I have been a patron here for many years. I recently lost my id and have had to use my passport as a form of ID. I have never had any other store give me trouble for using my passport as much as this store has. The managers usually come up check my id and let me be on my way. Today with my daughter by my side the manager came up looked me up and down and then asked me my age in an accusatory tone. The cashier could tell I was slightly irritated and told me its for auditing purposes. I call BS, I'm sorry but I come here at least a few times a week and have never had someone ask me my age, you have my passport in front of you, that is not necessary at all. It's very embarrassing to sit at the front waiting for a manager and then have someone speak to me as if I'm doing something wrong. Not very happy with the store right now and don't know if I will bring my business here in the future. read more

One of the worst customer service I've ever had in my life. The manager did not price match Total Wines in the correct amount and also chose to not price match a separate item with a seemingly made up excuse. Once I realized their mistake after leaving the store, I went over to the Bevmo in RSM and they were much more courteous and accommodating. They were able to correct the error of the incorrect amount and were also able to price match the other item the previous manager claimed was "excluded". read more

I needed to ship a bottle of Dom to Northern California for next day delivery, and I was able to bring it in and have them do it for me. Raphael contacted UPS, and packaged up the Dom for me and sent it out. Great experience, I will definitely come back here! read more

Dear Bevmo - Well you didn't have a couple of things that I saw online that I wanted, but your selection seems great and your all male staff was very friendly. I know I was in a bit of a rush, so couldn't browse as much as I wanted to, but I do want to go back to see what I can find. I did go home happily with a bottle of, er something, but now that I have a club card I can't really not come here otherwise it'll get stale in my wallet, right? You won't find a better selection than BevMo. Lot's of beers, wines, spirits, and sodas. But you will find better prices. Sale prices can be good but everything else is on the high end of the price scale. You will find brands you've never heard of before which can make browsing fun. read more

I live in RSM, but I drive to this bevmo rather than go to the store in RSM. They have a bigger selection here and the employees here have way better customer service. The difference in quality between these two stores makes it worth driving here to me. read more

Wow! First time I've ever shopped at BevMo and was so impressed with the entire experience. The inside of the store was laid out well, open and well organized. We were only shopping for wine but they had some wonderful sales and we purchased more than we planned. It was nice to know they also had snacks along with the huge selection of beer, wine and liquor products. read more

I recieved terrible customer service at this location. I'm not completely sure what the mans name is, but he's tall, thin, wears glasses, and has facial hair. If you're having a bad day then stay away from customers. If you think your job sucks then get a better one. If you don't like me because of my skin color then hide it a little more. It doesn't matter what the reason may be... always, ALWAYS, provide at least "decent" customer service to everyone. read more

Such great deals on wine w/ the 5 cent wine deals...and every couple of months I seem to get $20 off $100 or more coupon in the mail which is awesome because I always tend to buy around $100 worth of wine when I go there. It's like free money! Bert, really knows his wine there and is always willing to help you find a great bottle and show you some new stuff. Bert also does a wine/beer tasting on Saturdays from 2-5pm too which is awesome.
