Our key broke in half and after Home Depot wasn't able to copy the key with their machine, we called this place. He responded right away to my phone call and we texted him a picture of the key, he said he could do it so we drove to his place which was very convenient and easy to find. Needed to get my locks changed, so I got into contact with Jin and worked out a schedule. He showed up on time and went straight to work. I had bought my own locks, but we found out the knob wasnt a right fit. He assembled the dead bolt and kept trying to make the knob work (thick ass door). He mustve been at it for 30 plus minutes, but never complained once. I was afraid he'd tell me i'd have to get a new set... But Jin worked his magic and bam! New sets of locks installed and ready to ward off you shady muhfuccas! Lol. Jin engaged me in friendly conversation the whole time he worked. You can tell he is a real patient, amicable, and honest guy. It really just felt like one of my uncles stopped by to help me out. I think thats key (pun intended) when you hire someone to handle something crucial to your and/or your belongings' security, because it all starts with the lock.
