Obviously they're bothered by my review because they're having their friends message to harass me on Yelp. I tell it like it is and if you don't like it, too bad. I have no reason to lie or embellish, but they were THAT BAD. Nothing like the photos of the other happy customers..not by a long shot. Everyone that saw my lashes from BBL saw the problem and the artist that took them off was disgusted. Go to this place at your own risk. They were so bad I couldn't make it up. Seeing there are other negative reviews on BBL's page, I'm not alone. As another reviewer that wasn't happy said, they don't know who everyone was going for the good reviews but she didn't get the same service. As far as the owner's response: 5/5/2015 Seems like a selfish promotion and campaign to smear us from an overpriced competitor who has lost a lot of customers to us. Let the client's judge for themselves - go to a place that is overpriced with students doing your lashes or to a reasonable priced establishment that cares about their clients. *** Update I'm NOT a competitor just a pissed off consumer that did not get what I paid for, period. Self promotion doesn't even fit with my complaint considering I am not a salon owner or in the beauty business but I do know good work and bad work. My bottom eyelashes have still not grown in from Jenny having ripped them off as well as the poor job that she did and missing patch in the center of my lash line. If you don't like honesty, that's too bad. Then you shouldn't be in a service business. I very highly doubt CLL loses any clients to you since you do get what you pay for. They're still sparse and not long like the lashes on the other eye so they're unbalanced. This is thanks to your extremely bad technician and you have nerve bashing another salon that actually helped me with the eyelash freak show your aesthetician left me with. And I see more and more negative reviews coming in talking about how bad this place is. Truth hurts doesn't it? My 3rd fill was not so great. I made the mistake and didn't request Jenny and got Ty. when he walked me in, he asked if I wanted the same thing and I said yes. A red flag went up after my eyes started burning and after being in the chair for 1 1/2 hours. Jenny was done in 45 min tops for a fill. They looked fine when he asked. I was charged $10 more than usual which I thought was odd but went along my way. It wasn't till that night my hubby said my lashes looked way too long, almost comical! Not natural like they had been in the past. Day 2 I noticed a couple lashes fell out and saw they were not the usual C-curl I've had. As the weeks went by more were falling out and in clumps of 2-3 extensions at a time leaving gaps in my lashes. That's when I realized he put on too many extensions per lash which made them cross & droop to where I could see them in my line of vision. Bought a celebrity package through groupon and upgraded to mink lashes for $15 more. Tatiana recommended length and style that would go with my eye shape. love them and was comfortable sitting for almost 1 1/2 hour while she put them on. After, trying Cherry Lash Lounge (they just increase their prices so that kind of sucks) I could tell the difference between the quality of lashes. With their lashes I can barely notice I have them on, but here I felt them although they were nice looking they didn't feel natural. read more

I really love this place. They always do my lashes really full how I like them. There much better then cherry lash lounge because there lashes actually stay on and don't fall off the second week. I have no shedding of lashes from here and that's amazing. The customer service is great they can book sometimes last minute or at your convenience. The lash tech is understanding and nice. This place definitely deserves a 5+ I've been coming here for quiet a few months and I love it, front desk greets you right away by your name and that's always a plus! I normally go to Jenny she is very sweet and down to earth, has great suggestions if you don't know what you want as far as length & thickness etc. My lashes last for over 3 weeks, which I'm very impressed with because at other places I have to go in within the first week to get a partial fill & I no longer have to do that.. I had my lashes done a couple times before when the previous artist was there, Winnie(?). She has now moved to their California location. Tatiana did my lashes most recently. She did well, but I believe she could have done better. She took an hour and some change on each eye. The same day, a FEW, not couple, lashes fell off. The next couple days, the lashes would flip and some would not stay up. I was really disappointed because I've been a loyal customer since last year. Tatiana is kind and charismatic otherwise, just would like a more experienced artist. I believe she has been practicing for 2-3 years. I don't recommend coming here! Got someone who was inexperienced. Got glue in my eyes and was tearing for 2 days! Eyelashes were pointing into my eyes. He just cut it out so I had a missing gap! I went in on a Friday had my lashes done by Winnie. I have gotten my lashes done before at a different place and had a pleasant experience but I thought I'd give this place a try since I found a Groupon, why not? This place has awesome reviews and is not too far from my house. It was super easy to make an appointment and they did not require a credit card. I was asked what length I wanted and how much of a curl I wanted, they had this board where you can visually see the extensions offered, makes it a lot easier to choose. I sat down on the comfortable recliner, so far so good. As she started to work on my lashes, first thing I noticed was that she didn't wipe them down to clean them prior to applying. Second, I noticed that she wasn't fanning out and brushing the lashes in between applications. That should