This yoga studio is a perfect retreat for cleansing your mind, body and soul with a delightful smoothie and juice bar. I try a different smoothie everytime I'm here for a yoga session. So fresh... So rejuvenating ! Currently I'm taking prenatal yoga classes here and so far it has been a very good experience. Our yoga teacher/guru Colly is very knowledgable and patient. Her approach is very welcoming. A beginner or pro... You will fit right in. Check it out if you are around marietta square

From day one, the vibe in this place is different. The other students are genuinely warm and welcoming, not just tolerant of the new guy stumbling through his first chaturanga. But the instructors are the real reason people become regulars. This crew is equal parts knowledgeable, entertaining, and invested in the people in their classes. They actually know who you are, where you're at in your practice, and how to push you without losing you. That combination is rarer than it should be. And then there's the owner. She has built something special here -- a studio that the community genuinely loves, which is a direct reflection of how much she loves that community right back. Her classes fill up fast and for obvious reasons: this isn't incense and silence, it's deep stretches and power flows with Journey blasting and the whole room laughing and dripping sweat. It works, and it's fun. Operationally, this place punches above its weight too. Open every single day of the year, solid class sizes (no awkward three-person sessions like you'll find at other East Cobb studios), and a schedule that actually fits real life -- heated, non-heated, power, slow flow, and stretch options running from 6am to 6:15pm. If you're on the fence, grab one of their new client specials and give it a month. You'll leave feeling better physically, and you'll have found a community worth being part of.

The instructors create a welcoming environment, offer helpful guidance, and make every session enjoyable. What stands out most is the positive atmosphere and strong sense of community. It's easy to feel comfortable, supported, and motivated from the moment you arrive. The schedule is flexible, making it convenient to fit classes into a busy routine. Every visit leaves me feeling refreshed, energized, and looking forward to the next class. Highly recommended for anyone seeking quality instruction and a great overall yoga experience.

I tried the unlimited class pass for two weeks. I ended up only going twice, as some of the classes…read moreI wanted to go to were canceled. Overall, I would say it was a average experience! I actually really enjoyed the yoga for healthy back! The other yoga that I tried was just OK (I think it was the complete yoga class). Some of the things that I wish were a little bit different was the parking/location. It is in a very busy plaza so it can sometimes just feel really crowded and hectic. Also, the smell of the studio does not seem super fresh! The studio is upstairs, so it's not super convenient although it isn't difficult to find if you go up the elevator or stairs. It is a small studio with a couple of yoga rooms. One of the classes I went to wasn't very full, but the other one was. The teachers are very nice and accommodating, and made sure that there was space for everyone! I thought the yoga classes were decent enough, but I wouldn't say I learned anything new. I won't be purchasing a permanent class pass, but I also don't think there is anything particularly wrong with the studio. I think it's all about just finding the best fit of what resonates with the individual yogi.

Has been super healing for me as I get back into yoga after a few years off. My only complaint would be that there are not enough weekend classes so the few that do exist are always packed - make sure to get there early for a good spot! Parking in Smyrna Village can be hard to come by, so you may have to park a bit further away so make sure to allow time to walk to the studio, up the stairs or take the elevator to the 2nd floor and be in class by the exact start time - if you are more than 5 min late, they will not let you in!
