Jin did a great job with an old front door that had been quite beaten up over the years. He replaced the entire door knob and put in a brass plate to reinforce the frame. My door knob is considered an antique and it's really hard to find so I had to settle for the ones they have currently on the market! He said he would be 30 min, and he was here within 20 mins, has he not gotten lost which is very common with all ppl coming to our place for the first time. The cost was reasonable considering what I've paid in the past to repair the same door knob and lock multiple times. Needed to get my locks changed, so I got into contact with Jin and worked out a schedule. He showed up on time and went straight to work. I had bought my own locks, but we found out the knob wasnt a right fit. He assembled the dead bolt and kept trying to make the knob work (thick ass door). He mustve been at it for 30 plus minutes, but never complained once. I was afraid he'd tell me i'd have to get a new set... But Jin worked his magic and bam!