have already been a red flag. Once she was done, there was a stinging sensation on both my eyelids on the outer ends. I went to the restroom and to check them out, noticed that there was some glue residue but other than that, they looked amazing! I loved them! I assumed that the stinging was just from the glue fumes. Later that day, I noticed that the stinging sensation did not go away, I was worried that they applied the lashes too close to my eyelid that it was poking every time I blinked or closed my eyes. After a day, they have started to slightly swell up. I called them and they said that I might be allergic to the glue and that they were certain that it is not because of the way it was applied. They offered to fix it by using a different type of glue. I decided to opt for a different place to have it fixed because I'm stubborn. The nice lady that rescued my lashes told me that there were actually some 2-3 eyelash hairs attached to a single extension, reason why I felt pulling and that it was making me uncomfortable. If had not gone to have them fixed, it might have caused an infection. That being said, I would probably not go back. read more

I've been wearing lashes for years, and due to a schedule issue with my regular gal, I chose to here as a back up, AND BOY WAS THAT A MISTAKE! I found the business on Groupon, but when I called for the appt, I was asked to not purchase service through Groupon, and just pay at the salon. I also requested the use of paper tape, as I have allergies to cheap plastic tape, I WAS ASKED TO BUY AND BRING IT MYSELF, THEN SHE KEPT IT! My appt was with Julie, she stated she could "upgrade me to mink lashes for a higher price, but they would look better". I have always worn mink lashes, and she was simply doing a fill, so I agreed. The service was done rather quickly, and the next day the lashes began to fall out. I could tell from the firmness and thickness, these were not mink lashes like I paid for you. Fast forward 5 days, and nearly all the lashes had fallen out, on my sheets, everywhere, as they were clearly garbage quality. I had to make an appt with my regular gal, pay again, and she confirmed that they were in fact not mink, but a cheap synthetic, thick lash, and heavy, which is why they use fewer and they fall out faster. Scheduled an appointment for a full set online. Paid the $9 deposit required to book online then Received my CONFIRMATION email for my appointment. Arrived 10 minutes early after working a 12 hour shift just to find out they cancelled my appointment!! The reasoning was bc I didn't confirm my appointment for a second time. Never received any phone call text or email saying I needed to do this. Not sure how many times a person needs to confirm an appointment especially after paying a deposit, but it was completely unacceptable to cancel my appointment without checking with me first. I'm so happy with my lashes! I've had them for about two weeks now and they still look amazing! I'm actually a licensed Cosmetologist and have done training as a lash artist. If you want your lashes to last you need to take care of them. They give you after care info, so just follow it. Do some research ahead of time to even make sure you want to put in the effort to care for them. Working in the beauty industry I am well aware of how many people say they "followed" the after care instructions but really don't. So take the negative reviews with a grain of salt. I have been coming to Beyond Beauty Lashes for at least 3 years. The owner, Jenny, is great at her job. They have a super high turnover rate. Wonder why?? Oh, maybe because the owner doesn't stand behind her employees and help them do better. I got a new half set of lashes today and they look terrible. They are sagging immediately after being put on and they are not in line with the shape of my eye at all. I complained to the idiot receptionist (who couldn't figure out who I was or how much I owed) and she said she would talk to Jenny to fix it. I said I did not mind paying again for her to fix it. I received a call back just now from the same airhead receptionist saying that the owner was not going to help me and there is nothing they could do. Are you kidding? UPDATE:! BE WARNED! DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS LASH SALON! I began coming to this salon 14 months ago. I had "Jenny" as my lash tech. All seemed well until a receptionist named "Kim" took over the front desk. This "Kim woman" is RUDE and very condescending! She charged me $25 for an appointment that she rescheduled for me the next day. My $9- booking fee that they auto debit from your account to hold an appointment was also kept. So, they literally ripped me off $34 and I went to my rescheduled appointment!! I texted my lash tech Jenny to let her know that the receptionist there was drunk or high when she called me on Sunday afternoon to confront me about why I had discrepancies with her regarding the fees she illegally took frommy bank account. This receptionist went "Nuts" on me when I told her that I was going to report them to the BBB for a tax fraud investigation. This is a very very bad place! If only I had the option to rate them a zero! Katie was late for my appt, didn't wash her hands before starting and put some hand sanitizer on only after I asked if she was going to wash her hands??! She incorrectly applied all the lashes to my right eye then my left, leaving a very unbalanced application and undesirable end result that I brought to her attention of which she gave me attitude, lied/gave me a bull crap answer, did not want to fix her screw up and rushed me to leave. My lashes were uneven in volume and length, the lashes were improperly attached: placed on the water line, too far down so they dropped, and there was excess glue on the top of my both of my eyelashes. Lashes last week's and mine started falling