is pretty rare these days. I needed a complicated lock changed out,as well as multiple keys for new tenants. I was quoted a very reasonable price plus I was given a control key at no extra charge so that next time it will be easier and less expensive to change. As a landlord that is so great. I lost my keys in the metro station. Knowing that they were long gone I called my local locksmiths and they said they couldn't help me replace a key, only open my car. Funny thing was they all referred me to Beverly lock smith. I called and asked he come as early as possible and he came at 6am! Jin is as good as it gets! He scheduled an evening appointment with me, but got stuck in bad traffic as a result of rain and accidents. He felt he would arrive very late, so he offered me an early appointment the next day if that would be better. It was. I LOVE Jin and Beverly Locksmith! I lost my keys at UCLA yesterday and have no spare. I called my local dealership and they quoted me $800+ for a key ($400 for the key fob and $450 to configure the key, it's a keyless entry key). I'm a starving student and don't have that much money to spend on one set of keys. I started searching on Yelp for other alternatives.
