The place is clean, big, the staff was welcoming, and even though I didn't have an appointment, I got lucky, Eric ended up doing my gel pedicure, they have lots of color sections to offer. DO NOT COME HERE. Their response proves my point. Eric & Mandy THE MANAGER have no problem with making you feel embarrassed and stressed. My request was simple. I wanted to get cleaned up. That's it. I didn't care about color too much. I just wanted my nails to look clean and uniform. He ended up doing the sloppiest job. My cuticles looks rough and there were clumps & gaps while it was pooling onto my skin. When I decided I wanted to remove the polish and just do a top coat, he tried to gaslight me! Claiming he could not see my concerns and kept scoffing over my claims. It go to the point where I asked the lady next to me if they looked clean to her. She said no. It took a client for me to feel validated. How embarrassing. Once he saw that he changed his tone a bit. I told him I didn't want to be mean but I mean he was making it seem like I was making it up. I ended telling him not to proceed with the service. Mandy who did my pedicure was nice but you could tell she was under pressure. I ended up getting them cleaned at the next nail spot. My husband and I did a walk in. I had been there once and enjoyed it but this second time my experience wasn't good. My husband had a younger young and had no issues. The man who did my pedicure did a half ass job. The massage was just lotion on my feet was very meh and he scripted my skin too much and left it irritated, red and burning. To top it off he rushed my nail polish to dry and left it bubbly and uneven I was so upset when I got home and noticed what a terrible job he did. Went in for a pedi. Charged me $90 and I got the basic one. (I got French tip and a small flower design on big toe) Told them to reinforce my big toe with hard gel or something so they don't break. I'm writing this review as a frequent client who suggested Organic to a family member of mine. She had asked for a full acrylic set with an added letter initial of "S". It was noted that the overall service was great and that there was some slight miscommunication which was worked out in the end. The reason that there was a drop in the star is that the initial that was added was not what was wanted or expected. The "S" looked more like a squiggle and doesn't resemble the letter much. There could have been better communication from the client as well, but it was just something that did not match the usual quality work that I see from Organic. read more

Good place for a man to get a peti. They are efficient with their appointments. For the 5 yrs I've gone here never had an issue with getting me in. I usually do the standard or the deluxe petti. I showed her the pink w/ French tips before we started, she said she could do it, then she starts putting curved tips on AND tells me they don't have the same pink. The nails were bulky/ not filed straight. I've had my nails done tons of times before, I know it could've been done & I've never done anything but acrylic. She said the tips are different so it's not going to look the same. Then why did I show you a picture and you said you could do it if you can't? I didn't even have her do the French tip bc I wasn't gonna pay more to be more disappointed. $60 for this is crazy. I really like the way my nails have stayed on, it's been over two weeks and not one has lifted, chipped or fallen off. The technician did not know how to use the holographic stars and ultimately my nails are very lumpy however I will go back because the retention thus far is better than typical nail shops. I received a pedicure and it was sub-par. I'm not sure if it was the basic one or not, I know I asked for the deluxe but there was nothing deluxe about it. I unfortunately opted to get my eyebrows done, the same technician that did my nails did my eyebrows, she inadvertently took off almost half of my eyebrow but I didn't notice until I left and looked at myself in the mirror in my car. Needless to say I was not happy however luckily I wear glasses with a thick frame so you can't really tell unless I point it out. I did call and notify them once I got home and took a picture, I did have a before picture I had taken earlier in the day because I was trying out a new foundation so they saw the comparison. They did offer a discount for when I come back for fills. My daughter was extremely pleased with the princess manicure and pedicure, I was definitely happy with the price of the combination of the two for a child under the age of eight years old. She said they thoroughly cut her cuticles, put the gel polish on, she indicated the only thing they missed was the hand massage after. She did like the perfectly sized pedicure chair, she was able to relax her feet in the spa water and enjoy her pedicure. read more

My toe-nails are a bit rough. I rarely visit the nail salon because I believe if I can do it myself at home, then I will in order to save me a few dollars. However, it was Valentine's Day weekend and my boyfriend wanted to treat me to have a pedicure. So why not, right? When I arrived at the nail salon, I enjoyed how open the area was. There was seating to the right and a little refrigerator with water for the guest while they are waiting, along with some magazines to read. I sat down on the chair and was excited and nervous about how my nails would turn out. I had the opportunity to have Kim and she took really good care of me. She asked me about the shape I wanted my nails to be, and I honestly didn't have a clue of what she was talking about haha (newbie). Luckily, she said she would choose for me. I had the Organic Basic pedicure and this is a great pedicure to have if you want to stay cheap, but pampered at the same time. I had my nails trimmed, shaped, cuticles cut, my legs were scrubbed with a sugar scrub, a light exfoliation, and a towel wrap massage. It was perfect! I chose to have french tips done, and right after she applied the sheer pink coat of nail polish I asked her if she could make my tips black. I really appreciated this because it was the last minute and she didn't get upset or treated me differently which made the experience a lot better. I only gave this place four stars because I wish there was more communication. For instance, I did not know that the chairs were massage chairs until I saw the individual next to me turn hers on. I also didn't know the shape of my toe-nails she chose for me. I wish I could have asked because I really liked them. When I was finished with my nails, she went to the next guest immediately. I waited at the cash register for about a minute and a half to pay until she remembered. Hehe other than that, this place is great. I will definitely have to come again and experience getting my nails done. read more

Booked my first appointment here via Yelp, and have called to make my next two. I get the organic deluxe gel pedicure, and it is a wonderful "treat" for this girl who doesn't usually do spa days. I even treated my husband to one - and he LOVED it! Great service, excellent color selection, and it usually lasts 3-4 weeks before I need to go back and get a new one. Bonus points for being only 7 minutes from my house - and I've been able to get in on my crazy schedule. read more