out day 1 & 2! It's been 10 days and 15+ lashes have fallen off, don't get the plastic lashes (synthetic mink or mink are better) they will break off your natural lashes and when improperly applied poke your eyes and give you corneal abrasions!! While I was there, I spoke to the Kimberly the receptionist (Mgr?) about my dissatisfaction, she is not helpful, makes excuses for crappy work, doesn't call you back, knows nothing about lashes and has an unprofessional vocabulary and demeanor. FYI the policy is very strict for clients, they will deduct time from your appt if you are late, what about when the employee/lash wrecker is late or another employee comes in to take supplies interrupting your service??! The Groupon says the appt is 60-90 mins long. They only schedule 60 mins per client. You are just a number to this place. Terrible experience here, obviously I won't be going back read more

I honestly have been so disappointed by other lash places in Las Vegas, which are more business than customer oriented. I just have to say after my second time being here, they are absolutely phenomenal. I have been traveling a lot this summer and have been hard on my lashes and have not been able to make it in regularly. I was standing in my best friends wedding on May 25th so I was using this as an excuse to get my eyelashes done so I didn't have mascara running down my face during the ceremony. My appointment was on May 20th. I was so excited and found a Groupon for one set of "Party Girl Lashes" from Beyond Beauty Lashes. It wasn't until I arrived at the salon did I realize I made a mistake], I politely said hello to the two women sitting at the front just to be given a cold shoulder from BOTH OF THEM... little did I know one of those women was the tech that was going to be doing my lashes. When I sat in the chair (there was another person in the chair next to me getting her lashes done remember this for later) the tech said, "Did anyone explain to you the party girl lashes are a 1/2 set?" Considering how rude they were when I entered, you can imagine no one told me this and nowhere online did it say this Groupon was for a 1/2 set of lashes. It wasn't until I was in the chair that I was told this, so against my better judgement I figured I am already here and went with it. Throughout my appointment the woman next to me getting her lashes done kept saying "ow," "ouch," "that hurt". Not a fun experience to be hearing when you can't see what's going on and it had me on edge the entire time. As I am hearing all of this the tech working on my eyelashes proceeded to drop glue on my forehead and didn't wipe it off until I said my forehead is burning and she laughed it off saying oops I dropped glue on you. THEN SHE DROPPED WHATEVER TOOL SHE WAS USING, IT FLUNG OUT OF HER HANDS AND GOT GLUE ALL IN MY HAIR... here's the kicker you can't shower or let your lashes by steam for 24hrs so I was stuck with greasy hair for 24hrs since she put GLUE REMOVER in my hair to get the glue out. After my appointment was done I didn't really love how they looked but thought whatever I just went through with it so they were here to stay (or so I thought). When I asked the tech how long they would last for she was kind of quiet then I asked, "Will they last until Saturday?" (my best friends wedding day) and she hesitantly said, *pause* "yeah, *pause* I mean they should." By the day of the wedding 5 days after the appointment (after following all instructions on eyelash care provided by them) several of the lashes were missing and I still had to use mascara, the whole reason I got eyelashes was to not have to use mascara. By 6/27 one week later all of my eyelashes extensions were gone and it was a waste of money to get them done at Beyond Beauty Lashes in Henderson. Just an FYI - this establishment offers discounts on lashes to people that leave nice reviews... so I wouldn't fully trust everything you read. I received my first set of lashes from Beyond Beauty Lashes. I wanted longer thicker lashes that would show up on camera as I was doing photos and video. However, this was my first time getting lash extensions and I told the technician. I was shown two sets of thick lashes and lengths and I picked one. I had no idea that the lashes she gave me to choose from were far too heavy for my thin and short lashes. My eyes were irritated from the beginning and stayed that way until I had them removed while on vacation. Some lashes has 2 extensions glued to them, some lashes were glued together, within a few days the lashes as my own lashes begin to grow, the extensions were so heavy they would dip down and had started poking and scratching my eyes. Some of my lashes got infected from the heaviness and had to be pulled. Some had fallen out but since they were glued to a second lash were now stuck. Growing lashes that had been glued to another lash started to pull and caused discomfort. The technician had supposedly been doing this for almost 20 years but did not look at my lashes and make a recommendation. This was my first time and she did not make a recommendation. The discomfort got so bad, by two weeks the poking in my eye was nearly constant I had to find someone to remove them. The salon that removed them said that these sized lashed should never have been put on my lashes as my lashes were too thin and short. I'm disappointed that the staff at Beyond Beauty Lashes did not make sure that the lash extensions were appropriate for me and because of that I had eye discomfort for two weeks. I don't recommend Beyond Beauty Lashes for anyone new at all. The result for me was hard, plastic feeling lashes that were too heavy and fell, poking me in the eyes. The lashes were glued together with a clumped look. It was a terrible experience. They don't give you a brush and it was the host who gave "instructions" not the technician which was weird.
