Jin did a great job with an old front door that had been quite beaten up over the years. He replaced the entire door knob and put in a brass plate to reinforce the frame. My door knob is considered an antique and it's really hard to find so I had to settle for the ones they have currently on the market! He said he would be 30 min, and he was here within 20 mins, has he not gotten lost which is very common with all ppl coming to our place for the first time. The cost was reasonable considering what I've paid in the past to repair the same door knob and lock multiple times. Same as every other review. Just a great, quick and painless experience. My bedroom door (inside my apt) was accidentally locked from the inside and the key was lost. I called, and someone showed up in less than 20 minutes. He picked the lock, and made me a custom key to my lock on the spot within about 20 minutes. $60 for the lock and $15 for the additional (custom) key. Well worth it for a house-call when the alternative would be breaking my door down. He was sweet, efficient (even brought towels to kneel on so he didn't scratch my hardwood). First off, Jin is theeee dude. After I was an idiot and lost the key to my bike lock, I decided it was time to bite the bullet and have someone come out to free my bike.
